The first service end may store order information of each user through an order information base, where the order information includes an order identifier, an order distribution address, a user identifier of a user corresponding to the order, a distribution mode of the order, a distribution time of the order, and the like. After receiving the delivery information, the first server may query a user identifier corresponding to the order from the order information according to the order identifier. After the user identifier is queried, the first server may query pre-stored user information according to the user identifier, and obtain information of a second server of the user corresponding to the article to be dispensed, that is, information of the second server corresponding to the article to be dispensed.

After the first server determines the information of the article to be delivered corresponding to the second server, the first server can interact with the second server through the information of the second server and send an authorization request to the first server. The authorization request is used for requesting the second server to authorize the delivery terminal to interact with the delivery terminal, so that the second server can be requested to open the intelligent door for the delivery personnel when delivering the goods to be delivered.
The information of the second server may include an address of the second server, and the like, and may be information used for establishing a communication connection with the second server.
The delivery information sent by the first server to the second server may specifically include delivery time, information of the delivery terminal, information of a user corresponding to the object to be delivered, and the like, so that the second server determines whether to open the smart door according to the delivery information.
S104: and receiving the authorization agreement information of the second server, and sending the authorization agreement information to the distribution terminal.
After receiving the authorization request, the second service end can store the distribution information included in the authorization request and return the authorization approval information to the first service end to indicate that the distribution approval terminal interacts with the first service end, so that the second service end is requested to open the intelligent door for the distribution personnel when the to-be-distributed goods are distributed.
After receiving the authorization agreement information sent by the second server, the first server can send the authorization agreement information to the distribution terminal to inform the distribution terminal that the distribution terminal can be distributed outdoors and apply for opening the intelligent door to the second server.
The first server sends the authorization agreement request message to the distribution terminal, and the authorization agreement request message may further include information of the second server, so that the distribution terminal establishes a communication connection with the second server.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, after step S103, the first service end may not receive the authorization approval information of the second service end, at this time, the first service end may notify the distribution terminal to select another way to distribute the to-be-distributed item, for example, to contact with the user corresponding to the to-be-distributed item for distribution, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the distribution mode of the article is a target mode, the distribution terminal can send the distribution information to the first service terminal, the first service terminal applies for authorization of the second service terminal through interaction with the second service terminal, and sends the authorization approval information to the distribution terminal after obtaining the authorization, so that the distribution terminal can send a door opening request to the second service terminal directly or through a corresponding door of the article to be distributed, and the second service terminal can issue a door opening instruction after judging that the door opening condition is met. Therefore, when the distributor can distribute the articles to be distributed, the distributor does not need to communicate with the user, even if the user is absent, the articles to be distributed can be distributed to the home through the second server side, the article distribution efficiency is improved, and inconvenience is avoided for the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the user configures the intelligent door, the binding relationship between the user and the intelligent door needs to be established in the first service end, so that the user can use the target mode to deliver the articles. Therefore, before the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is executed, the binding between the smart door and the user is also required, that is, the binding between the smart door and the second server is also required to be performed with the user information. In the embodiment of the invention, if the user binds the intelligent door, the target identification can be configured for the user to indicate that the user can use the target mode to deliver the article, and the user can be called a marking user. Specifically, the process of binding the smart door for the user may be as shown in fig. 2, and includes the following steps.

The first service end of the back end can comprise a user group for storing user information, and the back end server performs query operation after receiving a query request transmitted by the front end page, namely, queries the information of the user from the user group, and further judges whether the user is a marking user.
S202: and displaying the query result and receiving an operation request of a user.
The query result can comprise that the user is a marking user or the user is not a standard user, if the user is not the marking user, the binding request can be directly input, namely the received operation request is the binding request so as to be bound with the intelligent door; if the user is the marking user, the unbinding operation can be performed first, and then the binding operation is performed again, namely the received operation request is the unbinding request.

After the user requests to unbind, the information of the bound intelligent door is stored in the first service end, so that the information of the bound intelligent door corresponding to the second service end can be inquired, and further, an unbinding information acquisition request can be sent. The unbinding request input by the user may include information of the bound smart gate, such as an identification of the bound smart gate, an identification of the user, information corresponding to the second server, and so on.
After receiving the unbinding operation instruction, the first service end can execute an unbinding operation, and the unbinding operation can be specifically executed as follows: unbinding the information of the user and the bound intelligent door in the first service end, and sending an unbinding request to a logistics gateway which executes an unbinding operation by calling an interface for unbinding, so that the logistics gateway unbinds the information of the user and the bound intelligent door, wherein the unbinding request can comprise the information of the user, the information of the intelligent door and the like; the subsequent first server side can receive an operation result returned by the physical gateway, if the operation result is that unbinding fails, information of the unbinding failure can be displayed to prompt a user that the unbinding fails and the reason of the failure, if the operation result is that the unbinding succeeds, a target label configured by the user can be deleted, the user is recovered to be a user who does not mark the label, and prompt information of the unbinding success is displayed to prompt the user that the unbinding succeeds.
It should be noted that, after the user unbinds successfully, the user usually needs to perform the binding operation again, and then the step S204 may be executed continuously.
S204: and if the operation request is a binding request, obtaining the binding information and executing the binding operation.
If the operation request is a binding request, the binding request corresponds to a user instruction for requesting binding. After the user requests binding, the user can input binding information, and the first server can acquire the binding information through user input and execute binding operation. The binding request may include user information and information of the intelligent door to be bound, such as a user identifier, information of the intelligent door to be bound corresponding to the second server, and the like.
The binding operation may specifically be performed as: the first service end associates the information of the user and the intelligent door to be bound, and sends a binding request including binding information to a logistics gateway executing unbinding operation by calling an interface for binding, so that the logistics gateway binds the information of the user and the intelligent door to be bound, wherein the binding request can include user information such as a user name and a password, information of the intelligent door to be bound, information of a second service end corresponding to the intelligent door to be bound and the like; the logistics gateway can interact with a second server corresponding to the intelligent door to be bound according to the binding information, bind the user and the intelligent door to be bound, and return an operation result to the first server; the first server side can receive an operation result returned by the physical gateway, if the operation result is binding failure, information of the binding failure can be displayed to prompt a user of the binding failure and the reason of the failure, if the operation result is binding success, a target label can be configured for the user, the user is configured to be a marking user, and prompt information of the binding success is displayed to prompt the user of the unbinding success.
It should be noted that, after the user binds the smart gate, the user may select to deliver the object in the target manner, and when the user places an order through the first service end, the user order interface may display the target manner to prompt the user that the user may select the target manner for delivery. Specifically, the interface for the user to select the delivery mode may be as shown in fig. 3, where express delivery to the door indicates the target mode.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first server realizes the binding of the user and the intelligent door through the interaction with the user, so that the object distribution of the user can be realized in a target mode, and the problems that the distribution is communicated with the user during the object distribution or the user cannot distribute when the user is not at home can be further avoided.
Referring now to the embodiment of fig. 1, another method for delivering an item is provided, which may be performed by a delivery terminal, as shown in fig. 4, and includes the following steps.
S401: and inquiring the distribution mode of the articles to be distributed according to the distribution information of the articles to be distributed.
The distribution terminal can acquire distribution information of the to-be-distributed articles in modes of scanning the to-be-distributed articles and the like, the distribution information generally comprises distribution modes of the to-be-distributed articles, and distribution personnel can distribute the to-be-distributed articles according to the distribution modes. The delivery information may also include a delivery address, a delivery time, information of a second terminal controlling the intelligent door corresponding to the object to be delivered, and the like.
S402: and if the distribution mode is the target mode, sending distribution information of the articles to be distributed to the first server.
After the distribution terminal determines the distribution mode of the articles to be distributed, whether the distribution mode is the target mode or not can be judged. If the distribution mode is the target mode, the distribution information of the articles to be distributed needs to be sent to the first service end, so that the first service end can determine a second service end corresponding to the articles to be distributed according to the distribution information of the articles to be distributed, and further obtain the authorization of the second service end. If the distribution mode is not the target mode, the step is not needed to be executed, and the distribution can be carried out according to the distribution mode.
It should be noted that, the delivery information of the to-be-delivered item sent to the first service end may include order information of the to-be-delivered item and information of the delivery terminal, and the order information of the to-be-delivered item may specifically be an order identifier.
S403: and receiving the authorization agreement information sent by the first server.
After receiving the authorization approval information, the first service end can send the authorization approval information to the distribution terminal, and after receiving the authorization approval information, the distribution terminal determines that the authorization of the second service end is obtained, and can distribute the information in a target mode.
It should be noted that, if the distribution terminal does not receive the authorization approval information sent by the first service end after executing step S402, it may be considered that the authorization of the second service end is not obtained, the distribution terminal may prompt the distribution staff to distribute in another manner.
S404: and sending a door opening request to a second server side corresponding to the article to be distributed or a door corresponding to the article to be distributed according to the door opening request instruction.
Wherein the door opening request includes information of the distribution terminal.
After the distribution terminal determines that authorization of the second server is obtained, the to-be-distributed articles can be distributed in a target distribution mode, then distribution personnel can input a door opening request instruction to the distribution terminal after arriving at a distribution address to indicate the distribution terminal to request to open the intelligent door, at the moment, the distribution terminal can send a door opening request to the second server corresponding to the to-be-distributed articles according to the door opening request instruction to request the second server to open the intelligent door, and therefore the distribution personnel can complete distribution of the to-be-distributed articles. Or, since the distribution terminal usually arrives at the distribution address when requesting to open the door, the distribution terminal may send a door opening request to the smart door (the door corresponding to the article to be distributed), so that the smart door interacts with the second server to send the door opening request to the second server.
The door opening request may include information of the distribution terminal, so that the second server may perform data interaction with the distribution terminal.
Specifically, this step may be performed as: receiving a door opening request instruction; inquiring information of the to-be-delivered article corresponding to the second server according to the delivery information of the to-be-delivered article; establishing communication connection with the second server according to the information of the second server; if the communication connection is established successfully, sending a door opening request to a second server corresponding to the article to be distributed through the communication connection; and if the communication connection is not established successfully, inquiring the connection information of the corresponding door of the article to be dispensed, establishing Bluetooth connection with the corresponding door of the article to be dispensed according to the connection information, and sending a door opening request to the corresponding door of the article to be dispensed through the Bluetooth connection.
In order to simplify the interaction process, the distribution terminal may preferentially select the second server to send the door opening request, so that after receiving the door opening request instruction, the distribution terminal may first query the information of the second server corresponding to the article to be distributed, and then establish a communication connection with the second server through the information of the second server. At the moment, if the communication connection is successfully established, the distribution terminal can directly perform data interaction with the second server, so that a door opening request can be directly sent to the second server through the established communication connection; if the communication connection is not established successfully, the distribution terminal can inquire the connection information of the intelligent door, establish Bluetooth connection with the intelligent door, send a door opening request to the intelligent door through the Bluetooth connection, enable the intelligent door to interact with the second server side, and send the door opening request to the second server side.
After the distribution terminal sends a door opening request, the second server side can open the intelligent door, so that distribution personnel can complete distribution of the articles to be distributed. After the distribution personnel finish the distribution, a distribution receiving and ending instruction can be input into the distribution terminal, after the distribution terminal receives the distribution ending instruction, the distribution of the objects to be distributed is determined to be finished, and then an ending prompt message can be sent to the second service end or the intelligent door so as to prompt the second service end that the distribution is finished, and the intelligent door can be closed. Specifically, if the distribution terminal establishes communication connection with the second server, the distribution terminal directly sends an end prompt message to the second server; if the distribution terminal establishes Bluetooth connection with the intelligent door, the distribution terminal sends end prompt information to the intelligent door, and the intelligent door can send the end prompt information to a second server side or directly execute door closing operation.
It should be noted that, after the distribution terminal receives the distribution ending instruction, the distribution ending prompting message may be further sent to the first service end, so as to prompt that the first service end has completed distribution of the to-be-distributed items, so that the first service end may update the order information in time to see the distribution state of the to-be-distributed items.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the distribution mode of the article is a target mode, the distribution terminal can send distribution information to the first service terminal, so that the first service terminal applies for authorization of the second service terminal through interaction with the second service terminal, and sends the authorization approval information to the distribution terminal after obtaining the authorization, after receiving the authorization approval information, the distribution terminal can send a door opening request to the second service terminal or the corresponding door of the article to be distributed according to the door opening request instruction, so that the second service terminal can send the door opening instruction after determining that the door opening condition is met, and the intelligent door is opened instead. Therefore, when the distributor can distribute the articles to be distributed, the distributor does not need to communicate with the user, even if the user is absent, the articles to be distributed can be distributed to the home through the second server side, the article distribution efficiency is improved, and inconvenience is avoided for the user.
Referring now to the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and 4, another method for delivering goods is provided in the embodiments of the present invention, which may be performed by a second server, where the second server includes a camera, as shown in fig. 5, and the method includes the following steps.
S501: and receiving an authorization request sent by the first server.

After the distribution terminal determines that the distribution mode of the to-be-distributed object is the target mode, the distribution terminal sends distribution information to the first service end, so that the first service end obtains authorization from a second service end corresponding to the to-be-distributed object, namely the first service end sends an authorization request to the second service end corresponding to the to-be-distributed object, and therefore the second service end can receive the authorization request sent by the first service end.
The authorization request may include first delivery information of the item to be delivered, and the first delivery information may include order information of the item to be delivered and information of the delivery terminal.
S502: and storing the first distribution information and sending the authorization approval information to the first service terminal.
After receiving the authorization request sent by the first server, the second server can determine that the goods to be delivered need to be delivered, and the second server needs to open the intelligent door for the delivery personnel, so that the first delivery information is stored and the authorization approval information is sent to the first server. The second server stores the first delivery information, can be used for interacting with a delivery terminal for delivering the articles to be delivered, and judges whether the door opening condition is met when the intelligent door needs to be opened.
S503: and receiving a door opening request sent by the distribution terminal or the corresponding door of the object to be distributed.
Wherein the door opening request includes second delivery information.
And the second server receives a door opening request sent by the distribution terminal or the corresponding door of the article to be distributed, and shows that the distribution personnel reach the distribution address and need to open the intelligent door for the distribution personnel.
S504: and judging whether the door opening condition is met or not according to the first distribution information and the door opening request.
In order to ensure the distribution safety, the second server needs to judge whether the door opening condition is met before the intelligent door is opened. The second server side can judge whether the door opening condition is met according to the first distribution information and the door opening request. If the door opening request includes the second delivery information, the second server may determine whether the second delivery information is consistent with the first delivery information to determine whether the door opening condition is satisfied. If the second distribution information is consistent with the first distribution information, determining that the door opening condition is met; and if the second delivery information is inconsistent with the first delivery information, determining that the door opening condition is not met.
Specifically, the delivery information generally includes delivery time. The second server can also judge whether the door opening condition is met or not by combining the distribution time and the distribution information. That is, the first delivery information includes first information of the delivery terminal and delivery time of the article to be delivered, and the second delivery information includes second information of the delivery terminal, and this step is specifically executed as: and if the first information is consistent with the second information and the time for receiving the door opening request is in the distribution time range, determining that the door opening condition is met.
In the step, if the first information is consistent with the second information and the time for receiving the door opening request is within the range of the distribution time, it is determined that the door opening condition is met; if the first information is inconsistent with the second information or the time for receiving the door opening request is not within the distribution time range, it can be determined that the door opening condition is not met.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the delivery safety, the second server may further determine whether the door opening condition is satisfied by verifying the location information of the delivery terminal. Since the second server usually determines that the delivery person has reached the delivery address when receiving the door opening request, it may be determined whether the location information of the delivery terminal is the delivery location or whether the location information of the delivery terminal is within a preset range of the location of the smart door. And the data transmission between the distribution terminal and the second server can be performed with encryption on the transmitted data, for example, the distribution terminal and the second server perform an interaction protocol by using an https protocol for digital certificate authentication, and perform asymmetric AES data encryption on the transmitted data. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, a pair of public key and secret key may be preset, the distribution terminal prestores the public key, the second server prestores the secret key, when the distribution terminal sends data to the second server, if the door opening request is encrypted using the prestore public key, the encrypted door opening request is sent to the second server, and the second server may decrypt the door opening request according to the prestore secret key after receiving the encrypted door opening request, so as to obtain the door opening request.
S505: and if so, issuing a door opening instruction and a shooting equipment opening instruction to the corresponding door of the article to be dispensed.
After the second server side judges that the door opening condition is met, a door opening instruction can be sent to the intelligent door, meanwhile, shooting equipment is arranged, and the shooting equipment shoots the intelligently opened picture. If the second server side judges that the door opening condition is not met, the prompt information that the door cannot be opened can be returned to the distribution terminal, so that the distribution terminal can prompt distribution personnel that the target mode distribution cannot be achieved.
It should be noted that after the second server issues the door opening instruction, it indicates that the delivery personnel are already delivering the articles to be delivered, and then the second server may send a notification message to the first server, so that the first server can update the delivery status of the articles to be delivered in time.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the distribution is completed, the distribution terminal can send distribution end prompt information to the second server, after the second server receives the distribution end prompt information, the distribution is determined to be completed, a door closing instruction can be sent to the intelligent door to close the intelligent door, meanwhile, a shooting equipment closing instruction is sent, information shot by the shooting equipment from opening to closing is received, and then the information shot by the shooting equipment from opening to closing is sent to the first server, so that the first server can store the information shot by the shooting equipment, and a user can check the distribution process at any time.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the distribution mode of the article is a target mode, the distribution terminal can send distribution information to the first service terminal, so that the first service terminal applies for authorization of the second service terminal through interaction with the second service terminal, and sends the authorization approval information to the distribution terminal after obtaining the authorization, after receiving the authorization approval information, the distribution terminal can send a door opening request to the second service terminal directly or through a corresponding door of the article to be distributed according to the door opening request instruction, and after judging that the door opening condition is met, the second service terminal can send the door opening instruction to replace the intelligent door. Therefore, when the distributor can distribute the articles to be distributed, the distributor does not need to communicate with the user, even if the user is absent, the articles to be distributed can be distributed to the home through the second server side, the article distribution efficiency is improved, and inconvenience is avoided for the user.

In the embodiment of the invention, when the distribution mode of the article is a target mode, the distribution terminal can send distribution information to the first service terminal, so that the first service terminal applies for authorization of the second service terminal through interaction with the second service terminal, and sends the authorization approval information to the distribution terminal after obtaining the authorization, after receiving the authorization approval information, the distribution terminal can send a door opening request to the second service terminal directly or through a corresponding door of the article to be distributed according to the door opening request instruction, so that the second service terminal can issue the door opening instruction after judging that the door opening condition is met, and the intelligent door is opened instead. Therefore, when the distributor can distribute the articles to be distributed, the distributor does not need to communicate with the user, even if the user is absent, the articles to be distributed can be distributed to the home through the second server side, the article distribution efficiency is improved, and inconvenience is avoided for the user.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, an embodiment of the present invention provides another article distribution apparatus 800, which is disposed at a second service end, where the second service end includes a shooting device, and as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus 800 includes:
a receiving unit 801, configured to receive an authorization request sent by a first server, where the authorization request includes first delivery information of an item to be delivered;
a storage unit 802, configured to store the first distribution information, and send authorization approval information to the first service end;
the receiving unit 801 is further configured to receive a door opening request sent by a distribution terminal or a corresponding door of the article to be distributed, where the door opening request includes second distribution information;
a determining unit 803, configured to determine whether a door opening condition is satisfied according to the first distribution information and the door opening request;
and the issuing unit 804 is used for issuing a door opening instruction and a shooting equipment opening instruction to the corresponding door of the distributed article if the door is opened.
It should be understood that the manner of implementing the embodiment of the present invention is the same as the manner of implementing the embodiment shown in fig. 5, and the description thereof is omitted.
In an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the receiving unit 801 is further configured to receive a distribution end prompting message sent by the distribution device;
the issuing unit 804 is further configured to issue a door closing instruction and a shooting device closing instruction to the corresponding door of the delivered article;
the apparatus 800 further comprises:
and the sending unit is also used for sending the information shot by the shooting equipment from opening to closing to the first service end.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the first delivery information includes first information of the delivery terminal and delivery time of the article to be delivered, and the second delivery information includes second information of the delivery terminal;
the determining unit 803 is specifically configured to determine that a door opening condition is satisfied if the first information is consistent with the second information and the time for receiving the door opening request is within the distribution time range.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the receiving unit 801 is specifically configured to:
receiving an encrypted door opening request sent by the distribution terminal, wherein the encrypted door opening request is obtained after the distribution terminal uses a preset public key for encryption;
and decrypting the encrypted door opening request according to a preset private key to obtain the door coming request, wherein the preset private key corresponds to the preset public key.
It should be understood that the manner of implementing the embodiment of the present invention is the same as the manner of implementing the embodiment shown in fig. 5, and the description thereof is omitted.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the distribution mode of the article is a target mode, the distribution terminal can send distribution information to the first service terminal, so that the first service terminal applies for authorization of the second service terminal through interaction with the second service terminal, and sends the authorization approval information to the distribution terminal after obtaining the authorization, after receiving the authorization approval information, the distribution terminal can send a door opening request to the second service terminal directly or through a corresponding door of the article to be distributed according to the door opening request instruction, and after judging that the door opening condition is met, the second service terminal can send the door opening instruction to replace the intelligent door. Therefore, when the distributor can distribute the articles to be distributed, the distributor does not need to communicate with the user, even if the user is absent, the articles to be distributed can be distributed to the home through the second server side, the article distribution efficiency is improved, and inconvenience is avoided for the user.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an article distribution system.
The system for article distribution in the embodiment of the present invention includes a first service end, a second service end, and a distribution terminal, where the first service end is provided with an apparatus for article distribution as shown in fig. 6, the second service end is provided with an apparatus for article distribution as shown in fig. 7, and the distribution terminal is provided with an apparatus for article distribution as shown in fig. 8.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device and a readable storage medium are also provided.
The electronic device of the embodiment of the invention comprises: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the processor, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the method for delivering items provided by the embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 9 illustrates an exemplary system architecture 900 of a method of item distribution or an apparatus of item distribution to which embodiments of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 9, the system architecture 900 may include end devices 901, 902, 903, a network 904, and servers 905, 906. Network 904 is the medium used to provide communication links between terminal devices 901, 902, 903 and servers 905, 906. Network 904 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, to name a few.
A user may use terminal devices 901, 902, 903 to interact with servers 905, 906 over network 904 to receive or send messages, etc. Various client applications may be installed on the terminal devices 901, 902, 903. In this embodiment of the present invention, the server 905 may be a first server, and the server 906 may be a second server.
The terminal devices 901, 902, 903 may be various electronic devices having a display screen, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 905 may be a server providing various services, and the management server may analyze and perform other processes on the received data such as the product information query request, and feed back the processing result (for example, product information — just an example) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that the method for article distribution provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 905, and accordingly, the apparatus for article distribution is generally disposed in the server 905.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 9 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 10, a block diagram of a computer system 1000 suitable for implementing embodiments of the present invention is shown. The computer system illustrated in FIG. 10 is only one example and should not impose any limitations on the scope of use or functionality of embodiments of the invention.
As shown in fig. 10, the computer system 1000 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1001 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1002 or a program loaded from a storage section 1008 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1003. In the RAM 1003, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 1000 are also stored. The CPU 1001, ROM 1002, and RAM 1003 are connected to each other via a bus 1004. An input/output (I/O) interface 1005 is also connected to bus 1004.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1005: an input section 1006 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 1007 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 1008 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1009 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1009 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 1010 is also connected to the I/O interface 1005 as necessary. A removable medium 1011 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1010 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1008 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication part 1009 and/or installed from the removable medium 1011. The computer program executes the above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1001.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a unit, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by software or hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor includes a receiving unit, a querying unit, and a transmitting unit. Where the names of these elements do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the element itself, for example, a receiving element may also be described as "an element of the function of the receiving element".
As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to perform the method for item distribution provided by the present invention.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (19)

1. A method for article distribution, for use at a first service end, the method comprising:
receiving distribution information of the to-be-distributed articles sent by a distribution terminal;
inquiring information of a second service end corresponding to the to-be-delivered article according to the delivery information, wherein the second service end is used for controlling opening and closing of a corresponding door when the to-be-delivered article is delivered;
sending an authorization request to the second server according to the information of the second server, wherein the authorization request comprises the distribution information;
and receiving the authorization agreement information sent by the second server, and sending the authorization agreement information to the distribution terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the delivery information includes information of a delivery terminal and order information of an item to be delivered;
the querying, according to the distribution information, information of the article to be distributed corresponding to the second server includes:
and inquiring the information of the second server corresponding to the article to be delivered according to the order information of the article to be delivered.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the order information of the to-be-delivered item comprises an order identifier corresponding to the to-be-delivered item;
the querying information of the second server corresponding to the article to be delivered according to the information of the article to be delivered includes:
according to the order identification corresponding to the to-be-distributed article, inquiring a user identification corresponding to the to-be-distributed article and distribution time corresponding to the to-be-distributed article from an order information base;
according to the user identification, inquiring information of the article to be delivered corresponding to the second server from user information;
before the sending an authorization request to the second server according to the information of the second server, the method further includes:
and adding the distribution time corresponding to the to-be-distributed article to the order information.
4. The method according to claim 1, before said querying information of the second server corresponding to the item to be delivered according to the delivery information, further comprising:
receiving a user instruction, wherein the user instruction comprises user information of a target user and information of the second server, and the target user comprises a user corresponding to the article to be dispensed;
binding the user information and the information of the second server according to the user instruction;
and adding a target identifier for the target user, wherein the target identifier represents that the corresponding delivery modes of the user comprise a door-to-door delivery mode of controlling the opening and closing state of a door through a second server.
5. A method for delivery of an item, for a delivery terminal, the method comprising:
inquiring the distribution mode of the articles to be distributed according to the distribution information of the articles to be distributed;
if the distribution mode is the target mode, sending distribution information of the articles to be distributed to a first server;
receiving grant authorization information sent by the first service terminal;
and sending a door opening request to a second server corresponding to the article to be distributed or a door corresponding to the article to be distributed according to the door opening request instruction, wherein the door opening request comprises information of the distribution terminal, and the door opening request instruction is input by distribution personnel.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the sending a door opening request to a second server corresponding to the article to be dispensed or a door corresponding to the article to be dispensed according to the door opening request instruction comprises:
receiving the door opening request instruction;
inquiring information of a second server corresponding to the to-be-delivered article according to the delivery information of the to-be-delivered article;
establishing communication connection with the second server according to the information of the second server;
if the communication connection is established successfully, sending a door opening request to a second server corresponding to the article to be distributed through the communication connection;
and if the communication connection is not established successfully, inquiring the connection information of the corresponding door of the article to be dispensed, establishing Bluetooth connection with the corresponding door of the article to be dispensed according to the connection information, and sending the door opening request to the corresponding door of the article to be dispensed through the Bluetooth connection.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the sending a door opening request to a second server corresponding to the item to be delivered via the communication connection comprises:
encrypting the door opening request according to a preset public key to obtain an encrypted door opening request;
and sending the encrypted door opening request to the second server so that the second server can decrypt the door opening request by using a secret key corresponding to the preset public key.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein after sending a door opening request to a second server corresponding to the item to be delivered via the communication connection, the method further comprises:
receiving a distribution ending instruction, wherein the distribution ending instruction is input by the distribution personnel after the distribution of the goods to be distributed is finished;
and sending distribution end prompt information to the second server through the communication connection.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein after sending the door opening request to the corresponding door of the item to be dispensed via the Bluetooth connection, further comprising:
receiving a distribution ending instruction, wherein the distribution ending instruction is input by the distribution personnel after the distribution of the goods to be distributed is finished;
and sending distribution end prompt information to the corresponding door of the article to be distributed through the Bluetooth connection.
10. A method for delivery of items, for a second server, the method comprising:
receiving an authorization request sent by a first server, wherein the authorization request comprises first delivery information of an article to be delivered;
storing the first distribution information and sending authorization agreement information to the first service terminal;
receiving a door opening request sent by a distribution terminal or a corresponding door of the article to be distributed, wherein the door opening request comprises second distribution information;
judging whether a door opening condition is met or not according to the first distribution information and the door opening request;
if so, sending a door opening instruction and a shooting equipment opening instruction to the corresponding door of the delivered article.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising, after the issuing a door opening command and a camera opening command to the door corresponding to the delivered item, the steps of:
receiving distribution end prompt information sent by the distribution equipment;
sending a door closing instruction and a shooting equipment closing instruction to the corresponding door of the delivered object;
and sending the information shot by the shooting equipment from opening to closing to the first service end.
12. The method according to claim 10, wherein the first delivery information includes first information of the delivery terminal and delivery time of the item to be delivered, and the second delivery information includes second information of the delivery terminal;
the judging whether a door opening condition is met according to the first distribution information and the door opening request comprises the following steps:
and if the first information is consistent with the second information and the time for receiving the door opening request is within the distribution time range, determining that a door opening condition is met.
13. The method of claim 10, wherein receiving a door open request from a distribution terminal comprises:
receiving an encrypted door opening request sent by the distribution terminal, wherein the encrypted door opening request is obtained after the distribution terminal uses a preset public key for encryption;
and decrypting the encrypted door opening request according to a preset private key to obtain the door coming request, wherein the preset private key corresponds to the preset public key.
14. An article dispensing device, disposed at a first service end, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the distribution information of the to-be-distributed articles sent by the distribution terminal;
the query unit is used for querying information of a second service end corresponding to the to-be-delivered article according to the delivery information, and the second service end is used for controlling the opening and closing state of the door when the to-be-delivered article is delivered by the door;
a sending unit, configured to send an authorization request to the second server according to information of the second server, where the authorization request includes the delivery information;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive grant authorization information of the second server;
the sending unit is further configured to send the authorization approval information to the distribution terminal.
15. An article delivery device, which is provided at a delivery terminal, comprising:
the query unit is used for querying the distribution mode of the to-be-distributed articles according to the distribution information of the to-be-distributed articles;
a sending unit, configured to send, to a first server, delivery information of the to-be-delivered item if the delivery manner is a target manner;
a receiving unit, configured to receive grant authorization information of the first service end;
the sending unit is further configured to send a door opening request to a second server corresponding to the article to be distributed or a door corresponding to the distributed article according to a door opening request instruction, where the door opening request includes information of the distribution terminal, and the door opening request instruction is input by a distributor.
16. An article distribution device, which is arranged at a second service end, comprises:
the system comprises a receiving unit, a sending unit and a receiving unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving an authorization request sent by a first server, and the authorization request comprises first distribution information of an article to be distributed;
the storage unit is used for storing the first distribution information and sending authorization agreement information to the first service terminal;
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a door opening request sent by a distribution terminal or the terminal to be distributed to a corresponding door, where the door opening request includes second distribution information;
the judging unit is used for judging whether a door opening condition is met or not according to the first distribution information and the door opening request;
and the issuing unit is used for issuing a door opening instruction and a shooting equipment opening instruction to the corresponding door of the delivered article if the corresponding door of the delivered article is in the open state.
17. A system for delivering an article, comprising a first service end, a second service end and a delivery terminal, wherein the first service end is provided with the apparatus for delivering the article as claimed in claim 14, the second service end is provided with the apparatus for delivering the article as claimed in claim 15, and the delivery terminal is provided with the apparatus for delivering the article as claimed in claim 16.
18. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-13.
19. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-13.
