the elastic part (412), the elastic part (412) is sleeved on the connecting shaft;
hasp (413), the one end of hasp (413) is rotationally worn to establish in the portion of gripping (411) and with elasticity portion (412) are connected, the other end of hasp (413) is formed with the joint mouth, the joint mouth can cooperate on mounting (42), hasp (413) with the junction of the portion of gripping (411) with the connecting axle interval sets up.
