Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an emergency power supply, in particular to a power emergency power supply with an anti-interference function.
Background
In the industries of chemical engineering, metallurgy and the like, when a primary load such as a circulating gas compressor keeps a circulating cooling water or oil system running, because the power load is large, if a power frequency power supply is directly adopted for starting, the starting current of a motor is generally directly started by the power frequency power supply, and the starting current is 6-7 times of the rated current, so mechanical and electrical impact can be generated.
The frequency converter is adopted to drive a motor load to run, and for the voltage transformation, frequency conversion and speed regulation of an asynchronous motor, an indirect voltage transformation and frequency conversion device (an alternating current-direct current voltage frequency conversion device) is used for converting a power frequency alternating current into a direct current through a rectifier and converting the direct current into an alternating current with controllable frequency through an inverter, so the device is also called as a voltage transformation and frequency conversion device or an alternating current-direct current-alternating voltage frequency conversion device with an intermediate direct current link.
Along with the development of society, the demand of people on electric power is more and more obvious, the dependence on electric power in some industrial occasions is more and more large, and industrial process equipment can cause voltage sag when events such as short-circuit faults, induction motor starting, lightning stroke, switch operation, frequency converters, capacitor bank switching and the like occur in a power transmission and distribution system; short-circuit faults, induction motor starting and lightning strike are main reasons for causing voltage sag, insulator flashover or earth discharge caused by the lightning strike can enable a protection device to act, so that power supply voltage sag is caused, the sag influence range is large, and the duration time generally exceeds 100 ms; when the motor is started at full voltage, the current value required to be drawn from a power supply is 500% -800% of that of the motor at full load, when the large current flows through system impedance, the voltage is suddenly reduced, and a short-circuit fault can cause the power supply voltage at the far end of the system to seriously drop, so that the normal work of electrical equipment sensitive to the voltage in the industrial production process is influenced, and even serious economic loss is caused.
As shown in fig. 1, for the current frequency converter circuit principle of driving power equipment power supply, when the voltage is temporarily dropped in an emergency, the DC bus voltage DC in the intermediate link is instantly dropped, and the frequency converter will stop outputting immediately when detecting an abnormality, causing a production shutdown accident, and if a power failure occurs in the power grid power supply system, causing a circulating cooling water or oil system to stop running, causing a production process to be damaged, causing equipment and personal accidents, and avoiding unnecessary economic loss.

Example 1:
referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, a power emergency power supply with an anti-interference function includes a frequency converter UF, an input end of the frequency converter UF is connected to a mains line, an output end of the frequency converter UF is connected to a motor M, the frequency converter UF is connected to a storage battery group GB connected in parallel to the frequency converter UF, and the storage battery group GB is connected to the mains line through a charger C.
Specifically, the frequency converter UF has a rectifying unit Q and an inverting unit T, and a connection position of the storage battery group GB and the frequency converter UF is located between the rectifying unit Q and the inverting unit T.
When the mains supply is normal, the mains supply enters a rectifying unit Q of the frequency converter UF to be rectified into DC530V direct current electric energy, then the DC530 DC V direct current electric energy is inverted into AC electric energy with adjustable frequency and amplitude through a frequency conversion unit T, the power supply M runs, meanwhile, the mains supply enters a charger C to be rectified into DC530V direct current electric energy, and the storage battery group GB is charged.
The voltage of the mains supply input drops temporarily, and the direct-current voltage rectified by the frequency converter UF drops rapidly. Because the direct current voltage of the storage battery group GB is DC530V which is higher than the direct current voltage rectified by the frequency converter UF, the direct current energy of the storage battery group GB can supplement the direct current voltage of the frequency converter UF in a normal range without interruption, and the normal operation of the frequency converter UF is ensured.
When the commercial power disappears, the charger C and the rectifying unit Q of the frequency converter UF do not output, the direct current electric energy of the storage battery group GB is input into the inverting unit T of the frequency converter UF to be inverted into alternating current electric energy with adjustable frequency and amplitude, and the power supply machine M operates in an emergency mode.
The power emergency power supply system is widely popularized and applied in China, the capability of resisting sudden power faults of industrial equipment, fire fighting equipment and the like is enhanced, the safe operation of the industrial equipment, the fire fighting equipment and the like is ensured, compared with the operation of driving a motor by a common frequency converter, only one set of energy storage device is added, the emergency power supply system not only can provide an emergency for the motor, but also can achieve the purpose of resisting electric shock, the operation continuity of loads and important loads is powerfully ensured, the equipment and personal accidents caused when the normal power supply is interrupted or the normal production process is damaged are prevented, and unnecessary economic loss is avoided.
Further, the frequency converter UF and the charger C each have three input terminals respectively corresponding to three lines of the mains line, namely, a fire line, a zero line and a ground line.
