Abstract
The invention discloses a device management system, which comprises a gateway, a device access auxiliary device and a server, wherein the server is used for monitoring the state of accessed devices; the gateway is used for polling the accessed equipment and feeding back the state information obtained by polling to the server; the device access auxiliary device is used for establishing communication connection with the device to be accessed and the gateway respectively, sending device information of the device to be accessed to the server through the gateway, and configuring the device address of the device to be accessed by the server according to the device information. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the new equipment can be conveniently accessed in the equipment management system.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of equipment monitoring, in particular to an equipment management system.
Background
In the process of developing the equipment management system, the programs of the upper computer, the server and the gateway are developed after the requirements, the equipment to be monitored and the monitoring quantity are determined. After the field debugging is completed, parameters displayed by an upper computer, equipment types stored by equipment and a server, and equipment for polling and roll calling by a gateway are fixed, and the whole equipment management system stably operates.
If the customer wants to add the equipment to be monitored, the program of the equipment is upgraded. The traditional method is to change the programs of equipment, a gateway, a server and an upper computer, and technicians go to the site to update the programs and debug. The method increases the working difficulty of technicians, wastes much time and manpower resources and causes inconvenience.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that equipment is added and equipment programs are inconvenient to update in an equipment management system in the prior art, and provides an equipment management system.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a device management system is provided, which includes a gateway, a device access assisting apparatus, and a server,
the server is used for monitoring the state of the accessed equipment;
the gateway is used for polling the accessed equipment and feeding back the state information obtained by polling to the server;
and the equipment access auxiliary device is used for establishing communication connection with equipment to be accessed and the gateway respectively, sending equipment information of the equipment to be accessed to the server through the gateway, and configuring the equipment address of the equipment to be accessed by the server according to the equipment information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the gateway includes a dedicated communication interface for communicating with the device access assisting apparatus, and when the device access assisting apparatus accesses through the dedicated communication interface, the gateway stops polling the accessed device and stops reporting polling data to the server, and forwards data between the device access assisting apparatus and the server.
In the embodiment of the invention, the equipment information comprises the equipment type and the factory code of the equipment.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the configuring, by the server, the device address of the device to be accessed according to the device information includes:
and judging whether the equipment type of the equipment to be accessed is the equipment type which is not in the equipment list, if so, setting the address code in the communication protocol frame corresponding to the equipment to be accessed to be 1, and if so, setting the address code in the communication protocol frame corresponding to the equipment to be accessed to be the maximum address code plus 1 in the accessed equipment of the same type.
In the embodiment of the present invention, an updatable device list is set in the gateway, where the device list includes a device type, a device factory code, and a device address of an accessed device, and the gateway polls the accessed device according to the device list.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the server completes the configuration of the equipment address of the equipment to be accessed, the server issues the equipment type, the equipment delivery code and the equipment address of the equipment to be accessed to the gateway, and the gateway updates the equipment list according to the equipment type, the equipment delivery code and the equipment address.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the gateway further sends the device address of the device to be accessed, which is sent by the server, to the device access auxiliary apparatus, and the device access auxiliary apparatus writes the device address into the device to be accessed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the device access auxiliary device comprises an operation screen, and a first communication module and a second communication module which are in communication connection with the operation screen, wherein the first communication module is used for being connected with the gateway, and the second communication module is used for being connected with a device to be accessed.

In this embodiment of the present invention, the first communication module and the second communication module are both wireless communication modules.
Compared with the prior art, in the equipment management system, the equipment access auxiliary device is adopted to establish communication connection with the equipment to be accessed and the gateway respectively, the equipment information of the equipment to be accessed is sent to the server through the gateway, the server configures the equipment address of the equipment to be accessed according to the equipment information, after the equipment address configuration of the equipment to be accessed is completed, the server sends the equipment type, the equipment delivery code and the equipment address of the equipment to be accessed to the gateway, and the gateway updates the equipment list according to the equipment type, the equipment to be accessed can be accessed to the monitoring network quickly, so that the time and the labor are saved, and the working efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a device management system is provided, which includes a server 1, a gateway 2, a device access assisting apparatus 3, a plurality of accessed devices 4, and a device to be accessed 5. The following description will be made separately.
The server 1 is configured to monitor a state of the accessed device 4.
It should be noted that the device management system is used for monitoring the state of the device. In the embodiment of the present invention, the server is used to acquire the status of each accessed device 4. The user can check the status of each accessed device 4 through the upper computer connected with the server 1.
The gateway 2 is configured to poll the accessed device 4, and feed back status information obtained by polling to the server 1.
The gateway 2 is in communication connection with the server 1 and each accessed device 4, and is configured to poll the accessed devices 4 and feed back status information obtained by polling to the server 1. An updatable device list is set in the gateway 2, where the device list includes a device type, a device factory code, and a device address of the accessed device 4, and the gateway 2 polls the accessed device 4 according to the device list.
The gateway 2 has three interfaces: the interface comprises a first interface, a second interface and a third interface. The first interface is used for connecting with the server 1; the second interfaces are multiple and are used for being connected with the accessed equipment 4; the third interface is a dedicated communication interface for communicating with the device access assisting apparatus 3, and when the device access assisting apparatus 3 accesses through the third interface, the gateway 2 stops polling the accessed device 4 and reporting polling data to the server 1, and forwards data between the device access assisting apparatus 3 and the server 1.
The device access auxiliary apparatus 3 is configured to establish communication connections with the device 5 to be accessed and the gateway 2, respectively, and send device information of the device 5 to be accessed to the server 1 through the gateway 2, where the server 1 configures a device address of the device 5 to be accessed in a communication protocol frame according to the device information.
It should be noted that, when the device 5 to be accessed is directly connected to the gateway 2 through the second interface, the device list of the gateway 2 does not store the device information and the device address of the device 5 to be accessed, and therefore, the gateway 2 cannot directly communicate with the device 5 to be accessed. Therefore, the device access assisting apparatus 3 is required to assist the access of the device 5 to be accessed into the gateway 2. The specific access process is as follows:
a user inputs equipment information of equipment 5 to be accessed through the equipment access auxiliary device 3, loads the equipment information into an equipment address request frame and sends the equipment information to the server 1, wherein the equipment information comprises equipment type and equipment factory code;
the server 1 configures the device address of the device to be accessed according to the device information, and the specific configuration process comprises the following steps: judging whether the device type of the device 5 to be accessed is the device type which is not in the device list, if so, setting the address code in the communication protocol frame corresponding to the device to be accessed to be 1, and if so, setting the address code in the communication protocol frame corresponding to the device 5 to be accessed to be the maximum address code plus 1 in the accessed devices of the same type;
after the server 1 completes the device address configuration of the device 5 to be accessed in the communication protocol frame, the device type, the device delivery code and the device address of the device 5 to be accessed are sent to the gateway 2, and the gateway 2 updates the device list according to the device type, the device delivery code and the device address;
the gateway 2 further sends the device address of the device 5 to be accessed, which is sent by the server 1, to the device access assisting apparatus 3, and the device access assisting apparatus 3 writes the device address into the device 5 to be accessed, so that the configuration of the device 5 to be accessed can be completed, and the device 5 to be accessed is accessed into the device management system, and at this time, the device access assisting apparatus 3 can be disconnected from the gateway 2 and the device 5 to be accessed.
After the access device 5 is accessed into the device management system, the gateway 2 may poll the accessed devices according to the updated device list, and query the status information of each access device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the device access assisting apparatus 3 includes an operation panel 31, and a first communication module 32 and a second communication module 33 communicatively connected to the operation panel 31. The operation screen 31 is a touch screen, so that a user can conveniently input the device information of the device to be accessed 5 and check whether the device address of the device to be accessed is configured. The first communication module 32 is configured to be connected to the gateway 2, and the second communication module 33 is configured to be connected to the device to be accessed 5. The first communication module 32 and the second communication module 33 are both wireless communication modules, so that when the distance between the first communication module and the gateway 2 is long and the network connection is inconvenient, the first communication module and the second communication module can be connected in a wireless network mode, and the convenience of operation is improved.
In summary, in the device management system of the present invention, the device access assisting apparatus is adopted to establish communication connection with the device to be accessed and the gateway, and send the device information of the device to be accessed to the server through the gateway, the server configures the device address of the device to be accessed according to the device information, after the device address configuration of the device to be accessed is completed, the server issues the device type, the device delivery code, and the device address of the device to be accessed to the gateway, and the gateway updates the device list according to the configuration, so that the device to be accessed can be accessed to the monitoring network quickly, thereby saving time and labor, and improving the working efficiency.

the device access auxiliary device is used for establishing communication connection with the device to be accessed and the gateway respectively, sending device information of the device to be accessed to the server through the gateway, and configuring the device address of the device to be accessed by the server according to the device information.

The device management system of claim 1, wherein the gateway comprises a dedicated communication interface for communicating with the device access assist apparatus, wherein when the device access assist apparatus accesses through the dedicated communication interface, the gateway stops polling the accessed devices and stops reporting polling data to the server, and forwards data between the device access assist apparatus and the server.
3. The device management system according to claim 1, wherein the device information includes a device type and a device factory code.
4. The device management system according to claim 3, wherein the server configures the device address of the device to be accessed according to the device information, and includes:

The device management system according to claim 5, wherein the server issues the device type, the device factory code, and the device address of the device to be accessed to the gateway after completing the device address configuration of the device to be accessed, and the gateway updates the device list accordingly.

The device management system according to claim 6, wherein the gateway further sends the device address of the device to be accessed, which is sent by the server, to the device access assisting apparatus, and the device access assisting apparatus writes the device address into the device to be accessed.

The device management system according to claim 1, wherein the device access assisting apparatus includes an operation panel, and a first communication module and a second communication module communicatively connected to the operation panel, the first communication module is configured to connect to the gateway, and the second communication module is configured to connect to a device to be accessed.
