Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of line repair, and particularly discloses a broken line repair device. The invention provides a broken wire repairing device which comprises a main body, an insulated wire and a single-phase circuit breaker; one end of the insulated wire movably penetrates through the main body, and the two ends of the insulated wire are both connected with first clamps which are respectively used for clamping two different broken wires; the single-phase circuit breaker, single-phase circuit breaker set up in the main part, and single-phase circuit breaker both ends all are connected with a first electric wire, and two first electric wire other ends are used for the broken string of two differences of electricity connection respectively. The broken line repairing device not only positions broken lines and repairs broken line circuits, but also avoids the risk of line breakage again through the arrangement of the single-phase circuit breaker, and improves the efficiency and the safety of broken line repairing operation.

Background
In the operation process of the distribution line, the line breaking accident can be caused by various factors such as natural disasters and self defects, and the large-area power failure of line tripping is caused. When the line is broken, the user is easily discontented due to overlong repair time; before the wire breakage factor is processed, the risk still exists, and the temporary repair line cannot be broken.
The method that the wire repair construction usually adopts is mostly an interleaving winding method or a parallel winding method, the operation process is simple, the operation of a power grid can be temporarily ensured, potential hidden dangers and safety risks are possibly formed for future line operation, if the hidden dangers cannot be directly observed by naked eyes such as poor contact, local heating and the like, and once the line is heated at a joint under the operation of heavy load and reaches a melting point, the wire breaking and power failure accidents can be caused again.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a broken line repairing device which is used for accelerating the speed of broken line repairing and providing broken line protection for a repaired line.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a broken wire repairing device comprises a main body, an insulated wire and a single-phase circuit breaker; one end of the insulated wire movably penetrates through the main body, and two ends of the insulated wire are connected with first clamps which are respectively used for clamping two different broken wires; the single-phase circuit breaker set up in on the main part, just single-phase circuit breaker both ends all are connected with a first electric wire, two the first electric wire other end is used for the electricity respectively and connects two differences the broken string.
The broken wire repairing device further comprises a second clamp, an insulating piece and a second wire; each first wire is connected with the second clamp; each second clamp is fixedly connected with the insulating part; one end of the second wire penetrates through the insulating piece to be electrically connected with the first wire, and the other end of the second wire is used for being electrically connected with the broken wire.
Furthermore, the broken wire repairing device further comprises a bolt, wherein a bolt hole is formed in the insulating piece, the bolt penetrates through the bolt hole and abuts against the second electric wire, and the second electric wire is made to contact with the first electric wire.
Preferably, the broken string repairing device further comprises a slack adjuster for adjusting the distance between the two first clamps.
Preferably, the tightness regulator comprises a one-way pulley, the one-way pulley is rotatably connected to the main body, the middle part of the insulated wire is fixedly connected to the one-way pulley, and the insulated wire can be wound by rotating the one-way pulley; the one-way pulley is also provided with a safety buckle for preventing the one-way pulley from naturally reversing.
Preferably, the tightness adjuster comprises a winch piece, the winch piece is rotatably connected to the main body, the middle part of the insulated wire is fixedly connected to the winch piece, and the insulated wire can be wound by rotating the winch piece; the winch piece is further provided with a locking piece for preventing the winch piece from naturally reversing.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the broken ends of the two broken wires are respectively positioned by virtue of clamping of the two first clamps, so that the safety of broken wire repairing operation is improved; two broken strings are connected to first electric wire electricity, have restoreed the circuit temporarily, through establishing ties the setting of single-phase circuit breaker on this circuit, have avoidd the risk that the circuit was broken string once more. The device for realizing the setting has simple structure and convenient operation, and improves the efficiency of broken line repairing operation.

Example one
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a broken wire repairing apparatus including a main body 1, an insulated wire 2, and a single-phase breaker 5; one end of an insulated wire 2 movably penetrates through the main body 1, two ends of the insulated wire 2 are connected with first clamps 3, and the two first clamps 3 are used for clamping two different broken wires 6 respectively; the single-phase circuit breaker 5 sets up on main part 1, and single-phase circuit breaker 5 both ends all are connected with a first electric wire 4, and two first electric wire 4 other ends are used for the electricity respectively to connect two different broken strings 6. The broken ends of the two broken wires 6 are respectively positioned by the clamping of the two first clamps 3, so that the safety of the broken wire repairing operation is improved; two broken wires 6 are electrically connected to the first wire 4, the line is temporarily repaired, and the risk of line re-breaking is avoided by serially connecting the single-phase circuit breaker 5 on the line. The device for realizing the setting has simple structure and convenient operation, and improves the efficiency of broken line repairing operation.
Preferably, the material of the insulated wire 2 is polyamide. The polyamide has high mechanical strength, heat resistance and fatigue resistance.
Specifically, the disconnection repairing apparatus further includes a second jig 74, an insulator 71, and a second electric wire 72; each first wire 4 is connected with a second clamp 74; each second clamp 74 is fixedly connected with an insulating piece 71; one end of the second wire 72 is inserted through the insulator 71 and electrically connected to the first wire 4, and the other end of the second wire 72 is used for electrically connecting the disconnection 6. The provision of the second clamp 74, the insulator 71 and the second wire 72 not only simplifies the step of temporarily repairing the wire, but also greatly improves the safety of the operation.
Specifically, the broken wire repairing device further includes a bolt 73, a bolt hole is formed in the insulating member 71, the bolt 73 penetrates through the bolt hole and abuts against the second wire 72, so that the second wire 72 contacts the first wire 4. Preferably, the material of the insulating member 71 is ceramic. The ceramic has the advantages of hardness, high temperature resistance and the like.
In this embodiment, the broken string repairing apparatus further includes a slack adjuster for adjusting the distance between the two first clamps 3. By adjusting the distance between the two first clamps 3, the position of the device can be changed. The distance between the two first clamps 3 is reduced as far as possible, the broken line 6 can be moved to the position close to the position of the broken line, and potential safety hazards caused when the broken line is far away from the original set position are avoided.
The tightness regulator comprises a one-way pulley 9, the one-way pulley 9 is rotatably connected to the main body 1, the middle part of the insulated wire 2 is fixedly connected to the one-way pulley 9, and the insulated wire 2 can be wound by rotating the one-way pulley 9; the one-way pulley 9 is also provided with a safety buckle for preventing the one-way pulley 9 from naturally reversing. The above arrangement enables the rotating one-way pulley 9 to quickly perform the winding and fixing operations of the insulated wire 2. The one-way pulley 9 has a simple structure and low cost, and can quickly complete the winding operation of the insulated wire 2.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the disconnection repairing apparatus further comprises a driving component, a receiving component and a transmitting component. The driving assembly is used for driving the tightness regulator, the receiving assembly can receive the remote control information sent by the sending assembly, and the receiving assembly is in communication connection with the driving assembly. The remote control operation of the slack adjuster can be realized by utilizing the transmitting assembly.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, the broken wire restoration apparatus of the second embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the tightness adjuster includes a capstan member 81, the capstan member 81 is rotatably connected to the main body 1, the middle part of the insulated wire 2 is fixedly connected to the capstan member 81, and the capstan member 81 is rotated to wind the insulated wire 2; the winch 81 is further provided with a locking member for preventing the winch 81 from being naturally reversed. The capstan member 81 can complete the winding operation of a large number of insulated wires 2, and the wound insulated wires 2 are not easy to entangle, so that the probability of accidents of the slack adjuster is reduced, and the working efficiency of the device is improved.
Preferably, a handle 82 is further connected to the winch 81, and the winch 81 can wind and reel out the insulated wire 2 by rotating the handle 82. The above arrangement enables the rotating winch member 81 to quickly complete the winding operation of the insulated wire 2.
Preferably, the locking member includes a locking bolt, which can be engaged with the main body 1 to fixedly connect the winch member 81 with the main body 1. The locking bolt can avoid the situation that the device deviates from the preset position due to self weight and the like.

single-phase circuit breaker (5), single-phase circuit breaker (5) set up in on main part (1), just single-phase circuit breaker (5) both ends all are connected with a first electric wire (4), two first electric wire (4) other end is used for the electricity respectively to connect two differences broken string (6).
2. The disconnection repairing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:
a second clamp (74), the second clamp (74) being connected to each of the first wires (4);
the insulating piece (71) is fixedly connected with each second clamp (74);
one end of the second electric wire (72) penetrates through the insulating piece (71) to be electrically connected with the first electric wire (4), and the other end of the second electric wire (72) is used for being electrically connected with the broken wire (6).
3. The broken wire repairing device according to claim 2, further comprising a bolt (73), wherein a bolt hole is formed in the insulating member (71), the bolt (73) penetrates through the bolt hole and abuts against the second wire (72), so that the second wire (72) contacts with the first wire (4).
4. The broken wire restoration device according to claim 1, further comprising a slack adjuster for adjusting the spacing between the two first clamps (3).

The broken wire restoration device according to claim 4, wherein the tightness adjuster comprises a one-way pulley (9), the one-way pulley (9) is rotatably connected to the main body (1), the middle part of the insulated wire (2) is fixedly connected to the one-way pulley (9), and the insulated wire (2) can be wound by rotating the one-way pulley (9); the one-way pulley (9) is also provided with a safety buckle for preventing the one-way pulley (9) from naturally reversing.

The broken wire repairing device according to claim 4, characterized in that the slack adjuster comprises a winch member (81), the winch member (81) is rotatably connected to the main body (1), the middle part of the insulated wire (2) is fixedly connected to the winch member (81), and the insulated wire (2) can be wound by rotating the winch member (81); and a locking piece for preventing the winch piece (81) from naturally reversing is further arranged on the winch piece (81).
