Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, in particular to a single-tap double-roller shore power cable roller winch.
Background
The storage of shore connection cable, receive and release and install the work of very important often in the use shore connection of boats and ships berth pier, traditional cable is because the cable both ends all need be connected when depositing, need protect cable joint carefully when depositing in the weather deck to prevent that cable joint from intaking, therefore general cable need deposit special place in, but the cable is receiving and releasing easily the cable and the binding post that damages the shore connection box with the wiring in-process, and the cable draws and puts the in-process time and energy consuming.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a single-tap double-roller shore power cable roller winch, which overcomes the defect that the connection between an electric box and a winch cable needs to be disassembled when a traditional cable is wound and unwound, is convenient to use, reasonable in structure and reliable in work, and greatly reduces the working strength of winding and unwinding the cable.
The utility model provides a two cylinder shore connection cable drum winches of taking a percentage, includes the support, erects the winch junction box of fixing on the support around the cable dish and fixing in the support outside, install the locator on the shafting around the cable dish, be provided with the cable entry that is used for connecting the shore connection cable on the pier junction box on the cable dish, be provided with the cable export that receive and releases the cable on the winch junction box for connecting boats and ships shore connection box.
Preferably, the bracket is also provided with a motor for driving the drum of the cable reel to rotate.
Preferably, the support comprises two triangle landing legs that set up relatively and connect a plurality of connecting rods of two triangle landing legs, fix respectively on corresponding triangle landing leg at the both ends of the shafting around the cable dish.
Preferably, two ends of the cable winding disc are provided with baffle rings.
Preferably, the bracket is welded and fixed on the deck.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the cable drum winch can be simultaneously connected with a shore power cable and a retractable cable, the retractable cable on the shore power box of the ship does not need to be frequently detached during later use, the working strength of workers is reduced, the service lives of the cable and the shore power box are prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

Figure 1 is a front view of a shore power cable drum winch.
Figure 2 is a perspective view of a shore power cable drum winch.
The reference numerals in the figures have the meaning:
the device comprises a support 1, a cable winding disc 2, a winch junction box 3, a motor 4, a cable inlet 5, a positioner 6, a retaining ring 7 and a cable outlet 8.
Detailed Description
For better understanding of the technical solutions of the present invention, the following detailed descriptions of the embodiments of the present invention are provided with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and with reference to the attached drawings.
The invention provides a single-tap double-roller shore power cable roller winch which comprises a bracket 1, a cable winding disc 2 erected and fixed on the bracket 1, and a winch junction box 3 fixed on the outer side of the bracket 1.
The support 1 is welded and fixed on the deck, and the support 1 consists of two opposite triangular supporting legs and a plurality of connecting rods for connecting the two triangular supporting legs. The support 1 is also provided with a motor 4 for driving the rotary drum around the cable disc 2 to rotate, the motor 4 is controlled by a control box, and the control box can be fixed on the ship body.
The wire winding disc 2 is composed of a main shaft, a hollow shaft embedded on the main shaft and a wire winding structure which is embedded on the hollow shaft and rotates along with the hollow shaft, wherein a cable inlet 5 and a carbon brush which are used for connecting a shore power cable on the wharf junction box are arranged on the hollow shaft, the carbon brush is arranged in the cable inlet 5 and is provided with insulation protection with the hollow shaft, an electric brush ring is arranged on the main shaft, and the carbon brush is in sliding connection with the electric brush ring, namely the carbon brush is tightly pressed on the electric brush ring and can be in sliding connection with the electric brush ring.
Two ends of a main shaft of the cable winding disc 2 are respectively fixed on corresponding triangular supporting legs, and a positioner 6 is installed on the main shaft of the cable winding disc 2.
And two ends of the cable winding disc 2 are provided with baffle rings 7, and specifically, the baffle rings 7 are respectively arranged at two ends of the winding structure.
The winch connection box 3 is provided with a cable outlet 8 used for connecting a retractable cable on the ship shore power box, and the cable outlet 8 is electrically connected with the electric brush ring on the main shaft.
When a shore power cable on the wharf junction box is inserted into the cable inlet 5 and a retractable cable on the ship shore power box is inserted into the cable outlet 8, the shore power cable is communicated with the retractable cable, and reliable electrical connection is achieved.
Because the motor 4 is installed on the support 1, the shore power cable drum winch can be used for manually winding and unwinding a cable or electrically winding and unwinding the cable.
When the cable is wound and unwound manually, the worker can wind and unwind the cable of the winch by manually rotating the baffle ring.
When the cable is electrically reeled and released, the motor 4 is started, and the control box is used for controlling the rotation of the motor 4, so that the reeling and releasing of the winch cable can be realized.
Before the cable is reeled and paid out, whether the winch is positioned by the positioner 6 on the shore power winch shaft system is checked. If the winch is positioned, the positioner 6 needs to be pulled out and rotated 90 degrees to disengage the positioner 6 from the shore power winch shaft system.
In this embodiment, the drum size of the winding structure of the wire spool 2 may be designed according to the cable outer diameter and the cable length.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
