Description

Guiding device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a guide device for a push element, having a pull-out guide with at least two rails which are held so as to be movable relative to one another, in particular by means of roller bodies, and having a retraction device or an ejection device which is fastened to a first rail and can be brought into engagement with an activator fastened to a second rail in order to pull the pull-out guide into a closed position within a range of movement or out into an open position and hold it, wherein the retraction device or the ejection device has a carrier which is pretensioned by a force accumulator and can be moved along a guide path by the tensioned force accumulator between a retraction position or an ejection position and a parking position. In the ejection device, the second rail is preferably damped to automatically move to the maximum open position relative to the first rail.
Background
EP2445376B1 discloses a self-retracting device fitted on a pull-out guide. The self-retracting device comprises a housing on which a guide path for a carrier is formed, which carrier can be moved from a retracted position to a parking position by means of a tensioned accumulator. From the parking position, an activator on the moving rail can engage with the carriage to release it so that the moving rail together with the activator is moved to the closed position or to the open position. Such self-retracting devices are often installed in already installed furniture, although further construction work in the room is still taking place. Construction activities often result in a large amount of dust which also falls onto the furniture and furniture fittings. If the dust arrives on the guide path of the conveyor of the self-retracting or self-ejecting device, increased friction and squeak noise may result.
Even when using a corresponding pull-out guide in a domestic appliance, such as a dishwasher, the guide path of the conveyor of the self-retracting or self-ejecting device may be contaminated by food residues or detergent residues, which may also lead to increased friction and squeak noise.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to produce a guide for a pusher that provides improved protection against contamination.
This object is achieved with such a guide device for a pusher. The guide device has a pull-out guide with at least two rails which are held so as to be movable relative to one another, and a retraction device or an ejection device which is fixed to the first rail and can be engaged with an activator which is fixed to the second rail in order to pull the pull-out guide into the closed position within the range of movement or to pull the pull-out guide out into the open position and hold it there, the retraction device or the ejection device having a carrier which is pretensioned by a force accumulator and can be moved along a guide path by the tensioned force accumulator between a retraction position or an ejection position and a parking position; the retraction device or the ejection device has a housing in which a guide path is arranged in a protected manner, wherein the guide path is enclosed on at least three sides by the housing, the inner space of the housing being covered on one side by the rails of the pull-out guide.
In an embodiment of the guiding device according to the invention, the retraction device or the ejection device has a housing in which the guiding path of the carrier is arranged in a protected manner. Although this permits dust to fall on the outside of the housing of the retracting or ejecting apparatus, the guide path is protected by the housing, and thus smooth movement of the carrier can be ensured even if the outside of the housing is contaminated. Although a small gap between the rails of the pull-out guide and the housing is required due to the engagement of the carrier with the activator, dust ingress is mitigated by the fact that: the housing encloses the guide path, in particular the area above the guide path is covered by the housing.
Preferably, the guide path is arranged such that it is not visible from the outside at least in the closed position of the pull-out guide. The guide path is located inside the housing, and is covered by the housing. The guide path can be surrounded by the housing on at least three sides, in particular on four or five sides, the pull-out guide thereby covering the interior of the housing on one side. In this way, the guide path can be protected against contamination particularly effectively.
The guide path is preferably formed on at least one catch tab projecting into the interior of the housing. The grip tab may be in the form of a strip, whereby the carrier engages behind the grip tab or behind a guide strip at a distance from the grip tab, thus preventing lift-off. Preferably, the wall segments on which the guide paths are formed are arranged vertically. Such vertical wall sections are less prone to contamination. The carrier can also be pivoted vertically along the guide path just before reaching the closed or open position, so that the movement of the carrier takes place in a vertical plane, which reduces the susceptibility to contamination.
For ease of installation, the carrier may have two pins which are slidably retained on the guide path. In addition, for preassembly of the carrier on the housing, the carrier can have a catch tab which engages behind a guide catch tab on the housing.
The housing of the retraction or ejection device is preferably secured to the fixed rail and the activator is secured to the movable rail. This allows the housing to be placed inside the furniture body, which improves the contamination protection even when the pull-out guide is opened. Alternatively, the housing can also be arranged on the running rail and the activator on the stationary rail.
For easy assembly and disassembly, the housing can be clipped onto the rails of the pull-out guide by means of snap-in connections. For this purpose, the pull-out guide can have two hook-shaped curved catch tabs, for example, to which the housing can be plugged or in which it can be swiveled. There may also be more than two grip tabs or additional mounting interfaces. For example, another grip tab or protrusion may also be present in the middle between the two hook strips to support the housing. The activator can also be clipped to another rail without tools. The activator is preferably made of plastic.
In the method according to the invention, a pull-out guide is first provided with at least two rails that are movable relative to one another, wherein two hook-shaped curved catch tabs are provided on one rail. Then, one end of the housing of the retractor or the ejector is inserted in the longitudinal direction of the rail at the first hook-shaped catch tab bent into a hook shape to subsequently swing the housing of the retractor or the ejector about the axis of rotation formed by the first hook-shaped bent catch tab, in the course of which the wall section of the housing is inserted at the second hook-shaped bent catch tab until a stop, so that the housing is fixed to the rail in a clamped or latched manner.

FIGS. 5A and 5B are two views of the retractor without the pull-out guide; and
fig. 6A and 6B are two views of the carrier of the retraction device of fig. 5.
Detailed Description
The guide device 1 comprises a pull-out guide 2, the pull-out guide 2 having a rail 3, the rail 3 being fixable to a furniture carcass or a household appliance via an angle bracket 4. As can be seen in particular in fig. 1B, the fixed rail 3 is connected to the corner bracket 4 at a joint 40 by riveting. At the joint 40, no material protrudes over the surface 41 on the underside of the carriage 4, thus preventing the pull-out guide 2 from tilting during transport and storage. The intermediate rail 5 is movably held on the fixed rail 3 by a roller body, and the movable rail 6 is movably held on the intermediate rail 5 by a roller body. A sliding member, such as a drawer or a food rack, can be fixed to the movable rail 6.
In order to be able to move the pull-out guide 2 in the closing direction before the closed position is reached, a retraction device 10 is provided, which retraction device 10 has a housing 11 which is fixed to the fixed rail 3. The housing 11 of the retractor device 10 can also be fixed to the running rail 6. In the present embodiment, the housing 11 is fixed to the two hook-shaped bent grip tabs 12 of the rail 3 by snap-in connection. In addition, the housing 11 has two latch catches 111, the two latch catches 111 snapping into the notches 301 on the fixed rail 3.
Fig. 2 shows the pull-out guide 2 without the retraction device 10. It can be seen that two openings 30 are formed in the running rail 6 for fitting the activator 31. The activator 31 is formed by two projections projecting from the plate 32. The plate 32 is placed on the moving rail 6 and, on the side opposite the activator 31, there is a fixed catch 33 or pin which ensures that the activator 31 is fixed to the moving rail 6 in a clamping or locking manner.
Fig. 3A to 3C show the mounting of the activator 31 on the running rail 6. The activator 31 is inserted into the opening 30 together with the fixing catch piece 33 and then swung, thereby fixing the activator 31 to the rail 6.
Fig. 4 shows how the housing 11 is mounted on the stator rail 3. The fixed rail 3 comprises two hook-shaped grip tabs 12, the ends of which are opposite to each other. The housing 11 is inserted at the first hook-shaped grip tab 12 and the housing 11 is pivoted at the second hook-shaped grip tab 12 about a horizontal axis formed by the first hook-shaped grip tab 12. For this purpose, the housing 11 has a receptacle 112 at one end and only one locking edge 113 at the other end, which locking edge 113 comes into contact with the second hook-shaped catch 12 from above. A wall section of the housing 11 is inserted at the second catch tab 12 between the wall of the rail 3 and the projecting hook-shaped catch tab 12 until it stops. The housing 11 can be fixed to the fixed rail 3 by clamping or latching. In the middle between the two hook-shaped gripping tabs 12, the rail 3 has an additional hook-shaped gripping tab 121 for holding the housing 11 in the assembled state.
Fig. 5A and 5B show the retractor 10 without the pull-out guide 2. The housing 11 is generally strip-shaped with a guide path 13 on the side facing inwards, which is formed on a vertical wall of the housing 11. The guide path 13 has a corner end section 14 where the carrier 15 can be held in a parking position. The carrier 15 is preloaded in the closing direction by an accumulator 16 in the form of a spring. The accumulator 16 is arranged in a first accommodation of the housing 11 and, parallel to the first accommodation, a second accommodation is provided with a linear damper having a damper housing 17 and a movable piston rod which is connected to the carrier 15 via a connecting element 18. This allows the closing movement of the carrier 15 to be slowed down.
At a distance from the guide path 13, a guide catch 25 is formed in the housing 11 adjacent to the guide groove 26, in which the guide element 22 of the carrier 15 engages to prevent the carrier 15 from lifting off the housing 11. The guide path 13 is constituted by a bottomed channel so that no dust foreign matter can enter the guide path 13. The narrow guide slot 26 is open so that it can be passed through by the guide element 22, for which purpose the guide slot 26 has widened ends to allow the carrier 15 to pivot in the region of the corner end section 14. It is likewise possible to close the guide grooves 26 and to prevent the carrier 15 from being lifted off by means of hook-like guides.
The carrier 15 is shown in detail in fig. 6A and 6B. The carrier 15 comprises two pins 21, which pins 21 are movable in the guide path 13. At a distance from the pin 21, a guide element 22 is formed, which guide element 22 passes through the guide slot 26 and engages behind the guide catch 25, thus preventing the carrier 15 from being lifted off the guide path 13.
In addition, the carrier 15 is provided with a housing 19 for engaging the linear damper and another housing 20 for engaging the accumulator. Furthermore, the carrier 15 has a receptacle 23 for engaging the activator 31.
In the assembled state, the guide path 13 is protected by the housing 11, the guide path 13 facing an inner space, which is covered on five sides by the housing 11. On the sixth side, a covering is provided in the assembled position by the pull-out guide 2 with the rails 3, 5, 6, so that, although a small gap still allows entry of contamination, the degree of contamination is significantly reduced compared to an arrangement in which the guide path is unprotected. At least the area above the guide path 13 is covered by the housing 11, preventing dust from accumulating on the guide path.
