Description

Method and device for detecting arrival behavior based on point of interest information and computer equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for detecting arrival behavior based on point of interest information, and a computer device.
Background
Currently, an information sharing platform can provide sharing and query services of local life information for users. For example, after experiencing food in a certain store, the user issues comment information for the store through the information sharing platform. Other users can inquire the comment information of the shop through the information sharing platform before going to the shop for consumption, so that the shop can be quickly and conveniently known.
Since the content distributed after the user arrives at the store for experience has a reference value, the user's arrival behavior can be used as a reference when determining the quality of the distributed content. In the related art, a user can manually locate a certain store by performing an interactive operation and issue comment information in a comment interface of the store. Correspondingly, the information sharing platform determines that the user arrives at the shop based on the interactive operation implemented by the user, and associates the shop with the comment information issued in the comment interface of the shop.
In the process, the user can manually locate the store by performing interactive operation under the condition that the user does not arrive at the store for experience, and accordingly, the information sharing platform determines that the user arrives at the store, and the accuracy of the behavior judgment of the user arriving at the store is low.

The server 120 and the terminal 110 are connected through a wireless or wired network. The server 120 provides background services for the content publishing and content presentation functions of the client.
In the embodiment of the present application, the computer device may be configured as a server or a terminal. If the computer device is configured as a server, the server is used as an execution subject to implement the method for detecting arrival behavior based on the point of interest information provided by the embodiment of the present application. If the computer device is configured as a terminal, the terminal is used as an execution subject to implement the method for detecting the arrival behavior based on the point of interest information provided by the embodiment of the application. Or, the method for detecting arrival behavior based on the point of interest information provided in the embodiment of the present application is implemented through interaction between the terminal and the server, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an arrival behavior detection method based on point of interest information according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 2, the embodiment is briefly described by taking a server as an execution subject, and includes:
201. the server acquires a multimedia resource uploaded by a user account based on a first interest point, wherein the multimedia resource carries first position information, and the first position information is used for representing the position when the multimedia resource is shot.
The user uploads the multimedia resource based on the first point of interest to indicate that the multimedia resource is a multimedia resource related to the first point of interest. Since the multimedia resources shot after the user reaches the first point of interest have reference value, it is necessary to detect whether the multimedia resources are shot when the user reaches the first point of interest, that is, to detect the arrival behavior.
Optionally, the multimedia asset comprises at least one of an image and a video. The multimedia resource is shot by a user by using a terminal with a camera shooting function, and the terminal has the authority of acquiring the position information when shooting the multimedia resource. The terminal acquires the position information when shooting the multimedia resource based on the acquisition permission of the position information, so that the shot multimedia resource carries the position information. The position information is also used for indicating the position of the terminal when the terminal shoots the multimedia resource. Wherein optionally the position information comprises coordinates formed on the basis of any coordinate system. The embodiment of the present application is described by taking an example that the location information includes geographic coordinates composed of longitude and latitude, and is not limited thereto.
In an alternative implementation, the server performs real-time detection of arrival behavior based on the point of interest information. The method for acquiring the multimedia resources uploaded by the user account based on the first interest point by the server comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a server receives a content publishing request sent by a terminal, wherein the content publishing request carries a user account, a first interest point and multimedia resources; and the server takes the multimedia resources carried by the content publishing request as the multimedia resources uploaded by the user account based on the first interest point.
In another alternative implementation, the server periodically detects the arrival behavior based on the point of interest information. The method for acquiring the multimedia resources uploaded by the user account based on the first interest point by the server comprises the following steps: and the server responds to the arrival detection period and acquires the multimedia resources stored in association with the first interest point and the user account. The detection period may be configured to be any time length, for example, the detection period is 1 hour, 1 day, or 3 days, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment. It should be noted that, in response to the arrival detection period, the server further stores the first point of interest, the user account, and the multimedia resource in association with the first point of interest and the user account before acquiring the multimedia resource stored in association with the first point of interest and the user account. The step of the server for storing the first interest point, the user account and the multimedia resource in a correlation mode comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a server receives a content publishing request sent by a terminal, wherein the content publishing request carries a user account, a first interest point and multimedia resources; and the server stores the user account, the first interest point and the multimedia resource carried by the content publishing request in a correlation manner.
202. The server determines a plurality of second points of interest based on the first location information, the distance between the second points of interest and the first location information being less than a first distance threshold.
After the server acquires the first location information carried by the multimedia resource, screening a plurality of second interest points near the first location information, namely screening a plurality of second interest points of which the distance from the first location information is smaller than a first distance threshold value. The first distance threshold may be flexibly configured, for example, the first distance threshold is 800 meters or 1 kilometer.
203. The server determines a reference point of interest matching the multimedia asset from the plurality of second points of interest.
The reference interest point is matched with the multimedia resource, and the reference interest point is associated with the content displayed by the multimedia resource, namely, the reference interest point is most likely to be a shooting subject of the multimedia resource or a shooting subject of the multimedia resource is most likely to be included in the reference interest point, and the reference interest point is most likely to be an interest point actually expressed by the multimedia resource. The multimedia resource is shot by the user when the user reaches the reference interest point. And the server determines a reference interest point matched with the multimedia resource through the identification of the multimedia resource and the comparison of the interest point information of the second interest points.
204. The server determines that the user account is abnormal based on the arrival behavior of the first point of interest in response to the first point of interest being different from the reference point of interest.
If the first interest point based on which the user uploads the multimedia resource is different from the reference interest point actually expressed by the multimedia resource determined by the server, the fact that the user does not arrive at the first interest point, the multimedia resource is obtained by shooting, and the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point is determined to be abnormal. If the first interest point is the same as the reference interest point, the multimedia resource is obtained by shooting when the user arrives at the first interest point, and optionally, the server does not process the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point; or, the server determines that the user account is normal based on the arrival behavior of the first point of interest, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the reference interest point is determined based on the position information carried by the multimedia resource and used for representing the position of the multimedia resource when the multimedia resource is shot, the reference interest point is located near the position of the multimedia resource when the multimedia resource is shot and matched with the multimedia resource, the reference interest point is the most likely-to-express interest point of the multimedia resource, and correspondingly, the multimedia resource is also most likely to be shot when the reference interest point is reached. If the first interest point based on which the multimedia resource is uploaded is different from the reference interest point, the fact that the multimedia resource does not arrive at the first interest point is represented, and the user account number for uploading the multimedia resource is determined to be abnormal based on the arrival behavior of the first interest point. According to the technical scheme, the position information carried by the multimedia resource can not be changed, the position where the multimedia resource is really shot can be represented, the reference interest point which is really reached when the multimedia resource is shot can be more accurately determined based on the position information carried by the multimedia resource and the multimedia resource, and further, the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point is determined to be abnormal under the condition that the reference interest point is inconsistent with the first interest point based on which the multimedia resource is uploaded by the user account, so that the accuracy of detecting the arrival behavior based on the interest point is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an arrival behavior detection method based on point of interest information according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the embodiment is described by taking an interaction between a terminal and a server as an example, and includes:
301. the terminal acquires a multimedia resource to be issued and sends a content issuing request to the server, wherein the content issuing request carries a user account, a first interest point and the multimedia resource, and the multimedia resource carries first position information.
Wherein, the terminal logs in a user account. In an alternative implementation manner, the user uploads the multimedia resource in the content publishing interface of the first point of interest, so that the terminal sends the multimedia resource to the server, and the multimedia resource is provided to other users through the server. The method for the terminal to obtain the multimedia resource to be released and send the content releasing request to the server comprises the following steps: the terminal responds to the display operation of the content publishing interface of the first interest point and displays the content publishing interface of the first interest point; the terminal acquires the multimedia resources added based on the content publishing interface, and sends a content publishing request to the server in response to detecting the publishing operation of the user on the content publishing interface, wherein the content publishing request carries the first interest point, the multimedia resources and the user account number logged in by the terminal.
In another optional implementation manner, during the process of publishing the multimedia resource, the user selects the first point of interest, so that the terminal binds the multimedia resource and the first point of interest. The method for the terminal to obtain the multimedia resource to be released and send the content releasing request to the server comprises the following steps: the terminal responds to the display operation of the content editing interface and displays the content editing interface; the terminal acquires the multimedia resource added based on the content editing interface, responds to interactive operation on the interest point option in the content editing interface, acquires the selected first interest point, and responds to detection of issuing operation performed by a user on the content editing interface, and sends a content issuing request to the server, wherein the content issuing request carries the first interest point, the multimedia resource and a user account number logged by the terminal.
Another point to be noted is that the terminal supports the user to add multimedia resources. Optionally, the terminal supports the user to select the multimedia resource to be added from the stored multimedia resources. Optionally, the selected multimedia resource is shot based on a camera function of the terminal; or, the selected multimedia resource is transmitted to the terminal after shooting is completed based on the camera function of the other terminal, which is not limited in this application. Optionally, the terminal further supports the user to perform real-time shooting based on the camera function of the terminal, so as to obtain the multimedia resource to be added.
Another point to be explained is that, in the process of shooting the multimedia resource, the terminal shooting the multimedia resource obtains the position information of the terminal in real time based on the positioning service, so that the shot multimedia resource carries the position information. The location information is used to indicate the location of the terminal, that is, the location of the terminal when the multimedia resource is shot.
It should be noted that, optionally, the terminal further supports the user to add text content, and the added text content is provided to other users simultaneously with the multimedia resource. Correspondingly, the terminal also acquires the input text content, and the content publishing request sent by the terminal to the server also carries the text content.
302. The server receives a content publishing request of the terminal, and acquires multimedia resources uploaded by a user account based on the first interest point based on the content publishing request.
The server receives a content publishing request sent by a terminal, and acquires a user account, a first interest point and multimedia resources carried by the content publishing request, so as to obtain the multimedia resources uploaded by the user account based on the first interest point.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the application, when receiving a content distribution request from a terminal, a server acquires a multimedia resource carried by the content distribution request, and performs real-time detection on an arrival behavior based on the multimedia resource. Optionally, in other embodiments, the server receives a content publishing request from the terminal, and does not perform real-time detection of an arrival behavior based on a multimedia resource carried in the content publishing request, but stores a user account, a first interest point, and a multimedia resource carried in the content publishing request in an associated manner; and periodically detecting the arrival behavior based on the stored multimedia resources based on the detection period. Accordingly, the above step 302 can be replaced by the following steps: the server receives a content publishing request of the terminal, and performs associated storage on a user account, a first interest point and a multimedia resource carried by the content publishing request; and responding to the arrival detection period, and acquiring the multimedia resources which are stored in association with the first interest point and the user account, namely the multimedia resources uploaded by the user account based on the first interest point.
303. The server determines a plurality of second interest points based on first position information carried by the multimedia resource, wherein the distance between the second interest points and the first position information is smaller than a first distance threshold value.
Wherein, each interest point corresponds to position information used for indicating the position of the interest point. The server determines the distance between the first position information and each interest point respectively based on the first position information and the position information corresponding to the interest points; and determining the interest point with the distance from the first position information smaller than a first distance threshold value as a second interest point.
In an alternative implementation manner, the server determines a smaller area based on the first position information, and then screens a plurality of second interest points near the first position information from a plurality of interest points in the area. Accordingly, the step 303 includes: the server determines a target area including the first position information based on the first position information; the server determines a plurality of second interest points, the distances between the second interest points and the first position information of which are smaller than a first distance threshold value, from a plurality of interest points included in the target area.
Optionally, the target area is an area defined by taking the first position information as a center and taking the target length as a radius, wherein the target length may be flexibly configured to be any length greater than or equal to the first distance threshold, for example, the target length is 2000 meters or 3000 meters, and the like. Alternatively, the target area is a more finely divided administrative area. For example, the target area is a three-level administrative district, that is, a county-level administrative district; alternatively, in more detail, the target area is a four-level administrative district, that is, a rural administrative district.
According to the technical scheme, a smaller target area containing fewer interest points is determined based on the first position information, and then a plurality of second interest points can be determined from a plurality of interest points included in the target area through fewer distance calculations.
304. The server determines a reference point of interest matching the multimedia resource from the plurality of second points of interest.
In an optional implementation manner, the server identifies a target interest point category corresponding to the multimedia resource, and determines a second interest point, of which the corresponding interest point category is the same as the target interest point category, as a reference interest point matched with the multimedia resource through comparison of the interest point categories. Accordingly, the step 304 includes the following steps 30401 to 30402.
30401. The server identifies the multimedia resource to obtain a target interest point category corresponding to the multimedia resource, wherein the target interest point category is the category of the interest point shot by the multimedia resource.
Optionally, the server identifies the multimedia resource through an interest point category identification model, and the interest point category identification model is used for determining a category of an interest point shot by the multimedia resource. And the server inputs the multimedia resource into the interest point category identification model to obtain a target interest point category corresponding to the multimedia resource. Optionally, the server takes the multimedia resource marked with the interest point category as a training sample, and trains to obtain the interest point category identification model.
30402. The server compares the target interest point category with the interest point categories corresponding to the plurality of second interest points respectively, and determines the second interest points with the corresponding interest point categories consistent with the target interest point categories as reference interest points.
And the interest points correspond to interest point categories. The interest point category is a category to which the interest point belongs, and is a generalization of the interest point attribute in the category dimension.
In an alternative implementation, the point of interest category is the most detailed category to which the point of interest belongs, e.g., the point of interest category of "XX movie theatre" is movie theatre; the interest point category of the XX museum is a restaurant; the point of interest category of "XX hotels" is hotels.
Optionally, the server compares the target interest point category with the interest point category corresponding to each second interest point; and determining the second interest points with the corresponding interest point categories consistent with the target interest point categories as reference interest points according to the comparison results corresponding to the second interest points respectively.
Or the server compares the target interest point category with an interest point category corresponding to a second interest point in the plurality of second interest points in sequence; in response to that the interest point category corresponding to the second interest point compared at this time is consistent with the target interest point category, determining the second interest point compared at this time as a reference interest point, and ending the comparison process of the interest point categories; and responding to the inconsistency between the interest point category corresponding to the second interest point compared at this time and the target interest point category, continuously acquiring the interest point category corresponding to the next second interest point, and comparing the interest point category with the target interest point category. Optionally, the server sequentially obtains the interest point categories corresponding to the second interest point according to the order of the distance from the first position information to the target interest point category, and compares the interest point categories with the target interest point categories.
According to the technical scheme, the interest point category of the interest point shot by the multimedia resource is identified, the interest point category is compared with the interest point categories corresponding to the second interest points near the shooting position of the multimedia resource, the second interest point with the same interest point category as the multimedia resource is determined as the reference interest point matched with the multimedia resource, the reference interest point can more accurately represent the actually arrived interest point when the multimedia resource is shot, and the accuracy of detection of the arrival behavior based on the interest point can be further improved based on the reference interest point with higher accuracy.
In another alternative implementation, the interest point categories include different levels of categories, including, for example, a major category, a middle category, and a minor category to which the interest point belongs. For example, the point of interest category of "XX chafing dish" is a dining service; a Chinese restaurant; the hot pot restaurant comprises a hot pot restaurant, a hot pot restaurant and a hot pot restaurant, wherein the catering service is a main category to which the XX hot pot belongs, the middle dining hall is a middle category to which the XX hot pot belongs, and the hot pot restaurant is a subclass to which the XX hot pot belongs.
Optionally, the server firstly screens out at least one second interest point which is the same as the large class in the target interest point category from the plurality of second interest points according to the large class in the target interest point category and the large class in the interest point category corresponding to the plurality of second interest points; then according to the middle class in the target interest point category and the middle class in the interest point category corresponding to the screened at least one second interest point, screening at least one second interest point which is the same as the middle class in the target interest point category from the at least one second interest point with the same large class; and determining a reference interest point which is the same as the subclass in the target interest point category from at least one second interest point with the same middle class according to the subclass in the target interest point category and the subclass in the interest point category corresponding to the at least one second interest point with the same middle class. And if the number of the screened at least one second interest point is less than or equal to 1 in the process of determining the reference interest point, no subsequent screening process is executed.
According to the technical scheme, the large class, the medium class and the small class in the interest point categories are sequentially screened layer by layer to obtain the reference interest points of which the corresponding interest point categories are consistent with the target interest point categories, and the number of the interest points based on the next screening can be reduced due to each screening, so that the efficiency of determining the reference interest points can be improved.
In another optional implementation manner, the server identifies a category to which a shooting subject in the multimedia resource belongs, the category is used as a target product category corresponding to the multimedia resource, and a second interest point, which is the same as the target product category, of the corresponding product category is determined as a reference interest point matched with the multimedia resource by comparing the product categories corresponding to the interest points. Accordingly, the server determining a reference point of interest matching the multimedia asset from the plurality of second points of interest includes the following steps 30411 to 30412.
30411. The server identifies the multimedia resources to obtain target product categories corresponding to the multimedia resources, wherein the target product categories are categories to which shooting subjects in the multimedia resources belong.
Optionally, the server identifies the multimedia resource through a product category identification model, where the product category identification model is used to determine a category to which a shooting subject in the multimedia resource belongs. And the server inputs the multimedia resource into the product category identification model to obtain the product category corresponding to the shooting subject in the multimedia resource. Optionally, the server takes the multimedia resource marked with the product category as a training sample, and trains to obtain a product category identification model.
30412. The server compares the target product category with at least one product category corresponding to each of the plurality of second interest points, and determines the second interest points, including the target product category, in the corresponding at least one product category as reference interest points.
Wherein a point of interest corresponds to at least one product category. The product categories are categories of products included within the point of interest, for example, at least one product category of "XX barbeque" includes crayfish, mutton shashliks, grilled squid, grilled chicken wings, boiled peanuts, and the like. And the server respectively compares the target product category with at least one product category corresponding to each second interest point, and determines the second interest point as a reference interest point in response to the fact that the at least one product category corresponding to one second interest point comprises the target product category.
According to the technical scheme, the product category to which the shooting subject in the multimedia resource belongs is identified, and is compared with the product categories corresponding to the second interest points near the shooting position of the multimedia resource, so that the second interest points including the product categories corresponding to the multimedia resource are determined as the reference interest points matched with the multimedia resource. Through more detailed comparison of product category dimensions, the reference interest points can more accurately represent the actually arrived interest points when the multimedia resources are shot, and further, based on the reference interest points with higher accuracy, the accuracy of detecting the arrival behaviors based on the interest points can be further improved.
In another optional implementation manner, the server determines the reference interest point matching the multimedia resource based on the similarity between the multimedia resource and the reference multimedia resource corresponding to the second interest point. The server determining a reference point of interest matching the multimedia asset from the plurality of second points of interest includes the following steps 30421 to 30422.
30421. The server determines reference similarity corresponding to the second interest points respectively based on the multimedia resources and at least one reference multimedia resource corresponding to the second interest points respectively.
Wherein the interest point corresponds to at least one reference multimedia resource. Optionally, the reference multimedia resource is an official multimedia resource uploaded by an operator of the point of interest; or, the reference multimedia resource is a multimedia resource included in the content marked with the high-quality label, wherein the content marked with the high-quality label is a content which is issued by a user who reaches the interest point for experience and meets the high-quality judgment condition.
The server determines at least one similarity corresponding to the second interest points respectively based on the multimedia resources and at least one reference multimedia resource corresponding to the second interest points respectively; and determining the maximum similarity in the at least one similarity corresponding to the second interest points as the reference similarity corresponding to the second interest points.
One point of interest may have multiple landmark objects, and the shooting subjects in the multiple reference multimedia resources are different objects. The shooting subject of the multimedia resource uploaded based on the first interest point may be one of the objects, and then the multimedia resource has a higher similarity with a reference multimedia resource of which the shooting subject is the same object and has a lower similarity with other reference multimedia resources. Therefore, the resource with the maximum similarity in the at least one reference multimedia resource has a higher reference value for determining the reference interest point, the reference interest point is determined by taking the maximum similarity as the reference similarity, and compared with the reference interest point determined by taking the lower similarity generated due to different shooting subjects as the reference similarity, the erroneous judgment of the reference interest point can be reduced, and the accuracy of determining the reference interest point is further improved.
Optionally, the server performs feature extraction on the multimedia resources, and determines similarity between the multimedia resources based on the obtained feature vectors. Correspondingly, the step of determining, by the server, at least one similarity corresponding to each of the plurality of second interest points based on the multimedia resource and at least one reference multimedia resource corresponding to each of the plurality of second interest points includes: the server extracts the characteristics of the multimedia resources to obtain a first characteristic vector of the multimedia resources; for each second interest point in the plurality of second interest points, the server performs feature extraction on at least one reference multimedia resource corresponding to each second interest point respectively to obtain at least one second feature vector of the at least one reference multimedia resource, and determines at least one similarity between the first feature vector and the at least one second feature vector, where the at least one similarity is at least one similarity corresponding to each second interest point.
30422. And the server determines the second interest point of which the corresponding reference similarity is greater than the similarity threshold value as the reference interest point.
Alternatively, the similarity threshold may be flexibly configured to any value between 0 and 1. For example, the similarity threshold is 0.8, 0.85, or 0.9, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
According to the technical scheme, the similarity between the multimedia resource uploaded based on the first interest point and the reference multimedia resource is determined, the interest point with the similarity larger than the threshold value is determined as the reference interest point, the similarity between the contents of the multimedia resource is concentrated more, the reference interest point is determined, the reference interest point can accurately represent the actually arrived interest point when the multimedia resource is shot, and the accuracy of detection of the arrival behavior based on the interest point can be further improved based on the reference interest point with higher accuracy.
In another alternative implementation manner, text information exists in the multimedia resource uploaded by the user account, for example, the multimedia resource includes a signboard of the point of interest, and the text information included on the signboard is a name of the point of interest. Correspondingly, the step of the server determining the reference interest point matched with the multimedia resource from the plurality of second interest points comprises the following steps: the server extracts character information from the multimedia resources; the server compares the character information with the names corresponding to the plurality of second interest points; and the server determines a second interest point of the corresponding name in the text message as a reference interest point. Where the interest point has a name, for example, the name of a certain interest point is "XX museum".
According to the technical scheme, under the condition that the text information exists in the multimedia resource, the text information included in the multimedia resource is identified, and if the identified text information includes the name of a certain interest point, the interest point is determined as the reference interest point. Because the name of the interest point is usually unique, the reference interest point is determined based on the name of the interest point, so that the determined reference interest point can more accurately represent the actually arrived interest point when the multimedia resource is shot, and further, based on the reference interest point with higher accuracy, the accuracy of detecting the arrival behavior based on the interest point can be further improved.
It should be noted that, optionally, the server determines, based on any one of the foregoing optional implementation manners, a reference interest point that matches the multimedia resource from the plurality of second interest points; or, the server determines, based on a combination of any of the foregoing optional implementations, a reference point of interest that matches the multimedia resource from the second points of interest, which is not limited in this application.
305. The server determines that the user account is abnormal based on the arrival behavior of the first point of interest in response to the first point of interest being different from the reference point of interest.
After the server determines the reference interest point from the plurality of second interest points through step 304, it determines whether the first interest point is the same as the reference interest point. Optionally, the server determines whether the first point of interest is the same as the reference point of interest based on one or any more of the name, the location information, the point of interest category, and the product category corresponding to the point of interest. For example, the server determines that the first interest point is the same as the reference interest point in response to that the name of the first interest point is the same as the name of the reference interest point and the location information corresponding to the first interest point is the same as the location information of the reference interest point; the server determines that the first interest point is different from the reference interest point in response to that the name of the first interest point is different from the name of the reference interest point or that the position information corresponding to the first interest point is different from the position information of the reference interest point.
If the server determines that the first interest point is different from the reference interest point, determining that the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point is abnormal; if the server determines that the first interest point is the same as the reference interest point, the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point is not processed, or the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point is determined to be normal.
Optionally, after determining that the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point is abnormal, the server marks the multimedia resource uploaded by the user account based on the first interest point as positioning abnormal to indicate that the multimedia resource is inconsistent with the first interest point, so that the content recommendation service can adjust the recommendation sequence of the multimedia resource backwards based on the positioning abnormal mark of the multimedia resource, so that the multimedia resource which is not marked as the positioning abnormal mark is preferentially displayed in a display interface corresponding to the interest point, and the multimedia resource which is marked as the positioning abnormal is displayed or not displayed after the multimedia resource which is not marked as the positioning abnormal. Based on the process, the multimedia resources which are high in association degree with the interest point and have reference significance are preferentially displayed in the display interface corresponding to the interest point, so that the experience of the user who uploads the multimedia resources corresponding to the interest point can be expressed, the rights and interests of the interest point can be guaranteed, and the user who browses the display interface can quickly and effectively know the interest point.
Optionally, after determining that the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point is abnormal, the server reduces a ranking parameter of the multimedia resource uploaded by the user account based on the first interest point, where the ranking parameter is used to indicate a priority of the multimedia resource displayed in a display interface corresponding to the first interest point, so that when other terminals display the display interface corresponding to the first interest point, the ranking parameter corresponding to the first interest point is obtained from the server according to the ranking parameter, and the multimedia resource with a higher ranking parameter is preferentially displayed to the user, so that the user can preferentially browse the multimedia resource with a higher degree of association with the first interest point, and the first interest point can be quickly and effectively known, thereby improving the human-computer interaction efficiency.
Optionally, after determining that the arrival behavior of the user account is abnormal based on the first point of interest, the server returns a prompt message to the terminal so as to display the prompt message, where the prompt message is used to prompt that the uploaded multimedia resource does not conform to the first point of interest, so as to prompt the user to re-upload the multimedia resource conforming to the first point of interest.
Optionally, after determining that the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first point of interest is abnormal, the server does not store the multimedia resource uploaded by the user account based on the first point of interest, so that when the other terminals display the display interface corresponding to the first point of interest, the multimedia resource is not acquired from the server, and the multimedia resource is not displayed in the display interface corresponding to the first point of interest, thereby improving the association degree between the multimedia resource displayed in the display interface corresponding to the first point of interest and the first point of interest, facilitating the user to browse the multimedia resource with a higher association degree with the first point of interest in the display interface corresponding to the first point of interest, enabling the user to quickly and effectively know the first point of interest, and improving the human-computer interaction efficiency.
Another point to be described is that after the server determines that the first interest point is different from the reference interest point, the server further determines a distance between the first interest point and the reference interest point, and reduces a ranking parameter of the multimedia resource in response to that the distance between the first interest point and the reference interest point is greater than a second distance threshold, where the ranking parameter is used to indicate a priority of the multimedia resource displayed in a display interface corresponding to the first interest point; in response to the distance between the first point of interest and the reference point of interest being less than or equal to the second distance threshold, the multimedia resource ranking parameter is not processed. The second distance threshold may be configured to be any value less than or equal to the first distance threshold, for example, the second distance threshold is 300 meters or 500 meters.
According to the technical scheme, the server reduces the sequencing parameters of the multimedia resources under the condition that the distance between the first interest point and the reference interest point is greater than the second distance threshold. Under the condition that the first interest point is inconsistent with the reference interest point due to positioning errors, the sequencing parameters of the multimedia resources are not reduced, and the error operation of reducing the sequencing parameters of the multimedia resources is reduced by allowing the positioning errors within a certain range, so that the accuracy of sequencing the multimedia resources is improved.
Another point to be noted is that, after determining that the first interest point is different from the reference interest point, the server further generates, in response to that the distance between the first interest point and the reference interest point is greater than a second distance threshold, positioning calibration information, where the positioning calibration information is used to indicate accuracy of verification positioning. Optionally, the server sends the positioning calibration information to a terminal corresponding to an operation and maintenance person of the positioning service, so that the positioning person of the positioning service checks the accuracy of the positioning service, and if the positioning service is inaccurate in positioning, the positioning accuracy is calibrated. If the distance between the first point of interest and the reference point of interest is greater than the second distance threshold due to positioning service inaccuracy, the server determines arrival behavior based on the first point of interest as normal.
In order to make the process of detecting the arrival behavior based on the interest point clearer, the following description is made with reference to fig. 4, taking the interest point as a store as an example, referring to fig. 4, and a user uploads multimedia resources under the interest point, that is, uploads the multimedia resources in a content publishing interface corresponding to the interest point; the server determines a nearby interest point list according to the location information of the multimedia resource through the step 303, where the interest point list includes a plurality of second interest points; the server determines the reference interest point matched with the multimedia resource through the step 303, that is, the server determines the content of the multimedia resource which is most likely to belong to which interest point through the identification of the multimedia resource; the server judges whether the identified interest point is consistent with the initially bound interest point, wherein the identified interest point is the reference interest point in the embodiment, and the initially bound interest point is the first interest point in the embodiment; if the identified interest point is not consistent with the initially bound interest point, it is determined that the current store-to-store behavior of the user is abnormal, that is, the server determines that the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point is abnormal in response to that the first interest point is different from the reference interest point through step 305; the method comprises the steps that the content quality judgment of the multimedia resource is influenced by the abnormity determination of the store-arriving behavior, and if the store-arriving behavior is determined to be abnormal, the content quality of the uploaded multimedia resource is low; after determining that the behavior of the user to the store is abnormal, the server also judges whether the distance between the identified interest point and the initially bound interest point exceeds 500 meters, and if the distance exceeds 500 meters, the accuracy of positioning is calibrated; if the distance does not exceed 500 meters, the process of detecting the arrival behavior based on the interest points is finished.
It should be noted that, if the multimedia resource uploaded by the user account based on the first point of interest does not carry location information, the server determines whether the first point of interest matches the multimedia resource through the same steps as those in step 304. For example, the server identifies the multimedia resource to obtain a target interest point category corresponding to the multimedia resource; if the interest point category corresponding to the first interest point is not consistent with the target interest point category, the first interest point is not matched with the multimedia resource, and the server determines that the user account is abnormal based on the arrival behavior of the first interest point; if the interest point category corresponding to the first interest point is consistent with the target interest point category, the first interest point is matched with the multimedia resource, and the server does not process the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point, or determines the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point to be normal. For another example, the server determines at least one similarity between the multimedia resource and at least one reference multimedia resource corresponding to the first interest point; if the maximum similarity in the determined at least one similarity is smaller than or equal to the minimum similarity threshold, determining that the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point is abnormal; if the maximum similarity in the determined at least one similarity is greater than the minimum similarity threshold, the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point is not processed, or the arrival behavior of the user account based on the first interest point is determined to be normal. The lowest similarity threshold may be configured to be any value between 0 and 1, for example, the lowest similarity threshold is 0.7 or 0.8, and the like.
According to the technical scheme, under the condition that the multimedia resource uploaded by the user account based on the first interest point does not carry the position information, the matching degree of the multimedia resource and the first interest point can be determined through the identification of the multimedia resource, so that when the matching degree of the multimedia resource and the first interest point is low, the arrival behavior of the user based on the first interest point is determined to be abnormal, and the accuracy of detection of the arrival behavior based on the interest point is improved.
It should be noted that the above embodiment is described by taking the detection of the arrival behavior by the server based on the point of interest information as an example. Optionally, the steps 302 to 305 are executed by the terminal, and the process of the terminal executing the steps 302 to 305 is the same as the process of the server executing the steps 302 to 305. It should be noted that, in step 302, the terminal may obtain, from the local, the multimedia resource uploaded by the user account based on the first point of interest; in step 303, because the storage space of the terminal is limited, massive interest points and corresponding interest point information cannot be stored, optionally, the terminal sends an interest point information acquisition request to the server, where the interest point information acquisition request carries the first location information to request the server to return interest point information corresponding to a plurality of second interest points; in step 304, the terminal determines a reference interest point matched with the multimedia resource from the second interest points based on the interest point information corresponding to the second interest points returned by the server; in step 305, optionally, if the terminal determines that the first point of interest is different from the reference point of interest, the multimedia resource is not sent to the server, and a prompt message for prompting that the uploaded multimedia resource does not conform to the first point of interest is displayed to prompt the user to re-upload the multimedia resource conforming to the first point of interest.
All the above optional technical solutions may be combined arbitrarily to form optional embodiments of the present application, and are not described herein again.
