Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical science and information technology intersection, in particular to a follow-up system for children asthma based on WeChat.
Background
Childhood bronchial asthma is the most common chronic respiratory disease in childhood. Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways in which various cells and cell components participate together, the chronic inflammation causes the increase of the airway responsiveness, the wide and variable reversible airflow limitation usually occurs, and the symptoms of recurrent wheezing, shortness of breath, chest distress or cough and the like are caused, the symptoms are usually attacked or aggravated at night and in the early morning, and most children can be treated to relieve or relieve themselves.
At present, the children asthma is a chronic disease ranked first in the childhood, the prevalence rate is about 3.02%, and about 1500 ten thousand asthma children exist in China; however, since the clinicians are busy with daily busy work, there is no more time to finely manage the asthma children, and the parents of the children have less knowledge of the asthma; the asthma situation of children cannot be understood in detail, and the administration knowledge of some asthma is only prescribed by doctors. On the other hand, doctors and parents can communicate less frequently about asthma in children due to their inconvenience.
It is seen that long-term standardized follow-up management of childhood asthma is a significant problem that plagues doctors and parents.
For the above situation, the "asthma-free" brand of this group designed a follow-up system for childhood asthma based on WeChat; the system automatically pushes follow-up questionnaires at regular intervals every month through customized service, all texts can be exported in a background in one key mode, the texts are classified and collected according to time sequence, a standardized database is provided for clinical management and research of the children asthma, a self-contained statistical analysis function is achieved, and the application value of the database is further improved.
The foregoing description is provided for general background information and is not admitted to be prior art.
