Description

Device for detecting nasal trunk
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a device for detecting nasal stems.
Background
The nose is an important organ of human beings, and governs important functions such as respiration, smell sense, immunity, protection, and the nasal mucosa is the first line of defense of human respiratory tract contacting with external environment, and it can sense the stimulation of external temperature, humidity, smell, etc., thereby regulating the function of mucociliary transmission system, secreting mucus to adsorb bacteria, dust, microorganism, etc. in the air, and discharging large-particle harmful substances, and being an important protective barrier for human body. Meanwhile, the nasal mucosa has the functions of heating and humidifying the externally inhaled air, so that the temperature and the humidity of the air flowing to the lower respiratory tract (bronchus and lung) through the nasal cavity are similar to the internal environment of a human body (37 ℃, nearly 100 percent of humidity). However, the nasal mucosa is very sensitive, which is related to the existence of a large amount of capillaries, glands and peripheral nerves, and any external stimulation can cause damage to the nasal mucosa, thereby causing respiratory system diseases such as rhinitis, nasosinusitis, bronchial asthma and the like.
Nasal dryness (dry nose) is a common complaint and symptom in the nose, has a high incidence rate, and affects about 6% of the population worldwide. The symptoms of the dry nose vary greatly, and objective changes of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity (atrophy, folds, atrophy of the inferior turbinate and the like) are sensed subjectively. Such patients also often complain of nasal itching, burning sensations of the nasal cavity, nasal bleeding, and nasal obstruction (reflex nasal obstruction), among others. Meanwhile, dry nasal cavity often combines with dry symptoms of other organs such as dry eyes, dry throat, dry oral cavity and the like, so that the water content of the nasal cavity is reduced, the function of a mucociliary transmission system is reduced, cup-shaped cells and fibroblasts in mucous membranes are reduced, the sensitivity of the nasal cavity is reduced, the nasal cavity is excessively ventilated, and further the brittleness of the relevant mucous membranes is increased, bleeding, scabbing and chapping are easy to occur, and troubles are caused to normal work, life and learning of people. The causes of nasal dryness are complex and most commonly related to life and living environment. The nasal dryness patients facing south in Qinling mountain-Huaihe river in China are obviously less than those in the northern area, and the patients who mainly complain about the nasal dryness in 1 month of indoor decoration (the indoor humidity is less than 50%) of a certain city are obviously more than resident people in the area. In addition, excessive use of nasal mucosa decongestants (oxymetazoline, ephedrine, etc.), as well as the use of certain chemotherapeutic agents, long flights, etc., can cause nasal mucosa drying. At present, when a doctor diagnoses nasal dryness, a standard objective evaluation system is not provided, whether the quantity of mucus secreted by nasal mucosa is normal or not is often judged by inquiring whether the nasal cavity of a patient is dry or not, the mode is easily influenced by subjectivity of the patient (symptoms of the patient are usually exaggerated), clinic is not quantitative and has large errors, a given treatment scheme is not accurate enough, the auxiliary treatment of moisturizing and cleaning the nasal cavity by pure nasal cavity washing, peppermint oil and the like is often not given to the patient for specific individual treatment, the expectation of the patient is difficult to meet, and the treatment effect is poor. Most importantly, although the assistant of objective examination means such as an anterior rhinoscope and a nasal endoscope exists, the subjective feeling of many patients is not consistent with the objective examination result (subjective and objective separation), the subjective feeling of the patients is often serious, but the objective examination nasal cavity has no corresponding change, so that doctor-patient dispute is most easily caused at the moment, and unnecessary consequences are caused. If a corresponding objective evaluation system is added, the occurrence of the events can be effectively reduced.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new device for nasal trunk detection to solve the above problems.
