Background
At present, a TV large-screen application content provider (namely CP) in the OTT industry can paste platform LOGO watermarks according to the properties of a platform per se, such as a search fox and a watermelon video. Due to the requirement of the OTT license plate party on content verification, the CP video content with the LOGO with the platform property (such as the video with LOGO watermark of fox and watermelon) is limited to be put on shelf in other applications. This brings difficulty to other video aggregation applications to show multiple videos. For aggregated large-screen applications, a large batch of videos on the CP side cannot be directly put on shelf for use, so that the LOGO watermark of the CP video is urgently needed to be processed.
At present, the mainstream watermark processing method in the market is to add a watermark picture one by one frame to a video picture to cover a logo watermark when cloud transcoding is adopted, namely, a video is uploaded, decoded and disassembled, the watermark picture is added, and the video is synthesized again and output. However, by adopting a cloud processing mode, after videos with the same definition are processed, the size of the videos is increased (the size is increased 1/3), transcoding of the videos is required (time consumption is required), efficiency in video processing and on-shelf is not high, and delay of contents with even properties, such as entertainment contents, information contents and the like, is high, so that services are seriously influenced.

Firstly, an application scenario of the embodiment of the invention is explained, and at present, a mainstream watermark processing method in the market is to add watermark pictures to video pictures frame by frame when cloud transcoding is adopted, namely, the video is uploaded, decoded, the video is disassembled to add the watermark pictures, and the video is synthesized again and output. The present application proposes a corresponding solution based on this problem.
Examples
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an automatic video watermark hiding method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which can be executed by an automatic video watermark hiding apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the method may specifically include the following steps:
s101, acquiring information of a video to be played;
wherein the information at least comprises: the definition of the video to be played and the content provider of the video to be played.
It should be noted that, the video aggregation application generally needs to store information of a video when acquiring the video, so that information that a client searches and detects the video to be played currently by a user in data provided by the aggregation application is stored, and can acquire the definition of the current video, and a CP (content provider) to which the client belongs requests whether the background current video needs to be subjected to watermark covering or not.
S102, determining a target position needing to be subjected to watermark covering and a watermark picture used in the shielding process based on the information;
it should be noted that step S102 is generally executed by the background of the playback device, and the background queries the definition watermark template corresponding to the current video according to the information returned by the client, and returns the logo watermark to be covered by the current video, the picture height and width, the position (upper left, upper right, lower left, lower right) of the logo watermark, the watermark picture used during the occlusion, and the watermark picture covering offset (horizontal and vertical offset) to the client.
S103, the video is played while the target position is shielded by the watermark picture.
Specifically, the unfolding position of the watermark picture is determined according to the position and the watermark covering offset;
and unfolding the picture and the unfolding position, and simultaneously playing the video to be played so as to cover the original watermark.
So set up: the logo watermark is directly shielded during playing, so that the logo watermark is covered by the watermark picture displayed by the client when the video is played, the video playing meets the current auditing regulation, meanwhile, the video is not required to be decoded, the watermark picture is added after the video is decoded and disassembled, the video is resynthesized, and other operations are less in time consumption, the video size cannot be increased, and the content delay is reduced.
In practical application, the function implementation flow of each key system is as follows:
the client detection process comprises the following steps:
1) the client provides a separate watermark picture covering interface for providing a client call, and the interface field comprises: id, watermark name, cpCode (content provider identifier), watermark image (watermark picture address), width, height, watermark area, definition, vertical offset, horizontal offset, and the like.
2) And the client acquires the watermark covering image by reporting the cpCode of the current video of the video.
Second, presetting process of watermark templates with different definition
1) Setting the definition of the template: 480P, 720P, 1080P
2) Selecting CP (content provider) to be covered
3) Determining the watermark picture, wherein it needs to be noted that the video to be played provided by the same provider with the same definition corresponds to a preset watermark picture. This map is preset by the staff for storage.
4) Filling in the height and width of the current watermark picture
5) Selecting the area to be covered by the watermark picture (upper left, upper right, lower left, lower right)
6) Setting the horizontal offset, i.e. the ratio of horizontal distance to horizontal width (%)
7) Setting the vertical offset, i.e. the ratio of vertical distance to vertical height (%)
Third, client computing covering process
1) And taking all edges in the currently played video, performing NMS (network management system) to obtain a uniform frame edge, and capturing the first frame image by the video to obtain a screenshot with a widened edge.
2) The image is converted into a binary image, where the location area of the cover is determined using the OTSU algorithm.
The OTSU algorithm divides the original image into a foreground image and a background image by using a threshold value. And (3) prospect: points, mass moments and average gray levels of the foreground under the current threshold are represented by n1, csum and m 1; background: the point number, the mass moment and the average gray level of the background under the current threshold are represented by n2, sum-csum and m 2; when taking the best threshold, the background should be the most different from the foreground. In the scheme provided by the application, the position of the logo watermark can be determined by using an OTSU algorithm.
3) On the basis of the binary image, the vertical and horizontal specific coordinate positions to be covered by the watermark picture are calculated by utilizing a sobel operator.
4) And (5) playing the video after the watermark picture is covered.
In practical application, when a user watches videos by using a client, different videos need to be switched continuously,
when switching the video to be played, the watermark picture and the covering position used by the covering are required to be determined again.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an automatic video watermark hiding method according to an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 2, a further description is made on an automatic video watermark covering method provided by the present application, where the automatic video watermark covering method includes:
s201, a client monitors a video played by a user on a current page before playing to obtain a CP (content provider) and video definition parameter information of the video which the user needs to watch, and sends the CP and the video definition parameter information to a background;
s202, the background provides CP information and video definition parameter information according to the client, inquires the current CP and the watermark picture corresponding to the definition, covers the position, and sends to the client:
s2021, different CP videos are manually analyzed, the definition (480P, 720P and 1080P) of the current CP video, the positions (upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right) of logo watermarks, the height width vertical offset (vertical distance and vertical height ratio) of the logo watermarks and the horizontal offset (horizontal distance and horizontal width ratio) of the logo watermarks are obtained, and a special covering watermark picture is designed.
S203, after receiving the information, the client covers the current video according to the position, the width and the height, and plays the current video with a watermark picture after covering;
and S204, when the client plays the video, the client requests the background again, so that the watermark picture can be adjusted conveniently according to the background watermark template configuration parameters to shield the logo watermark.
The user is browsing news information videos as an example:
the main video acquisition source for video aggregation is other video manufacturers, especially for news information videos, which requires a large investment of manpower and material resources. The news information video has logo watermark which is the logo of each video provider. However, at present, due to the requirement of the OTT terminal license plate party for content auditing, the CP video content with the LOGO of the platform property (such as the video with LOGO watermark of fox and watermelon) is limited to be put on shelf in other applications. This brings difficulty to other video aggregation applications to show multiple videos.
In the scheme provided by the application, news information videos of all sources are obtained by video aggregation application;
when a user browses a video, before the video is played, the client sends information of the video to be played to a background;
the background determines a watermark picture used for blocking the logo watermark and an expansion position of the watermark picture based on preset information and information of a video to be played;
the client expands the watermark picture at the position for shielding the logo watermark and plays the video at the same time, so that the logo watermark of a video source party cannot be displayed when the video is played, and the requirement of content verification by the OTT end license plate party is met.
When the user switches to the next video, the steps are still executed, so that the logo watermark of each video opened by the user is blocked.
It should be noted that the scheme provided by the present application may be completed by the video aggregation application in cooperation with a display of the client, or may be embedded in a browser of the client and executed by the browser of the user.
