Referring to fig. 6 and 8, the mounting plate 28 is welded on the outer side wall of the lower end of the paint liquid tank 1, one side of the mounting plate 28 connected with the paint liquid tank 1 is an arc-shaped surface, the connection with the paint liquid tank 1 is firmer, and the side opposite to the arc-shaped surface is of a plane structure, so that the third speed reducer 29 can be conveniently mounted. The third speed reducer 29 is installed on the planar structure of the mounting plate 28, the input end of the third speed reducer 29 is connected with a third motor 30, the output end of the third speed reducer 29 is connected with a second stirring shaft 31, the second stirring shaft 31 is horizontally arranged, one end, far away from the third speed reducer 29, of the second stirring shaft 31 penetrates through the mounting plate 28 and the wall of the paint liquid tank 1 and is located in the paint liquid tank 1, a second stirring blade is installed on the shaft body wall, located in the paint liquid tank 1, of the second stirring shaft 31, and the movement of the second stirring blade and the movement of the first stirring blade do not interfere with each other. When the paint liquid is blended, under the action of the third speed reducer 29, the third motor 30, the second stirring shaft 31 and the second stirring blade, the time required for the paint liquid to be uniform is shorter, and the paint liquid blending speed is increased.
In this embodiment, the first motor 16, the second motor 24, and the third motor 30 are electrically connected to a frequency converter, and the rotational speeds of the first motor 16, the second motor 24, and the third motor 30 can be adjusted by the frequency converter, so that the paint spraying effect and the blending effect of the paint liquid can be adjusted, and the present invention is more flexible to use.

The automatic metal product spraying device is characterized by comprising a paint liquid tank (1) and a paint spraying pump (2), wherein a paint outlet is formed in the side wall of the lower end of the paint liquid tank (1), a liquid inlet of the paint spraying pump (2) is connected with the paint outlet of the paint liquid tank (1), the automatic metal product spraying device further comprises a rack (3), a clamping device is arranged on the rack (3) and can move along the front-back direction of the rack (3), the clamping device comprises two vertical plates (4), the two vertical plates (4) are sequentially arranged along the left-right direction of the rack (3), the vertical plates (4) are vertically arranged, the length direction of the vertical plates (4) is along the front-back direction of the rack (3), a first electric cylinder (5) is respectively arranged in the middle of the outer side wall of each of the two vertical plates (4), the first electric cylinder (5) moves horizontally and moves along the left-right direction of the rack (3), a piston rod of the first electric cylinder (5) penetrates through the vertical plate (4) and extends into the inner side of the vertical plate (4), the top end of the piston rod of the first electric cylinder (5) is connected with a clamping vertical plate (6), the clamping vertical plate (6) is arranged in parallel to the vertical plate (4), and the length direction of the clamping vertical plate (6) is along the length direction of the vertical plate (4); the inner side wall of each clamping vertical plate (6) is provided with a clamping transverse plate (7), the two clamping transverse plates (7) are horizontally arranged, the upper end surfaces of the two clamping transverse plates are at the same height position, and the length direction of each clamping transverse plate (7) is along the length direction of the vertical plate (4); a second electric cylinder (8) is vertically arranged on the outer side of each of the two vertical plates (4) on the rack (3), a paint spraying pipe (9) is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the piston rod of each of the two second electric cylinders (8), the length direction of the paint spraying pipe (9) is along the left-right direction of the rack (3), one end of the paint spraying pipe (9) is sealed, and the other end of the paint spraying pipe is connected with a liquid outlet of the paint spraying pump (2); the lower extreme of spray painting pipe (9) is provided with a plurality of shower nozzles (10), and each shower nozzle evenly sets up along the length direction of spray painting pipe (9).

The automatic metal product spraying device according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of guide through holes are formed in the vertical plate (4) along the length direction of the vertical plate, a guide rod (18) is installed in each guide through hole, the guide rods (18) are matched with the guide through holes in size, the length direction of the guide rods (18) is along the left-right direction of the rack (3), and one ends of the guide rods (18) located on the inner side of the vertical plate (4) are fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the clamping vertical plate (6).

8. An automatic metal product spraying device according to claim 7, characterized in that a second valve (26) is arranged at a paint outlet of the paint liquid tank (1), and the second valve (26) is connected with a liquid inlet of the paint spraying pump (2) through a second metal pipe (27).

The automatic metal product spraying device according to claim 7, wherein a mounting plate (28) is welded on the outer side wall of the lower end of the paint liquid tank (1), one side of the mounting plate (28) connected with the paint liquid tank (1) is an arc-shaped surface, the side opposite to the arc-shaped surface is a plane structure, a third speed reducer (29) is installed on the plane structure of the mounting plate (28), the input end of the third speed reducer (29) is connected with a third motor (30), the output end of the third speed reducer (29) is connected with a second stirring shaft (31), the second stirring shaft (31) is horizontally arranged, one end, far away from the third speed reducer (29), of the second stirring shaft (31) penetrates through the mounting plate (28) and the tank wall of the paint liquid tank (1) and is located in the paint liquid tank (1), and a second stirring blade is installed on the shaft body of the second stirring shaft (31) located on the tank wall of the paint liquid tank (1, the movement of the second stirring blade and the first stirring blade do not interfere with each other.
10. The automatic metal product spraying device according to claim 9, wherein the first motor (16), the second motor (24) and the third motor (30) are electrically connected with a frequency converter respectively.
