The method according to claim 2, wherein any one of the at least one item of user care information includes a user identifier, a user terminal, a care institution identifier, a care institution, and a user care detail including a current number of times of user care, a total number of accumulated care times, a caregiver of the current care institution, current care contents, and a current care recommendation.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the care institution and the user terminal access the user care information query platform by means of a client or a web page.

A user nursing information inquiry system is characterized by comprising a nursing block chain, a user nursing information inquiry platform, a nursing mechanism device and a user terminal, wherein the nursing block chain comprises a plurality of block chain nodes and stores nursing information of a user; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the nursing mechanism device responds to the operation of a nursing staff and sends a user nursing information inquiry request to the user nursing information inquiry platform; the user nursing information inquiry request comprises a user identifier and a nursing mechanism identifier;

the user nursing information inquiry platform sends user nursing information inquiry requests encrypted by the private key to the block chain link points in the nursing block chain at intervals of preset time; the user nursing information inquiry request comprises a platform self public key and a time interval; the time interval is the time interval of the current inquiry of the user nursing information, the time interval corresponds to the preset time interval;
and the nursing block chain checks the user nursing information inquiry request according to the self public key of the platform, traverses the blocks in the time interval after the checking is passed, and sends at least one piece of user nursing information in the blocks to the user nursing information inquiry platform.

the user nursing information inquiry platform establishes a corresponding relation between a user identifier and a user terminal, a corresponding relation between a nursing mechanism identifier and a nursing mechanism, and a corresponding relation between the user identifier and user nursing information according to the at least one piece of user nursing information;
the user nursing information inquiry platform stores various corresponding relations through the relation table and stores user nursing information.

The system of claim 7, wherein any one of the at least one item of user care information comprises a user identifier, a user terminal, a care institution identifier, a care institution, and a user care detail comprising a current number of user care, a total number of cumulative care, a caregiver of the current care institution, current care content, and current care advice.
10. The system of claim 6, wherein the care institution and the user terminal access the user care information query platform by means of a client or a web page.
