The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, those skilled in the art can substitute various structures and implementation manners without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings are merely illustrative of the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting or restricting the technical aspects of the present invention.
The terms of orientation of up, down, left, right, front, back, top, bottom, and the like referred to or may be referred to in this specification are defined relative to the configuration shown in the drawings, and are relative terms, and thus may be changed correspondingly according to the position and the use state of the device. Therefore, these and other directional terms should not be construed as limiting terms.
In an embodiment of the invention, the stroller frame comprises a connecting rod folding structure, wherein the connecting rod folding structure at least comprises a first connecting rod 1, a second connecting rod 2, a third connecting rod 3 and a fourth connecting rod 4; the first connecting rod 1 is connected with the second connecting rod 2 through a first hinge part 10, the second connecting rod 2 is connected with the third connecting rod 3 through a second hinge part 20, the fourth connecting rod 4 is connected with the first connecting rod 1 through a third hinge part 30, the third connecting rod 3 is connected with the fourth connecting rod 4 through a locking part 40, the third connecting rod 3 and the fourth connecting rod 4 are relatively fixed when the locking part 40 is locked, and the third connecting rod 3 and the fourth connecting rod 4 are hinged or slidingly hinged when the locking part 40 is unlocked;
the device is characterized by further comprising an accessory rod piece 7, wherein any one of a first connecting rod 1, a second connecting rod 2, a third connecting rod 3 and a fourth connecting rod 4 is hinged with a first position of the accessory rod piece 7, a first supporting structure 50 is arranged between the accessory rod piece 7 and the connecting rod hinged with the accessory rod piece 7, and the first supporting structure 50 is used for limiting the accessory rod piece 7 to swing around a hinged point to a first direction;
a second supporting structure 60 is arranged between the accessory rod piece 7 and any other connecting rod, the second supporting structure 60 can limit the accessory rod piece 7 to swing around a hinge point to a second direction, and the first direction is opposite to the second direction;
when the locking member 40 is locked, the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 are locked in a straight line or other relatively fixed positions to form a fixed deployed frame structure on which the accessory bar 7 is supported at the first support structure 50 and the second support structure 60;
when the locking member 40 is unlocked, the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 are switched from a fixed structure to a rotatable structure, the stroller frame rotates and folds, the second support structure 60 and the accessory bar 7 can be separated along with the increase of the relative rotation amplitude of the third link 3 and the fourth link 4, the accessory bar 7 can rotate around the hinge point and can gradually approach to the hinge link, and finally the folding is completed.
Wherein, connecting rod beta structure includes first connecting rod 1, second connecting rod 2, third connecting rod 3 and fourth connecting rod 4 at least, and articulated each other between each connecting rod constitutes children's shallow frame's major structure, and connecting rod beta structure is at least including expandeing state and fold condition:
in the unfolded state, the link folding structure is unfolded to a state in which the child can sit and lie, and the locking member 40 locks the third link 3 and the fourth link 4, so that the entire link folding structure is kept stable.
In the folded state, the locking member 40 is unlocked, so that the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 can relatively rotate or rotatably slide, and the whole link folding structure can be folded in a turning manner.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, in the unfolded state, the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 are locked on the same line by the locking member 40, so that the first link 1, the second link 2, the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 form a stable frame structure of a triangle.
The broken lines in fig. 5 indicate the changed state of each bar during folding. When the locking piece 40 is unlocked, the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 can rotate and are not kept on the same straight line any more, so that the first link 1, the second link 2, the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 form a quadrangular unstable structure. Because all the connecting rods can rotate at the moment, the rotating folding of the whole connecting rod folding structure can be realized.
Alternatively, when the locking member 40 is locked, the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 are not necessarily kept on the same straight line, as long as they are kept in relatively fixed positions.
The hinged end (right end in fig. 5) of the accessory link 7 is hinged to the third link 3, a first support structure 50 is provided at the hinge, and the first support structure 50 is used for limiting the accessory link 7 from being turned upward in the locked state; the second support structure 60 is provided on the first link 1. The free end (left end in fig. 5) of the accessory bar 7 is overlapped on the second support structure 60, and the second support structure 60 is used to restrict the accessory bar 7 from being turned downward in the locked state.
When the locking member 40 is unlocked, the first link 1 is turned clockwise, so that the second supporting structure 60 releases the restriction of the accessory link 7, the free end of the accessory link 7 rotates toward the direction approaching the third link 3, and the angle of the included angle a between the hinged end of the accessory link 7 and the third link 3 gradually increases. Finally, the accessory rod 7 can rotate to be tightly attached to the third connecting rod 3, so that the volume of the whole folding frame of the baby stroller is reduced.
Alternatively, the articulated end of the accessory link 7 can also be articulated to the first link 1, the free end overlapping the third link 3.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the hinged end of the attachment link 7 may be hinged to the second link 2, with the free end overlapping the fourth link 4.
Alternatively, the hinged end of the accessory bar 7 can be hinged to any one of the links in the link folding configuration and the free end overlaps any other one of the links in the link folding configuration. The link folding structure is not limited to include the first link 1, the second link 2, the third link 3, and the fourth link 4, and may include other links.
Alternatively, the first support structure 50 may also be provided at the hinged end of the attachment link 7, or on a hinged link. The second support structure 60 may be provided at the free end of the attachment bar 7, or on a link.
The first support structure 50 is capable of limiting the upward rotation, or the downward rotation, or the clockwise rotation, or the counterclockwise rotation of the attachment bar 7; the second support structure 60 serves to restrict the rotation of the accessory bar 7 in the opposite restricting direction to the first support structure 50.
In the locked state, the accessory bar 7 is restrained from movement by the first and second support structures 50, 60 or is capable of movement within a range between the first and second support structures 50, 60.
Since the attachment link 7 is hinged to one of the links of the link folding structure only through one hinge point, and the positioning in the locked state is achieved by the first and second support structures 50 and 60. Therefore, the design needs less interference factors of the rod pieces and has higher design freedom. When the frame of the children stroller is folded, the folding can be realized without detaching the accessory rod pieces, and the operation is convenient.
Alternatively, the first, second and third hinges 10, 20, 30 are only swivel hinges or slidable hinges.
The slidable hinge is that the two connecting rods can slide relatively while rotating in an unlocked state. One of the connecting rods is directly hinged with a sliding device (a sliding sleeve or a sliding block, etc.), and the sliding device is connected with the other connecting rod in a sliding manner. When the sliding device is unlocked, the sliding device can slide relative to the other connecting rod, and the one connecting rod and the sliding sleeve can rotate.
In some embodiments of the invention, the connecting rod folding structure comprises two groups, wherein the two groups are arranged oppositely in parallel and connected through a cross rod to form a three-dimensional frame structure.
Alternatively, the accessory bar 7 may be an armrest structure, or a seat frame structure, or a storage basket frame structure, or a tray structure, or a sunshade frame structure.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first support structure 50 is a protrusion structure provided on the link such that when the locking member 40 is locked, the accessory bar 7 is blocked from swinging in the first direction, and the hinged end of the accessory bar 7 is restricted from swinging in the first direction by the protrusion structure.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the first support structure 50 is a protrusion structure provided on the accessory bar 7, and the protrusion structure is provided at the hinged end of the accessory bar 7, so that when the locking member 40 is locked, the protrusion structure interferes with the link to block the accessory bar 7 from swinging in the first direction.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 3-4, the first support structure 50 is a catch structure provided on the accessory bar 7 such that when the locking member 40 is locked, the link of the accessory bar 7 hinge snaps into the catch structure for blocking the accessory bar 7 from swinging in the first direction.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-2, the second support structure 60 is a raised structure provided on the link such that when the locking member 40 is locked, the accessory bar 7 rides on the second support structure 60 and the second support structure 60 blocks the accessory bar 7 from swinging in the second direction.
The protruding structure may be a cylindrical shape, or a rectangular cylinder, or a triangular cylinder, and the free end of the accessory bar 7 is overlapped on the protruding structure to block the accessory bar 7 from rotating downward.
Alternatively, the second support structure 60 may also be a protrusion structure or a catch structure provided on the accessory bar 7 so that the accessory bar 7 is blocked from swinging in the second direction when the locking member 40 is locked.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the first link 1 is a front stay, the second link 2 is a rear foot bar, the third link 3 is a rear stay, and the fourth link 4 is a handle bar.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5-6, the first link 1 is a front support rod, the second link 2 is a rear foot rod, the third link 3 is a first rear support rod, and the fourth link 4 is a second rear support rod.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 6, the link folding structure further includes a sixth link 6, the sixth link 6 is hinged at the third hinge 30, and the sixth link 6 is a handle bar.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the link folding structure further includes a fifth link 5, the fifth link 5 is lockably hinged at the first hinge 10, and the fifth link 5 is a front foot bar.

The first hinge 10 is fixedly connected with one end of the second connecting rod 2 (rear foot bar), hinged with one end of the first connecting rod 1 (front support bar), and hinged with one end of the fifth connecting rod 5 (front foot bar).
The second hinge member 20 connects one end of the third link 3 (rear stay) and the middle section of the second link 2 (rear foot bar).
The third hinge member 30 connects one end of the first link 1 (front stay) and the middle section of the fourth link 4 (handle bar).
The locking member 40 connects an end of the fourth link 4 (handle bar) and one end of the third link 3 (rear stay).
In the first embodiment, the accessory bar 7 is an armrest structure, the hinged end is hinged with the third link 3, the first supporting structure 50 is arranged at the hinged end of the accessory bar 7, and two second supporting structures 60 are arranged on the inner side of the first link 1 and are used for being overlapped with the free end of the accessory bar 7.
In the unfolded state of fig. 1, the locking member 40 locks the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 on the same line, so that the first link 1, the second link 2, the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 form a stable frame structure of a triangle.
The first support structure 50 is for restricting upward rotation of the accessory bar 7, and the second support structure 60 is for restricting downward rotation of the accessory bar 7 so that the accessory bar 7 is held in a relatively fixed state. The armrest structure is used to limit the child from falling out of the seat and to facilitate the child's hand grip, so that the armrest structure needs to maintain relative stability in the deployed state.
When the stroller frame needs to be folded, the locking piece 40 is unlocked, so that the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 can rotate, and the first link 1, the second link 2, the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 form a quadrangular unstable structure. Wherein, the fourth connecting rod 4 rotates clockwise in fig. 1 to drive the locking piece 40 to move downwards and then drive the third connecting rod 3 to rotate anticlockwise, the third connecting rod 3 drives the hinged end of the accessory rod 7 to move downwards, the fourth connecting rod 4 drives the upper end of the first connecting rod 1 to turn downwards and backwards (rotate anticlockwise), the first hinge 10 moves upwards to drive the second connecting rod 2 to rotate anticlockwise, and the fifth connecting rod 5 rotates clockwise and downwards.
The second support structure 60 on the first link 1 releases the constraint on the attachment lever 7 so that the free end of the attachment lever 7 can rotate clockwise and approach the third link 3 and the second hinge 20.
As shown in fig. 2, in the folded state, the first link 1, the second link 2, the third link 3, the fourth link 4, the fifth link 5 and the accessory bar 7 are rotated to the substantially parallel folded position, the locking member 40 is positioned lowermost and the first hinge member 10 is positioned uppermost.
In the first embodiment, "the first direction" refers to the upward and counterclockwise directions, and "the second direction" refers to the downward and clockwise directions.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, first support structure 50 is a snap-fit structure into which third link 3 snaps when in the extended position to limit upward rotation of accessory bar 7.
In the folded position, the accessory bar 7 is free from the second support structure 60 and is pivoted downwardly, as shown in figure 4, and the catch arrangement is disengaged from the third link 3.
In one embodiment, as shown in figure 1, the second support structure 60 is a raised structure over which the accessory bar 7 overlaps in the deployed state to limit its downward rotation.
As shown in fig. 2, in the folded state, the second support structure 60 is disengaged from the accessory bar 7, contacting the restriction of the accessory bar 7.
In this embodiment, the attachment link 7 is connected by a hinge point to the third link 3, and the two support members (50, 60) provide a limited support in the deployed state. Maintaining the attachment bar 7 in a fixed position in the deployed state. In this embodiment, the accessory bar 7 does not need to be hinged to the first link 1, and therefore, the design does not need to take into consideration various factors such as the design position, the length, the angle and the like with the first link 1, and the degree of freedom of design is higher. And after being folded, the volume that can be reduced is smaller. The accessory bar 7 does not need to be detached before folding, but can be folded along with the connecting rod folding structure, so that the operation of a user is convenient.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 5, the stroller frame includes a link folding structure, and the link folding structure includes at least a first link 1, a second link 2, a third link 3, a fourth link 4, a fifth link 5, and a sixth link 6.

The two front foot rods are respectively connected with the two front wheels, and the two rear foot rods are respectively connected with the two rear wheels.
In the unfolded state, the sixth link 6 is locked with the third hinge 30; in the folded state, the sixth link 6 is rotatably connected to the third hinge 30.
In the unfolded state, the third link 3 (first rear stay) and the fourth link 4 (second rear stay) are locked on the same straight line by the locking member 40; in the folded state, the locking member 40 is unlocked, and the third link 3 and the fourth link 4 are rotatable.
The accessory bar 7 is of a tray structure and is hinged with the third connecting rod 3, the first supporting structure 50 is arranged at the hinged position and limits the accessory bar 7 to rotate upwards, and the free end of the accessory bar 7 is overlapped with the second supporting structure 60 on the first connecting rod 1 and is used for limiting the accessory bar 7 to rotate downwards.
When folded, the free end of the accessory link 7 rotates upward, the third link 3 rotates backward clockwise, the intersection angle a between the accessory link 7 and the upper half of the third link 3 (i.e., the section connected to the locking member 40) gradually increases, and the free end of the accessory link 7 finally rotates to be close to the lower half of the third link 3 (i.e., the section connected to the second hinge member 20).
Alternatively, the accessory bar 7 can also be a seat frame structure.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 6, unlike the second embodiment, the first support structure 50 is used to limit the downward rotation of the accessory bar 7 in the deployed state; the second support structure 60 serves to limit the upward rotation of the accessory bar 7.
