Abstract
The invention relates to a method, a device, a system and equipment for monitoring IPTV remote operation, which belong to the technical field of remote monitoring. Aiming at the problem that operators cannot remotely operate IPTV private network services, the system is deployed in a home broadband environment (including an IPTV network), so that the operators can remotely check the current network capability of the IPTV, and can remotely control an IPTV set top box to achieve the purpose of acquiring service operation conditions and competitive product information in real time.

In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc.

Claims (10)
1. An IPTV remote operation monitoring method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a virtual remote controller, wherein keys of the virtual remote controller correspond to key values of a remote controller of a corresponding IPTV set top box;
and triggering the keys of the virtual remote controller according to the triggering instruction, and generating IPTV set-top box remote controller key values corresponding to the keys of the virtual remote controller so as to enable the IPTV set-top box to make corresponding remote control response.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the IPTV set-top box supports ADB access;
the generating of the key value of the IPTV set-top box remote controller corresponding to the key of the virtual remote controller to make the IPTV set-top box make a corresponding remote control response comprises:
and generating an IPTV set-top box remote controller key value corresponding to the key of the virtual remote controller, and transmitting the IPTV set-top box remote controller key value to the IPTV set-top box through a network card by presetting an ADB instruction so as to enable the IPTV set-top box to make a corresponding remote control response.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the IPTV set-top box is not capable of ADB access;
the generating of the key value of the IPTV set-top box remote controller corresponding to the key of the virtual remote controller to make the IPTV set-top box make a corresponding remote control response comprises:
generating an IPTV set-top box remote controller key value corresponding to the key of the virtual remote controller, and converting the IPTV set-top box remote controller key value into a corresponding infrared signal based on a preset rule so that the infrared signal is sent to the IPTV set-top box through a preset infrared transmitter, so that the IPTV set-top box makes a corresponding remote control response.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, further comprising: and based on a preset domain name fixing mode, binding the dynamic IP with the domain name of the preset domain name fixing mode so as to realize that the remote fixed domain name accesses the webpage of the virtual remote controller.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the presetting of the domain name fixing mode comprises: the peanut shell agent mode.
6. An IPTV remote operation monitoring device, comprising: the remote control system comprises an acquisition module and a remote control module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a virtual remote controller, and keys of the virtual remote controller correspond to key values of a remote controller of a corresponding IPTV set top box;
the remote control module is used for triggering the keys of the virtual remote controller according to a trigger instruction, and generating IPTV set-top box remote controller key values corresponding to the keys of the virtual remote controller so as to enable the IPTV set-top box to make corresponding remote control response.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein when the IPTV set-top box supports ADB access, the remote control module is configured to generate an IPTV set-top box remote control key value corresponding to a key of the virtual remote control, and transmit the IPTV set-top box remote control key value to the IPTV set-top box through a network card by presetting an ADB instruction, so that the IPTV set-top box makes a corresponding remote control response.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein when the IPTV STB cannot support ADB access, the remote control module is configured to generate an IPTV STB remote control key value corresponding to a key of the virtual remote control, and convert the IPTV STB remote control key value into a corresponding infrared signal based on a preset rule, so that the infrared signal is sent to the IPTV STB through a preset infrared transmitter, so that the IPTV STB makes a corresponding remote control response.
9. An IPTV remote operation monitoring system, comprising: the system comprises an IPTV set-top box, an intelligent television and a server; the IPTV set top box is connected with the intelligent television; the intelligent television is internally provided with a video acquisition plug-in device which is used for recording a playing picture of the intelligent television and pushing the recorded picture to a plug-in server so as to realize remote video acquisition;
the server is used for acquiring a virtual remote controller, and keys of the virtual remote controller correspond to key values of a remote controller of a corresponding IPTV set top box; and triggering the keys of the virtual remote controller according to the triggering instruction, and generating IPTV set-top box remote controller key values corresponding to the keys of the virtual remote controller so as to enable the IPTV set-top box to make corresponding remote control response.
10. An IPTV remote operation monitoring device, comprising: a processor, and a memory coupled to the processor;
the memory is used for storing a computer program, and the computer program is at least used for executing the IPTV remote operation monitoring method of any one of claims 1-5;
the processor is used for calling and executing the computer program in the memory.
