Technical Field

Background
A chain saw is a tool for cutting with a rotating chain saw blade, and is often used for felling work. The chain saw can be divided into a gasoline saw, an electric saw, a pneumatic saw and a hydraulic saw according to different power sources at present, and the advantages and the disadvantages of the chain saw with the four powers are obvious.
The gasoline saw has strong maneuverability, is suitable for field movable work, but has high noise, troublesome maintenance and more heat production; an electric chain saw: the power is stable, the starting is fast, and the saw is heavier than other saws, but the wire is inconvenient to move if the wire is too long; a pneumatic chain saw: the device is safe, pollution-free, low in noise and light in weight, but an air compressor is required to be attached, so that the occupied area is increased, and the device is restricted by conditions; the hydraulic chain saw has enough power, but the starting is slow, the work is stable, the volume of a hydraulic pump station is smaller than that of an air compressor, and the cost is higher.
With the development of battery technology and the strict requirements on environmental protection, the electric chain saw has the advantages of stable power and quick start, and does not generate pollution gas when working compared with a gasoline saw, so that the electric chain saw is more and more popular.
Electric chain saws come in many different brands and models, but their construction is quite different, including chain brakes, saw sprockets, handles, guides, saw chains, and motors. More and more electric chain saws can be provided with a battery pack, so that the electric chain saws can work without a power line, the comfort of the electric wire is avoided, and the working range is enlarged.
The current electric chain saw is provided with a chain brake, so that the chain can be quickly stopped to rotate; but when cutting work, can produce high temperature, in addition operating time is longer, if take place the chain because of tired the reason, lead to intensity to descend, the cracked condition has appeared, still does not have effectual safeguard measure and mechanism, can avoid the saw chain fracture back of high-speed motion, because inertial factor gets rid of the user for the user receives the injury. Moreover, due to the factors of the cutting work, the temperature of the saw chain is very high at the moment, and the saw chain touches the skin of a human body, so that a serious scald accident can occur.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the electric chain saw capable of preventing people from being injured due to chain breakage, which can monitor the working state of the chain saw and immediately start protection work when an accident of chain breakage occurs, so that the saw chain can not touch a user and the user is protected from being injured.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention is solved by the following technical scheme: an electric chain saw capable of preventing people from being injured due to chain breakage comprises a main machine part, wherein a gas spraying part is arranged in the main machine part, an electric firing part is arranged in the gas spraying part, and the electric firing part receives signals and then acts on the gas spraying part to enable the gas spraying part to work to generate a large amount of gas; the upper side and the lower side of the gas spraying part are respectively provided with a vent pipe, the vent pipes are connected with a piston bin, a push rod piston is arranged in the piston bin, the front side of the piston bin is provided with a baffle bin, the baffle bin and the piston bin are communicated through a communicating hole, the push rod piston is provided with a push rod, and the diameter of the push rod is smaller than that of the communicating hole and the push rod and the communicating hole are coaxial; a baffle plate component is arranged in the baffle plate bin; an arc-shaped baffle is rotatably arranged on the outer side of the port of the baffle bin; after the gas eruption of the gas eruption part, high-pressure gas is filled into the piston bin through the vent pipe, so that the push rod piston is pushed to move rapidly, the push rod protrudes into the baffle bin and collides with the baffle assembly, the baffle assembly breaks through the obstruction of the arc baffle, and finally the baffle assembly protrudes out of the host machine part, so that the protection blocking effect in the vertical direction is formed on the saw chain, and the chain breakage is avoided from impacting a user.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the baffle assembly includes a rear baffle and a front baffle inserted into the rear baffle, the end of the front baffle protrudes out of the front baffle and is provided with three bullet heads, and the bullet heads act on the arc-shaped baffle when moving, so that the arc-shaped baffle is turned over and opened; the rear baffle is fixedly connected with a collision tail in a threaded manner, and an anti-separation rope is arranged between the collision tail and the front baffle.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the upper top wall and the lower bottom of the baffle plate chamber are fixedly provided with rotatable rolling rods, and the rolling rods act on the upper and lower side surfaces of the rear baffle plate to reduce friction force.
In the above technical scheme, preferably, the upper side and the lower side of the rear baffle are provided with limiting chutes, the end openings of the baffle bins are provided with limiting blocks, and the limiting blocks are located in the limiting chutes to avoid the rear baffle being separated from the baffle bins.
In the above technical solution, preferably, a spring is fixedly disposed on an inner side wall of the arc-shaped baffle, and the other end of the spring acts on the bullet head, so that the baffle assembly in a normal state is stably retained in the baffle bin; permanent magnets are arranged at the end parts of the arc-shaped baffles, electromagnets are correspondingly arranged on the host part, and repulsive magnetic field force is generated between the electromagnets and the permanent magnets after the electromagnets are electrified; an iron ring is arranged on the outer periphery of the electromagnet, and the attraction force between the permanent magnet blocks and the iron ring is smaller than the repulsion force generated after the electromagnet is electrified.
In the above technical solution, preferably, a motor part is disposed at a side of the main machine part, and a main shaft of the motor part is inserted into the main machine part and is connected with and drives the saw chain gear to rotate; a guide plate is fixedly arranged in the main machine part, and a saw chain is meshed with a saw chain gear and surrounds the guide plate for a circle; the front end of the guide plate is provided with a driven wheel, and the driven wheel is meshed with the saw chain.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the front end of the guide plate is located at the side edge of the driven wheel, and an optical sensor is arranged on the front end of the guide plate, and the optical sensor is used for detecting the time for each gear tooth of the driven wheel to pass through, so as to calculate the rotation speed of the driven wheel; the side wall of the rear end of the guide plate is provided with a connector lug which provides electric energy for the optical sensor; and the connector lug and the guide plate are subjected to insulation treatment.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the tail end of the guide plate is provided with three fixing holes, and the fixing holes are provided with fastening bolts so as to fixedly mount the guide plate on the main machine part; the fixed orifices are arranged in an isosceles triangle, one of the fixed orifices faces the main shaft, and the other two fixed orifices are close to the outer side of the main machine part.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the tail of the host machine is provided with a handheld portion, the handheld portion is provided with a rear handle, the top surface of the rear handle is provided with an upper patch, and the lower side of the rear handle is provided with a switch, and the switch controls the operation of the motor portion; the lower side of the outer wall of the switch is provided with a lower patch, and the upper patch and the lower patch are in data connection with a detection part and a data processing center in the host part and are used for detecting whether human body static electricity exists or not; the data processing center can send an instruction to drive the motor part to stop.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the main machine part is provided with an access cover, and the access cover is opened to facilitate replacement of the raw material in the gas eruption part; the upper and lower parts of the side edge of the main machine part are provided with wind shields which block air flow generated when the motor part works and prevent the wind shields from influencing waste chip flow brought by saw chain cutting and scattering the waste chip flow in the air; the motor comprises a motor part and is characterized in that a battery seat is arranged at the bottom of the motor part, a battery pack is clamped and connected to the battery seat, and a side handle extending outwards is arranged at the top of the motor part.
The invention provides an electric chain saw capable of preventing a chain from being broken and injuring people, which can monitor the working state of the chain saw and immediately start protection work when an accident of chain breaking occurs, so that the saw chain can not touch a user and the user is protected from being injured.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments described herein without the need for inventive work, are within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an electric chain saw for preventing people from being injured by broken chain comprises a main machine part 1, wherein a gas spraying part is arranged in the main machine part 1, an electric firing part is arranged in the gas spraying part, and the electric firing part receives signals and then acts on the gas spraying part to enable the gas spraying part to work to generate a large amount of gas; the upper side and the lower side of the gas spraying part are respectively provided with a vent pipe 131, the vent pipes 131 are connected with a piston bin 13, a push rod piston 4 is arranged in the piston bin 13, the front side of the piston bin 13 is provided with a baffle bin 14, the baffle bin and the piston bin are communicated through a communication hole 134, the push rod piston 4 is provided with a push rod 41, the diameter of the push rod 41 is smaller than that of the communication hole 134, and the push rod 41 and the communication hole 134 are coaxial; a baffle plate component is arranged in the baffle plate bin 14; an arc-shaped baffle 15 is rotatably arranged on the outer side of the port of the baffle bin 14; after the gas eruption of the gas eruption part, high-pressure gas is filled into the piston bin 13 through the vent pipe 131, so that the push rod piston 4 is pushed to move rapidly, the push rod 41 protrudes into the baffle bin 14 and collides with the baffle assembly, the baffle assembly breaks through the obstruction of the arc baffle 15, finally the baffle assembly protrudes out of the host part 1, the protection blocking effect in the vertical direction is formed on the saw chain, and the chain breakage is avoided from impacting a user.
When the electric chain saw detects that the saw chain is disconnected, the data processing center drives the electric firing part to start firing work, so that the inside of the gas eruption part reacts to generate a large amount of nitrogen. The gas pressure in the interior is sharply increased due to the large amount of gas generated instantaneously. The air flow enters the piston chamber 13 through the air duct 131 and acts on the pusher piston 4, causing it to move momentarily. The push rod piston 4 moves to drive the push rod 41 to move forwards and impact on the baffle plate assembly, so that the baffle plate assembly is quickly pushed out and rushes out of the host machine part 1. The upper baffle plate assembly and the lower baffle plate assembly can realize the containment effect on the upper side and the lower side of the guide plate, so that the chain breakage is avoided, and a user is prevented from being injured.
The baffle assembly comprises a rear baffle 5 and a front baffle 51 inserted in the rear baffle 5, the end part of the front baffle 51 protrudes out of the front baffle and is provided with three bullet heads 52, and the bullet heads 52 act on the arc baffle 15 when moving to enable the arc baffle to be turned and opened; the rear end of the rear baffle 5 is fixedly connected with an impact tail 53 in a threaded manner, and an anti-separation rope 55 is arranged between the impact tail 53 and the front baffle 51.
The front barrier 51 is arranged to protrude from the rear barrier 5, thereby maximizing the use of space. The arc-shaped baffle 15 can be smoothly opened by utilizing the smooth end surface of the front ends of the three bullet heads 52, so that the protection effect is quickly realized. By arranging the impact bearing tail part 53, the impact force of the push rod 41 is borne, the rear baffle 5 can be protected, and the service life is prolonged.
The upper top wall and the lower bottom of the baffle plate bin 14 are fixedly provided with rotatable rolling rods 141, and the rolling rods 141 act on the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the rear baffle plate 5 so as to reduce friction force.

A spring 151 is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the arc-shaped baffle 15, and the other end of the spring 151 acts on the bullet head 52, so that the baffle assembly in a normal state is stably kept in the baffle bin 14; a permanent magnet 152 is arranged at the end part of the arc-shaped baffle 15, an electromagnet 16 is correspondingly arranged on the host part 1, and repulsive magnetic field force is generated between the electromagnet 16 and the permanent magnet 152 after the electromagnet is electrified; an iron ring is arranged on the outer periphery of the electromagnet 16, and the attraction force between the permanent magnets 152 and the iron ring is smaller than the repulsion force generated after the electromagnet 16 is electrified.
Under normal conditions, the electromagnet 16 is switched off, and a suction effect is generated between the permanent magnet 152 and the iron ring, so that the arc-shaped baffle 15 can be closed, and external dust and impurities are prevented from entering the host part 1.
After the occurrence of a chain breakage accident is detected, the electromagnet 16 is immediately powered on to generate repulsion force, so that the arc-shaped baffle 15 can be smoothly pushed open by the bullet 52.
A motor part 6 is arranged on the side of the main machine part 1, and a main shaft 61 of the motor part 6 is inserted into the main machine part 1 and is connected with and drives the saw chain gear 10 to rotate; a guide plate 3 is also fixedly arranged in the main machine part 1, and a saw chain 30 is meshed with a saw chain gear 10 and surrounds the guide plate 3 for a circle; the front end of the guide plate 3 is provided with a driven wheel 33, and the driven wheel 33 is engaged with the saw chain 30.
The front end of the guide plate 3 is provided with an optical sensor 34 at the side edge of the driven wheel 33, and the optical sensor 34 is used for detecting the time of passing each gear tooth of the driven wheel 33, so as to calculate the rotating speed of the driven wheel; the side wall of the rear end of the guide plate 3 is provided with a connector lug 32, and the connector lug 32 provides electric energy for the optical sensor 34; the connector lug 32 and the guide plate 3 are insulated from each other.
During normal operation, the output of the motor part is stable, so that the rotation speed of the saw chain gear 10 is stable and does not fluctuate greatly. The rotational speed of the connected driven wheel 33 is therefore also stable and proportional to the rotational speed of the saw sprocket 10, i.e. if the rotational speed of the saw sprocket 10 is not stable, the rotational speed of the driven wheel 33 is also not stable.
The invention can calculate the rotating speed of the driven wheel 33 by monitoring the passing time of each gear tooth by using the optical sensor 34, and then compares the rotating speed with the rotating speed of the saw chain gear 10, if the ratio fluctuates sharply, the current working condition is abnormal, and the chain breaking condition is likely to occur. This requires immediate protective action to drive the guard assembly out of the way to prevent the saw chain from harming the user.
The tail end of the guide plate 3 is provided with three fixing holes 31, and fastening bolts are arranged on the fixing holes 31 so as to fixedly install the guide plate 3 on the main machine part 1; the fixing holes 31 are arranged in an isosceles triangle, one of the fixing holes faces the main shaft 61, and the other two fixing holes are close to the outer side of the main machine part 1. The three fixing holes 31 are arranged such that the stability of the guide plate 3 can be improved. Since the vibration amplitude of the guide plate increases as the distance from the main shaft 61 increases, the stability can be improved by providing two fixing holes on the outer side.
The tail part of the host part 1 is provided with a handheld part 2, the handheld part 2 is provided with a rear handle 21, the top surface of the rear handle 21 is provided with an upper patch 23, the lower side of the rear handle 21 is provided with a switch 22, and the switch 22 controls the work of the motor part 6; a lower patch 24 is arranged on the lower side of the outer wall of the switch 22, and the upper patch 23 and the lower patch 24 are in data connection with a detection part and a data processing center in the host part 1 and used for detecting whether human static exists or not; the data processing centre may send instructions to cause the motor section 6 to shut down.
When the user normally uses the electric chain saw of the present invention, the user must firmly hold the rear handle 21 with his hand and press the switch 22 with his finger to start the operation of the motor section 6. At this time, the upper patch 23 and the lower patch 24 can simultaneously detect the passage of current of the human body.
If the detection part does not detect the body current of the upper patch 23 and the lower patch 24 or only one position can detect the body current, it means that the user does not firmly hold the rear handle 21, and thus an accident is easily caused. The data processing centre therefore sends an instruction to cause the motor section 6 to shut down, avoiding accidents.
An access cover 11 is arranged on the main machine part 1, and the raw materials in the gas eruption part can be replaced conveniently after the access cover 11 is opened; the wind shields 12 are arranged at the upper and lower parts of the side edge of the main machine part 1, and the wind shields 12 block air flow generated when the motor part 6 works, so that the influence of the air flow on waste chips brought out by saw chain cutting is avoided, and the waste chips are scattered in the air; the bottom of the motor part 6 is provided with a battery holder which is connected with a battery pack in a clamping way, and the top of the motor part 6 is provided with a side handle 62 extending outwards.
The material in the gas burst section can be replaced by detaching the access cover 11, and is generally solid sodium azide NaN3, which is triggered to rapidly decompose and generate a large amount of nitrogen gas. The nitrogen is inert in chemical property, harmless to human bodies, and free from explosion when the chain saw works to generate high temperature, and is good gas for expansion.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof.
