as shown in fig. 1, a folding child safety seat includes a cushion portion 1 and a backrest portion 2, which are in a use state of the child safety seat in an unfolded state. As shown in fig. 3, in the folding child safety seat, the seat cushion portion 1 and the backrest portion 2 are hinged by a rotation shaft 34, and the seat cushion portion 1 and the backrest portion 2 can be rotated relatively and locked in position by a locking mechanism.

As shown in fig. 3, the locking member 32 is a linkage block having a U-shaped structure, and two U-shaped arms are locking portions. The return member 35 is a spring, which is compressed when the unlocking button 31 and the locking member 32 are pressed, and which returns both when the unlocking button 31 and the locking member 32 are released. The locked portion 24 is a fixed tube on the backrest portion 2, which is originally a supporting structure of the backrest portion 2, and since its end is open, the U-shaped arm of the link block can be moved into and out of the fixed tube. When the U-shaped arm enters the fixed pipe, the positions of the cushion part 1 and the backrest part 2 are also locked. When the U-shaped arm leaves the fixed pipe, the cushion part 1 and the backrest part 2 are unlocked, folding can be realized, and in a folding state, the cushion part is covered by the left side wing and the right side wing.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the cushion portion 1 includes a cushion body, a left movement expansion portion 11 and a right movement expansion portion 12, the left movement expansion portion 11 and the right movement expansion portion 12 being connected to left and right sides of the cushion body, respectively, the left movement expansion portion 11 and the right movement expansion portion 12 being movable relative to the cushion body to change the width of the cushion portion 1.
The cushion transmission mechanism is further included, and the left movement expansion part 11 and the right movement expansion part 12 move relative to the cushion body when the cushion transmission mechanism is stressed.
The cushion transmission mechanism is connected with an unlocking button, and the unlocking button enables the locking piece 32 and the locked part 24 to be unlocked and enables the left movement expansion part 11 and the right movement expansion part 12 to synchronously and oppositely move relative to the cushion body when being stressed.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the backrest part 2 further includes a headrest 21, and the headrest 21 and/or left and right side wings are movable along the backrest body extending direction.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the seat cushion portion 1 and the backrest portion 2 can be relatively rotated, and the angle of rotation can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 10, the backrest 2 includes a backrest body, and left and right wings 22 and 23 are provided on both sides of the backrest body, respectively, the left and right wings 22 and 23 can rotate, and the left and right wings 22 and 23 can rotate in opposite directions to reduce the volume of the child safety seat.
The backrest part 2 further comprises a wing transmission mechanism which enables the left wing 22 and the right wing 23 to rotate towards each other when being stressed.
The wing transmission mechanism is connected with an unlocking button which, when stressed, unlocks the locking member 32 and the locked portion 24 and also causes the left wing 22 and the right wing 23 to rotate synchronously towards each other.
A folding method of folding a child safety seat, comprising the steps of:
lowering the headrest 21 and the side wings so that they are located at the nearest positions with respect to the cushion portion 1;
the expanding part of the cushion part 1 is retracted so that the width of the cushion part 1 is minimum;
the left flank 22 and the right flank 23 rotate towards each other;
the unlocking button 31 is operated to unlock the locked portion 24 and the lock piece 32, and the seat cushion portion 1 and the backrest portion 2 can relatively rotate;
the four steps can be combined freely in sequence, and the occupied space of the child seat is minimized after the steps are all completed.

1. the heights of the headrest and the side wings are adjusted to proper height positions, wherein the proper heights are that the left side wings 22 and the right side wings 23 do not interfere with the cushion part armrests 4 on the cushion part 1 when the cushion part 1 and the backrest part 2 are rotationally folded;

5. When the child safety seat rotates to the lowest position, the child safety seat is completely folded, the unlocking button 31 is released, and the unlocking button 31 and the linkage block are reset under the action of the spring.
If the child safety seat is to be opened for use, the unlocking button 31 is pressed to open the backrest portion up to the maximum angle, the unlocking button 31 is released, the unlocking button 31 and the linkage block are inserted into the fixed tube under the reset action of the spring, and the child safety seat is opened.
The seat cushion part 1 is adjusted to be unfolded to the maximum position, and the safety seat can be used.
