After the wire harness enters the wire harness jack, the partial shielding wires at the intersection of the wire harness jack and the deconcentrator channel are not wrapped by the wire harness jack due to the arrangement of the wire dividing groove, so that the partial shielding wires are conveniently popped out from the wire dividing groove, and the partial shielding wires are separated.
The wire harness splitting device provided by the invention also comprises a splitter, and one end of the splitter is gradually reduced along the width direction and the thickness direction to form a tip.
When the deconcentrator is inserted into the inside of the wire plugging device from the deconcentrator channel, the tip is inserted into the shielding wire of the wire harness at the intersection of the wire harness insertion hole and the deconcentrator channel to separate part of the shielding wire from the wire harness.

A deconcentrator channel 12 for inserting the deconcentrator 2 is arranged in the wire inserter 1 along the width direction of the wire inserter, and the deconcentrator channel 12, the wire harness insertion holes and the wire dividing grooves 11 are communicated, so that the deconcentrator 2 can be inserted into the shielding wires at the intersection of the wire harness insertion holes, namely the shielding wires 31 exposed out of the wire inserter 1.
The wire distributor channel 12 can be a square hole which is formed on the wire distributor 1 and is not communicated with the surface of the wire distributor 1 or a square groove which is communicated with the surface of the wire distributor 1.
In this embodiment, the splitter channel 12 perpendicularly intersects the splitter trough 11.
The cross section of one end of the wire divider 2 is rectangular, and the other end of the wire divider 2 is gradually reduced along the width direction and the thickness direction to form a tip 21.
The deconcentrator 2 is inserted into the deconcentrator 1 from the deconcentrator passage 12, the tip 21 is inserted into the shielding wire of the wire harness 3 at the intersection of the wire harness insertion hole and the deconcentrator passage 12, a part of the shielding wire 31 is separated, and as the tip 21 continues to go deep, a gradual change inclined plane formed by the deconcentrator 2 due to the reduction of the width and the thickness bends the part of the shielding wire 31 towards the direction perpendicular to the wire harness 3 so as to separate the shielding wire 31 from the wire harness 3.
In the present embodiment, after the wire splitter 2 is inserted into the wire inserter 1 from the wire splitter passage 12, the tip 21 of the wire splitter 2 passes through the shield wire exposed at the wire splitting groove 11, and the shield wire is bent in a direction perpendicular to the wire harness 3, so that the wire inserter 1 is ejected from the wire splitting groove 11.
In the present embodiment, the wire inserter 1 is further provided with a threaded hole 13 and a threaded hole 14 for fixing the wire inserter 1 by screws.
In this embodiment, the wire harness not inserted into the wire inserter 1 has one end of the wire harness to be separated uniformly dispersed around and bent toward the other end, and one end face of the wire inserter 1 is provided with a wire harness inlet 15 communicated with the wire harness insertion hole, and the wire harness inlet 15 is a conical surface, so that all the dispersed shielded wires can conveniently enter the wire inserter 1.
