7. An electric heating belt mounting apparatus as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the rack (607) is annular, and the rack (607) is meshed with the gear (603).

An electric heating belt mounting apparatus as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the vertical rods (702), the arc-shaped plates (703) and the sliding rods (704) are all provided with four groups, the four groups are symmetrically arranged, and meanwhile, the arc-shaped plates (703) are enclosed to form a circle.

An electric heating belt mounting apparatus as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the inner diameter of the arc-shaped plate (703) is larger than the outer diameter of the rotating disc (605), and the maximum outer diameter of the arc-shaped plate (703) is smaller than the inner diameter of the protective shell (502).
