Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for automatically searching meters, which can be applied to a concentrator for automatically searching mounted meters in a communication mode based on a master-slave mode, and as shown in figure 1, the method for automatically searching meters comprises the following steps:
step S1: sending a table searching instruction, wherein the table searching instruction comprises the following steps: address mask and reporting the data frame of the time quantum, the address mask is represented by the special byte.
In a specific embodiment, when a concentrator serving as a master node searches a table for the first time, the concentrator sends a table searching instruction to all the tables mounted on the RS485 communication bus in a broadcast mode. Wherein, the table searching instruction comprises: address mask and reporting time section data frame. As shown in fig. 2, the address mask in the table search instruction is represented by special bytes, and specifically, each special byte of the address mask is represented by a number in 16-ary. In addition, the concentrator sends an instruction to the corresponding meter according to the meter address mask in the meter searching instruction, and specifies that the corresponding meter reports the state information in the reporting time period.
Step S2: receiving meter state information fed back by the meter according to the meter searching instruction, wherein the meter state information comprises: a data frame of meter address and check value.
In a specific embodiment, after receiving the meter searching command, the meter starts to report the meter state information after randomly delaying different preset times within a specified reporting time period. As shown in fig. 3, the status information reported by the meter is shown, and the meter sets the reporting status as not reported but does not clear the originally set port information while reporting the status information. In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset time is randomly generated.
Step S3: and performing content verification on the meter state information according to a preset verification rule, and judging whether the meter state information accords with the distribution line message specification.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the process of performing content verification on meter status information according to a preset verification rule includes the following steps:
step S31: and judging whether the meter address belongs to the address mask range in the table searching instruction.
Step S32: and when the meter address belongs to the address mask range in the meter searching instruction, judging whether the reporting time is in the reporting time period in the meter searching instruction.
Step S33: and when the reporting time is within the reporting time period in the table searching instruction, verifying whether the sum of all bytes of the table-counting address is equal to the check value or not.
Step S34: and when the sum of the bytes of the meter address is equal to the check value, judging that the meter state information check is passed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the meter address belongs to the address mask range in the meter searching instruction, and the status information is reported in the reporting time period, and the sum of the bits of the meter address is equal to the check value (that is, in fig. 3, the sum of the bits of the meter number is added, and the sum of 01+23+45+67+89+00 is equal to the check value CDAB), it is determined that the content check of the meter status information passes. And if the meter state information passing the content verification conforms to the distribution line message specification, recording the meter address of the meter. And if the content verification of the meter state information fails and/or the meter state information does not accord with the distribution line message specification, setting a node communication mark for the concentrator.
Step S4: after the reporting time period is over, sending a configuration port instruction to the meter which passes the verification of the meter state information and accords with the distribution line message specification, and completing meter registration, wherein the configuration port instruction comprises the following steps: and (4) data frames of addresses and port numbers are counted.
In a specific embodiment, after the reporting time period expires, the concentrator obtains the meter address of the meter whose content passes the verification and meets the distribution line message specification, and issues the configuration port instruction to the meter address (i.e. the recorded meter address) whose content passes the verification and meets the distribution line message specification in a broadcast manner. And finally, the meter corresponding to the meter address sets a communication port of the meter according to the configuration port instruction, completes meter registration and changes the reported state from unreported to reported. Fig. 5 shows a configuration port command sent by the concentrator.
Step S5: and if the meter state information does not accord with the distribution line message specification and/or the content verification fails, setting a node communication mark, and retransmitting the meter searching instruction until all meters complete meter registration or the transmission frequency of the meter searching instruction reaches a preset searching threshold value.
In a specific embodiment, because multiple meters are on-line simultaneously, after the master node broadcasts and issues a meter searching instruction, the meters report the meter state information after random delay, so that two or more meters may respond simultaneously, which may cause the contents of the meter state information to be superimposed, and the reported content and the received content to be inconsistent. The content of the meter state information is checked, that is, in order to screen out the situation, the sum of all bytes of the meter address is compared with the check value, if the sum of all bytes of the meter address is equal to the check value, the situation that the contents of a plurality of meter state information are not overlapped with each other is indicated, the check is passed, otherwise, the situation that a plurality of meters are reported simultaneously exists, and the meter state information cannot pass the legality judgment (that is, the meter state information does not accord with the distribution line message specification and/or the content check is not passed) and needs to be broadcasted once again at the subsequent stage. Due to the random delay, the tables may be reported after avoiding collisions during the next broadcast, thereby identifying the tables. Therefore, if the meter state information does not conform to the distribution line message specification and/or the meter with failed content verification exists, a node communication mark is set for the concentrator. The concentrator with the node communication mark broadcasts and issues a meter searching instruction again, the meter searching instruction only aims at the unregistered meters (namely the meters with the reported states being not reported), the meter searching instruction is directly ignored after the registered meters (namely the meters with the reported states) receive the meter searching instruction, and the process from the step S2 to the step S4 is repeated after the unregistered meters receive the meter searching instruction until all the meters complete meter registration or the sending times of the meter searching instruction reach a preset searching threshold value.
In one embodiment, the method for automatically searching a meter further comprises: step S6: and when the sending times of the table searching instruction reach a preset searching threshold value, updating an address mask corresponding to the table searching instruction according to a preset adjusting rule, and re-executing the step of sending the table searching instruction.
In an embodiment, after the sending times of the table search command reach the preset search threshold, the address mask range may be changed from the full table mask to a partial table ground mask, and the processes of step S1 to step S4 are executed again. By adjusting the range of the preset address mask, the workload of the concentrator is reduced, and the data transmission congestion is avoided.
The method for automatically searching the meter transmits a meter searching instruction and receives meter state information fed back by the meter according to the meter searching instruction; performing content verification on the meter state information according to a preset verification rule, and judging whether the meter state information accords with the distribution line message specification; after the reporting time period is over, sending a configuration port instruction to the meter which passes the verification of the meter state information and accords with the distribution line message specification, and completing meter registration, wherein the configuration port instruction comprises the following steps: data frames of address and port number are tabulated; and if the meter state information does not accord with the distribution line message specification and/or the content verification fails, setting a node communication mark, and retransmitting the meter searching instruction until all meters complete meter registration or the transmission frequency of the meter searching instruction reaches a preset searching threshold value. The meter searching instruction is sent by adopting an address mask mode based on the distribution line message specification, the communication relation between the main node (concentrator) and the slave node (meter) is established, the automatic searching of the mounted meter is realized under the condition that the unique identification of the slave node is not required to be specified in advance, and the meter data can be directly acquired through the established communication relation, so that the problem that the unique identification information of the slave node is required to be specified in advance before the meter data is acquired in the prior art is solved, and the acquisition efficiency of the meter data is improved.
