The invention discloses a remote monitoring and broadcasting platform, a system and a method, comprising the following steps: an interface layer, a service layer and a data layer; the service layer comprises a data service module; the data service module is used for sending a video remote control signal to the corresponding terminal through the interface layer so as to control the video playing of the terminal and receiving an IPTV data packet of the corresponding terminal; the data layer comprises a video transcoding module, a video recording module and a distributed storage module; the video transcoding module is used for decoding the acquired IPTV data packet to obtain IPTV video stream; the video recording module is used for executing a recording task on the IPTV video stream through a preset recording time length and a recording interval, and storing the obtained recorded video into the distributed storage module for playing verification. The monitoring platform can acquire the video data of each private network CDN and perform unified remote playing, so that the video playing information of each IPTV mechanism can be accurately and timely monitored.

Technical Field

In the management and control of television playing contents, video contents of the internet can be transmitted to a television for playing after being filtered, and in the service environment of a communication operator, such as cable television, IPTV, OTT and the like, the distribution and transmission of the video services usually form a private network CDN structure with province and city as a unit, so that the video services across provinces and cities cannot be transmitted, interacted and monitored;
the current supervision measures mainly supervise the outlet of a video source station, mostly adopt a mode of returning live broadcast signals to a superior broadcast control center, and have no means of monitoring videos from a terminal side, but in a private network CDN, after the live video signals and on-demand content enter the CDN of the other party, the video source station cannot effectively acquire whether the transmitted video signals are increased or decreased, tampered or whether videos are played according to specified programs in a unicast mode; in addition, in each private network CDN formed in province and city units, the content played by each IPTV is different, and the private network CDNs cannot perform real-time interactive transmission, so that the content played by the IPTV in each place cannot be monitored in a unified manner.

The invention can acquire the video data of each private network CDN through the monitoring platform and carry out unified remote playing, thereby realizing accurate and timely monitoring the video playing information of each IPTV mechanism.
The method and the system perform deep analysis on the acquired video data by adopting machine learning, judge whether the video actually played by the client is consistent with the preset program list, judge whether the client plays correct video content at a specified time, immediately supervise whether the video data has violation problems, and realize storage and analysis of mass video data.
According to the invention, the Web back-end management platform based on J2EE is established, effective management and control of various devices are realized, device configuration and device control instruction issuing are supported, various service data can be checked and maintained, and meanwhile, the platform has various support functions related to system operation.

The distributed storage module is used for storing video data or picture data uploaded by each monitoring device; according to the deployment number of the monitoring and broadcasting equipment and the video recording requirement, a distributed storage scheme is formulated, and storage is carried out according to the distributed storage scheme;
preferably, the storage scheme is generally divided by region, such as the a-region, the B-region, etc. shown in fig. 1.

The monitoring and broadcasting platform is used for decoding and recording the acquired IPTV data packet to obtain an IPTV video stream to be verified;
the monitoring and broadcasting platform stores the IPTV video stream to be verified, extracts the IPTV video stream to be verified and sends the IPTV video stream to be verified to the broadcasting end when the IPTV video stream needs to be verified.
Preferably, the device to be monitored is connected with a terminal set top box, and the terminal set top box is connected with a television so as to push the video of the terminal set top box to the television for playing.
Preferably, the device to be monitored pushes the IPTV video stream to a monitoring platform, and the monitoring platform collects video data in each private network CDN, performs remote real-time playing, and accurately and timely monitors video playing information of each IPTV mechanism.
Preferably, the monitoring and broadcasting platform archives the video data of the terminal set top box in the specified city at the specified time in an automatic storage mode for future reference.
Preferably, when the monitoring and broadcasting platform realizes the functions of decoding, recording and the like of the video, the functions are often realized by nginx-rtmp, SRS, BMS and the like, and the IPTV video stream to be verified is sent to the management platform in an HLS manner.
