The bone cement fixing method in the invention, wherein the concrete steps of injecting a part of the bone cement into the vertebral body through the bone cement channel and filling the other part of the bone cement into the bone cement channel are as follows: injecting a portion of bone cement into the vertebral body through the first and second passages and filling another portion of bone cement with the first and second passages.
When the bone cement fixing device and the method are used, firstly, a screw is screwed into a vertebral body of a patient, then a connector is connected with the screw, a cylinder cavity of the connector is communicated with a bone cement channel of the screw, then, bone cement is injected into the cylinder cavity of the connector, then, a push rod is inserted into the cylinder cavity at the upper end of the connector, the push rod is pushed downwards, under the action of the push rod, one part of the bone cement is injected into the vertebral body through the bone cement channel, the other part of the bone cement is filled in the bone cement channel, the connector and a screw head are separated, and after the bone cement is solidified, the fixation is finished. In the invention, bone cement is stored in the vertebral body at the periphery of the screw, and the bone cement is also stored in the bone cement channel in the screw, so that the screw can be well fixed with the bone cement after the bone cement is solidified. Because the screw is embedded into the vertebral body in a screwing mode, the screw is not easy to displace, and because the screw is fixedly connected with the bone cement, the bone cement is not easy to displace under the restraining action of the screw. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2-10, the bone cement fixing device of the present invention includes a screw 1, a connector 2 and a push rod 3, wherein the screw 1 includes a screw head 101 and a screw body 102 which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, a bone cement passage penetrating through the upper end and the lower end of the screw body 102 is arranged in the screw body 102, a groove 104 communicated with the bone cement passage is arranged on the screw head 101, the connector 2 is of a cylindrical structure, the lower end 201 of the connector 2 is matched with the shape of the groove 104, the push rod 3 is inserted into a cylindrical cavity 202 at the upper end of the connector 2, and the shape of the push rod 3 is matched with the shape of the cylindrical cavity 202.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the push rod 3 is T-shaped, and the lower end of the push rod 3 is inserted into the barrel cavity 202 at the upper end of the connector 2, so that the push rod 3 is T-shaped, which facilitates pushing the push rod 3 along the barrel cavity 202 of the connector 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the bone cement fixing device of the present invention, wherein the bone cement passage includes a first passage 103 and a second passage 106, the first passage 103 is disposed along an axial direction of the screw body 102, an upper end of the first passage 103 is communicated with the groove 104, a lower end of the first passage 103 penetrates through a lower end of the screw body 102, the second passage 106 is provided on a side wall of the lower end of the screw body 102, and the second passage 106 is communicated with the first passage 103.
As shown in fig. 3, the bone cement fixing device of the present invention, wherein the second channel 106 is provided in a plurality, and the second channels 106 are symmetrically arranged on two opposite sides of the screw body 102. In the present embodiment, the number of the second channels 106 is 6, that is, 3 second channels 106 are respectively provided on two opposite sides of the screw body 102, and each second channel 106 is arranged in a radial direction of the screw body 102.

In this way, the lower end 201 of the connector 2 is easily inserted into the groove 104 for connection therewith, and meanwhile, in order to make the connection between the lower end 201 of the connector 2 and the groove 104 more tight, an interference fit is formed therebetween.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, in the bone cement fixing device of the present invention, a locking groove 105 is formed on a sidewall of the groove 104. When screwing the screw 1 into the vertebral body 4, a tool needs to be used to rotate the screw 1, specifically: the tool is caught in the recess 104 of the screw 1 and rotated. In order to make the tool and the groove 104 tightly engaged, a locking groove 105 is formed on the sidewall of the groove 104, so that the tool is locked in the locking groove 105, which facilitates the rotation of the screw 1.
In the bone cement fixing device, the cross section of the groove 104 is in a regular polygon or plum blossom shape, and the cross section of the lower end 201 of the connector 2 is also in a regular polygon or plum blossom shape. The cortical bone threads on the screw body 102 are uniform in shape and length as compared to the cortical bone threads on existing cortical screws. By providing the cortical bone thread on the screw body 102, the screw 1 can be brought into sufficient contact with the vertebral body 4, the stability of the screw 1 is improved, and the effect of fixing the bone cement 5 is further improved.
In the bone cement fixing device, the screw 1 is made of titanium alloy, degradable magnesium alloy or PEEK, and the connector 2 is made of stainless steel or polyethylene. In the present embodiment, the screw 1 has a diameter of 6.5 mm and a length of 40-45 mm.

the push rod 3 is inserted into the barrel cavity 202 at the upper end of the connector 2, and the push rod 3 is pushed downwards, so that one part of the bone cement 5 is injected into the vertebral body 4 through the bone cement channel, and the other part of the bone cement 5 is filled in the bone cement channel,
and separating the connector 2 from the screw head 101, and finishing the fixation after the bone cement 5 is cured.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the bone cement fixing method according to the present invention, wherein the step of injecting a portion of the bone cement 5 into the vertebral body 4 through the bone cement passage and filling another portion of the bone cement 5 into the bone cement passage comprises the steps of: a portion of the bone cement 5 is injected into the vertebral body 4 through the first passage 103 and the second passage 106, and another portion of the bone cement 5 fills the first passage 103 and the second passage 106.
As shown in figures 7 and 8, when the bone cement fixing device and the method are used, firstly, the screw 1 is screwed into the vertebral body 4 of a patient, then the connector 2 is connected with the screw 1, the barrel cavity 202 of the connector 2 is communicated with the bone cement channel of the screw 1, then the bone cement 5 is injected into the barrel cavity 202 of the connector 2, then the push rod 3 is inserted into the barrel cavity 202 at the upper end of the connector 2, the push rod 3 is pushed downwards, under the action of the push rod 3, one part of the bone cement 5 is injected into the vertebral body 4 through the bone cement channel, the other part of the bone cement is filled in the bone cement channel, the connector 2 and the screw head 101 are separated, and the fixation is completed after the bone cement 5 is solidified. In the present invention, since the bone cement 5 is present in the vertebral body 4 around the screw 1 and the bone cement 5 is also present in the bone cement passage in the screw 1, the screw 1 can be well fixed to the bone cement 5 after the bone cement 5 is cured. Because the screw 1 is embedded into the vertebral body 4 in a screwing mode, the screw 1 is not easy to displace, and because the screw 1 is fixedly connected with the bone cement 5, the bone cement 5 is not easy to displace under the restraining action of the screw 1.
