Therefore, as an invention point of the embodiment of the present invention, the distance between the first detection frame and the second detection frame is used to determine the positional relationship between the two and determine the responsible person or the suspected responsible person, so that the operation speed can be increased, the response time can be reduced, and the load of the operation chip can be reduced without reducing the accuracy.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the determining, based on the positional relationship between the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image, a person responsible for non-standard parking includes: calculating the distances between the center points of all the second detection frames and the center point of the first detection frame; judging whether the distance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold value; when a second detection frame with the distance smaller than or equal to the preset distance threshold exists, judging the person in the second detection frame with the smallest distance from the center point of the first detection frame as a suspected responsible person without stopping normally.
If the second detection frames of the personnel exist, for each nonstandard parking vehicle, firstly calculating the distances between all the second detection frames and the central points of the first detection frames of the nonstandard parking vehicle, if the calculated distances between all the central points are larger than a preset distance threshold value, continuing to process the next picture, and if the calculated distances between the central points are smaller than the preset distance threshold value, taking the first detection frame with the smallest distance between the first detection frame and the central point of the first detection frame as a suspected responsible person of the nonstandard parking vehicle.
In the embodiment of the invention, the complexity of calculating the center point distance is lower than that of calculating IoU, so that the response time can be improved and the load of an operation chip can be reduced without reducing the accuracy.
Further, after determining the suspected responsible person, the embodiment of the invention further comprises: judging whether a face detection result exists in a second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person; and when a face detection result exists in the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person, extracting a face picture from the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person. When the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person does not have a face detection result, storing an image containing the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person; and when a face detection result exists in the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person, storing the first detection frame, the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person and the extracted face picture.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the face detection results exist in all the detection frames can be judged first, if yes, whether the face detection results exist in a suspected responsible person detection frame (namely, a second detection frame which is judged to be a suspected responsible person) of the irregular parking or not can also be judged, if not, the current image is directly saved, and if yes, the face picture is extracted, and the detection frame results and the current image of all the irregular parking vehicles and the irregular parking responsible persons detected in the current frame are saved.
According to the embodiment of the invention, after the suspected responsible person is judged, the face picture is detected and stored, so that the identity of the specific responsible person can be conveniently and subsequently identified.
In the embodiment of the invention, the images are M, that is, when the images are identified, the responsible person who does not stop normally can be determined after the images are identified.
Specifically, the determining, based on the positional relationship between the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image, a responsible person who does not normally park includes: judging whether N images in M images detect an irregular parking vehicle at the same position of the target vehicle, and judging whether P images in the M images detect suspected liability persons corresponding to the irregular parking vehicle, wherein M, N and P are natural numbers larger than 1, M is larger than N, and M is larger than P; and when N images in the M images detect the non-standard parking vehicles at the same position of the target vehicle and P images in the M images detect the suspected responsible persons corresponding to the non-standard parking vehicles, determining the suspected responsible persons as the non-standard parking responsible persons.
The M images may be a plurality of continuous images, and when the irregular vehicle is judged, the M images may be judged one by one, and after the first image is judged, the second image is judged. The specific judging process can be adopted in the embodiment of the invention. Similarly, the embodiments described in the above examples may be used for determination of a person who is suspected to be responsible. When N images in the M images are judged to detect the non-standard parking vehicles at the same position of the target vehicle and P images in the M images detect the suspected responsible persons corresponding to the non-standard parking vehicles, the suspected responsible persons can be completely determined to be the non-standard parking responsible persons in terms of frequency and statistical probability.
For example, considering that there is a situation that a pedestrian may just pass through an irregular parking vehicle, the detection results in five pictures corresponding to the next five seconds are taken to make the following judgment: (1) Next, at least three of the five pictures detect an out-of-specification vehicle at the same location as the first out-of-specification vehicle. When the two conditions are met, the suspected responsible person is determined to be the responsible person of the nonstandard parking, and the corresponding face information of the pictures after the pictures form the video is stored in a related database.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the nonstandard parking behavior of the shared bicycle of the user is detected, video storage is carried out on the user behavior of the nonstandard parking, the face photo of the responsible person is extracted, and the face photo is corresponding to the responsible person of the nonstandard parking through a face recognition method, so that the vehicle of the user for limiting the nonstandard parking for a plurality of times is laid.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a detection device for the nonstandard parking of the user, which is applied to the server, and is divided into parking areas for parking the vehicles in advance, wherein the parking areas are correspondingly provided with at least one camera and are used for collecting images in the parking areas. The apparatus may be used to perform the method described in the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, where the apparatus includes:
an acquiring module 301, configured to acquire an image about a parking area captured by the camera.
And the detection module 302 is used for identifying a first detection frame where the target vehicle which is not parked normally is located and a second detection frame containing personnel from the image.
And the determining module 303 is used for determining the person responsible for non-standard parking based on the position relation of the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the first detection frame and the second detection frame containing the personnel of the target vehicle which is not normally parked are identified from the image by acquiring the image of the parking area shot by the camera, the relationship between the non-normally parked and the user is carried out by utilizing the position relationship between the two detection frames, and the responsible person of the non-normally parked is determined, so that the data support is provided for the treatment of the non-normally parked, the operation and maintenance are convenient for punishment or limitation measures of the relevant responsible person, and the aim of improving the management effect of the non-normally parked is fulfilled.
The specific description of the above device may be referred to the above method embodiments, and will not be repeated here.
In one embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a computer device, which may be a server in the above embodiment, or may refer to an intelligent device installed or disposed on a vehicle, and an internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 4. The computer device includes a processor, memory, a network interface, and may also include a display screen and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external computer device through a network connection. The computer program when executed by the processor is used for realizing a vehicle control method, the computer equipment also comprises a display screen and an input device, wherein the display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen or a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment.
On the other hand, the computer device may not include a display screen and an input device, and those skilled in the art will understand that the structure shown in fig. 4 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the structure related to the present application and does not constitute a limitation of the computer device to which the present application is applied, and a specific computer device may include more or less components than those shown in the drawings, or may combine some components, or have different component arrangements.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided that includes at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, the instructions being executable by the at least one processor to perform the steps of:
acquiring an image of a parking area shot by the camera;
identifying a first detection frame in which an unnormalized parked target vehicle is located and a second detection frame containing personnel from the image;
and determining a person responsible for non-standard parking based on the position relation of the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image.
In one embodiment, a readable storage medium is provided, the computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing the computer to perform:
acquiring an image of a parking area shot by the camera;
identifying a first detection frame in which an unnormalized parked target vehicle is located and a second detection frame containing personnel from the image;
and determining a person responsible for non-standard parking based on the position relation of the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.

2. The method for detecting irregular parking of a user according to claim 1, wherein the first detection frame in which the target vehicle which is irregular parked is identified from the image includes:
detecting a detection frame for parking the vehicle from the image;
judging whether the coordinates of the detection frame for parking the vehicle are in a preset range or not, wherein the preset range is a region of a parking point position defined in the parking region;
and when the coordinates are not in the preset range, determining that the parked vehicle is a target vehicle which is not parked normally, wherein a detection frame of the parked vehicle is used as the first detection frame.
3. The method for detecting non-standard parking of a user according to claim 2, further comprising:
judging whether the headstock of the parked vehicle accords with the headstock orientation preset in the parking area or not;
and when the head orientation preset in the parking area is not met, determining that the parked vehicle is a target vehicle which is not parked normally, wherein the detection frame of the parked vehicle is used as the first detection frame.
4. A method for detecting a user's non-stop as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the detecting a detection frame of a parked vehicle from the image comprises:
inputting the image into a target detection model obtained by pre-training to obtain an initial detection frame output by the target monitoring model;
and filtering the initial detection frames by utilizing the intersection ratio and the distance between the initial detection frames, and removing repeated initial detection frames to obtain the detection frames for parking the vehicle.
5. The method for detecting irregular parking of a user according to claim 1, wherein the determining of the person responsible for irregular parking based on the positional relationship of the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image includes:
calculating the distances between the center points of all the second detection frames and the center point of the first detection frame;
judging whether the distance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance threshold value;
when a second detection frame with the distance smaller than or equal to the preset distance threshold exists, judging the person in the second detection frame with the smallest distance from the center point of the first detection frame as a suspected responsible person without stopping normally.
6. The method for detecting a user-out-of-specification parking of claim 5, further comprising:
judging whether a face detection result exists in a second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person;
and when a face detection result exists in the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person, extracting a face picture from the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person.
7. The method for detecting irregular parking of a user according to claim 6, wherein,
when the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person does not have a face detection result, storing an image containing the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person;
and when a face detection result exists in the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person, storing the first detection frame, the second detection frame corresponding to the suspected responsible person and the extracted face picture.
8. The method for detecting irregular parking of a user according to claim 7, wherein the image is M sheets, and the determining the responsible person for irregular parking based on the positional relationship of the first detection frame and the second detection frame in the image includes:
judging whether N images in M images detect an irregular parking vehicle at the same position of the target vehicle, and judging whether P images in the M images detect suspected liability persons corresponding to the irregular parking vehicle, wherein M, N and P are natural numbers larger than 1, M is larger than N, and M is larger than P;
and when N images in the M images detect the non-standard parking vehicles at the same position of the target vehicle and P images in the M images detect the suspected responsible persons corresponding to the non-standard parking vehicles, determining the suspected responsible persons as the non-standard parking responsible persons.
