Abstract
The invention provides an easy-to-install hanging type explosion-proof monitor, which relates to the technical field of monitors and comprises a hanging frame, a blocking frame and a monitor body, wherein the hanging frame, the blocking frame and the monitor body are detachably connected; the hanging frame consists of a transverse shaft and a plurality of oblique shafts, the transverse shaft is connected to the tail ends of the oblique shafts, bosses are arranged on one surfaces of the transverse shaft and the oblique shafts, which are contacted with the wall board, and screw grooves are arranged on the opposite surfaces of the transverse shaft and the oblique shafts; the anti-explosion monitor is used for solving the technical problems that the anti-explosion monitor is inconvenient to mount and dismount in the prior art, and short circuits easily occur in a wiring hole in rainy days.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of monitors, in particular to an easily-installed hanging type explosion-proof monitor.
Background
The explosion-proof monitor is used for a display for field monitoring, and the device not only has the function of a common monitor, but also has the explosion-proof characteristic. For example, in a dangerous place such as a liquefied gas station, a gas station, etc. where flammable and explosive factors are more prevalent, the mixed gas is liable to enter the monitor, and electric sparks are very likely to be generated when the monitor is started or during operation, thereby causing explosion or combustion of the mixed gas.
However, the explosion-proof monitor in the prior art is usually fixed on the wall surface by pins, and although the movement of the monitor can be prevented, the installation is inconvenient, and the disassembly is more inconvenient; and the explosion-proof monitor is usually arranged outdoors, and has no shielding structure, so that the wiring position of the monitor is easy to cause short circuit in rainy days, thereby causing great potential safety hazard.

In view of the shortcomings of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an easily-installed hanging type explosion-proof monitor, which is used for solving the technical problems that the installation and the disassembly of the explosion-proof monitor are inconvenient and the short circuit is easy to occur in a wiring hole in a rainy day in the prior art.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides an easily-installed hanging type explosion-proof monitor, which comprises a hanging frame 1, a blocking frame 2 and a monitor body 3, wherein the hanging frame 1, the blocking frame 2 and the monitor body 3 are detachably connected, the monitor body 3 is hung on the hanging frame 1, and the blocking frame 2 covers the outer part of the monitor body 3; referring to fig. 3, the hanging rack 1 is composed of a transverse shaft 13 and a plurality of oblique shafts 14, the transverse shaft 13 is connected to the ends of the oblique shafts 14, a boss 11 is arranged on one surface of the transverse shaft 13, which is in contact with the wall plate, of the oblique shaft 14, a screw groove 12 is arranged on the opposite surface of the boss, and at least two oblique shafts 14 are arranged;
specifically, the boss 11 of the oblique shaft 14 is located in the middle of the oblique shaft 14, so that the cross section of the oblique shaft 14 is T-shaped, and the boss 11 of the transverse shaft 13 is arranged close to the edge, so that the cross section of the transverse shaft 13 is L-shaped;
referring to fig. 4 and 5, the monitor body 3 includes a flameproof housing 31, a display screen 32 and a waterproof plate 33, the display screen 32 is embedded in the flameproof housing 31, and the waterproof plate 33 covers the upper surface of the display screen 32 and is fixedly connected with the flameproof housing 31; the flameproof housing 31 is provided with an oblique groove 312 matched with the oblique shaft 14, and the oblique groove 312 and the flameproof housing 31 are of an integral structure;
specifically, the middle part of the waterproof plate 33 protrudes downwards, and when the waterproof plate 33 is fixed on the upper surface of the flameproof housing 31, the top parts of the display screen 32 and the flameproof housing 31 can be completely covered to form a closed space;
specifically, the flame-proof device further comprises a radiating fin, one end of the radiating fin is connected with the display screen 32, the other end of the radiating fin is connected with the flame-proof shell 31, and the radiating fin guides heat of the display screen 32 to the flame-proof shell 31 for heat dissipation;
when the monitor body 3 is installed, one end of the oblique groove 312 is inserted into the oblique shaft 14 after aligning with the oblique shaft 14;
keep off frame 2 and form by the concatenation of first baffle 21 and second baffle 22, first baffle 21 and second baffle 22 bottom all are provided with the draw-in groove 23 that matches with horizontal axle 13, and when keeping off frame 2 installation, align the tip of horizontal axle 13 with the draw-in groove 23 of first baffle 21 and second baffle 22, promote first baffle 21 and second baffle 22 to the middle part again.
Based on the above embodiment, the inner side of the flameproof housing 31 is provided with the limiting plate 311, and the display screen 32 is fixed on the limiting plate 311 and used for limiting the position of the display screen 32.
Based on the above embodiment, the edge of the waterproof plate 33 is provided with the screw hole 331, and the screw passes through the screw hole 331 and then fixedly connects the waterproof plate 33 and the flameproof housing 31.
Based on the above embodiments, the side surface of the flameproof housing 31 is provided with the first wiring hole 313, the power interface 314, and the second wiring hole 315 in parallel.
Based on the above embodiment, the included angle between the oblique axis 14 and the transverse axis 13 ranges from 45 ° to 60 °.
Based on the above embodiment, the first engaging plate 211 is provided at the end of the first blocking plate 21, the second engaging plate 221 is provided at the end of the second blocking plate 22, and the first engaging plate 211 and the second engaging plate 221 are spliced into a seamless square plate to prevent water from entering.
The installation process comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 7, first, the hanging bracket 1 is fixed to the wall panel by screws passing through the screw grooves 12, then the monitor body is hung on the diagonal shaft 14 with the side surface provided with the first wiring hole 313, the power source interface 314 and the second wiring hole 315 facing downward, and finally the first blocking plate 21 and the second blocking plate 22 of the blocking frame 2 are hung on the left end and the right end of the horizontal shaft 13, respectively, so that the first engaging plate 211 and the second engaging plate 221 are spliced into a seamless square plate.
In conclusion, the invention has simple and reasonable structure, can realize quick installation and disassembly and has stronger practicability. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

the monitor body (3) comprises an explosion-proof shell (31), a display screen (32) and a waterproof plate (33), the display screen (32) is embedded in the explosion-proof shell (31), and the waterproof plate (33) covers the upper surface of the display screen (32) and is fixedly connected with the explosion-proof shell (31); the flame-proof shell (31) is provided with an oblique groove (312) matched with the oblique shaft (14), and the oblique groove (312) and the flame-proof shell (31) are of an integral structure;
keep off frame (2) and form by first baffle (21) and second baffle (22) concatenation, first baffle (21) and second baffle (22) bottom all are provided with draw-in groove (23) that match with horizontal axle (13).
