Abstract
The invention provides a cloud computing-based intelligent safety supervision early warning and prevention system which is realized on a three-layer network architecture and comprises a sensor, an audible and visual alarm, an LORa wireless communication device, a data processor and a cloud server; the method comprises the following steps that a sensor detects data of each dangerous source area of a chemical plant; the audible and visual alarm receives an alarm signal to alarm; the LORa wireless communication equipment remotely transmits the detection data to the data processor and receives the forwarded alarm signal; the data processor receives the remote transmission data, uploads the remote transmission data to the cloud server, and receives an alarm signal sent by the cloud server and feeds the alarm signal back to the audible and visual alarm; and the cloud server processes the data to obtain a processing result of normal or abnormal data, and generates an alarm signal to send to the data processor when the data is abnormal. By implementing the method and the system, the danger source of the chemical plant is remotely monitored and early warned before the safety accident occurs in the chemical plant, so that the safety precaution measures are ensured to be comprehensively made in advance, and the problem of untimely early warning caused by excessive local data can be avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical safety monitoring, in particular to a system and a method for intelligent safety supervision early warning and prevention based on cloud computing.
Background
In the production process of chemical plants, high temperature and high pressure or leakage of some dangerous gases are usually involved, and fire and explosion are easily caused, so that huge loss is caused to collective and personal property, and social problems are seriously conflicted.
At present, the safety management of chemical plants tends to be large-scale and complicated more and more, and it is critical to perform prevention and take measures at the source. Therefore, the early warning and prevention work of the safety supervision of the chemical plant is well done, and the method has important significance for production development, safety guarantee and stable maintenance.
However, the existing chemical plant safety supervision early warning prevention system is based on the monitoring of local camera equipment, and cannot timely monitor and early warn the dangerous source of the chemical plant before the chemical plant has a safety accident, so that safety precaution measures cannot be comprehensively prepared in advance, and once local data are excessive, the data capacity is reduced, and the problem of untimely early warning is easily caused.

The technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the invention is to provide a cloud computing-based intelligent safety supervision early warning prevention system and method, which can timely monitor and early warn a dangerous source of a chemical plant before a safety accident occurs in the chemical plant, ensure that safety precaution measures are comprehensively taken in advance, and avoid the problem of untimely early warning caused by excessive local data.
In order to solve the technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cloud computing-based intelligent safety supervision early warning and prevention system, which is implemented on a three-layer network architecture formed by interconnecting an access layer, an edge layer and a cloud platform, and includes a sensor, an audible and visual alarm and an LORa wireless communication device which are arranged on the access layer, a data processor arranged on the edge layer, and a cloud server arranged on the cloud platform; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the audible and visual alarm is used for giving an alarm after receiving the alarm signal;
the LORa wireless communication equipment is used for remotely transmitting the detected data to the data processor and receiving the alarm signal forwarded by the data processor;
the data processor is used for receiving data remotely transmitted by the LORa wireless communication equipment, uploading the data to the cloud server, receiving an alarm signal sent by the cloud server and feeding the alarm signal back to the acousto-optic alarm;
the cloud server is used for receiving and processing the data uploaded by the data processor to obtain a processing result of normal data or abnormal data, and generating an alarm signal to be sent to the data processor when the processing result of the abnormal data is obtained.
Wherein the data detected by the sensor comprises a temperature value and a hazardous gas concentration of the chemical plant.
The data processor is LORa and is in data communication with the cloud server through a TCP/IP protocol.

As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the proposed intelligent safety supervision early warning and preventing system based on cloud computing is implemented on a three-layer network architecture formed by an access layer, an edge layer and a cloud platform, and includes a sensor, an audible and visual alarm, an LORa wireless communication device (located in a chemical plant) disposed on the access layer, a data processor (located in a base station, a gateway, an edge server, etc. of a communication operator) disposed on the edge layer, and a cloud server disposed on the cloud platform; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the sensor is used for detecting data of each dangerous source area of the chemical plant; the data detected by the sensor comprise a temperature value and a dangerous gas concentration of the chemical plant;
the audible and visual alarm is used for giving an alarm after receiving the alarm signal;
the LORa wireless communication device is used for remotely transmitting the detected data to the data processor and receiving the alarm signal forwarded by the data processor;
the data processor is used for receiving data remotely transmitted by the LORa wireless communication equipment, uploading the data to the cloud server, receiving an alarm signal sent by the cloud server and feeding the alarm signal back to the audible and visual alarm; the data processor is an LORa and is in data communication with the cloud server through a TCP/IP protocol;
and the cloud server is used for receiving and processing the data uploaded by the data processor to obtain a processing result of normal data or abnormal data, and generating an alarm signal and issuing the alarm signal to the data processor when the processing result of the abnormal data is obtained. The cloud server comprises a user module, a monitoring module, a deployment module and a server module; the user module is used for transmitting information and sending a data communication request; the monitoring module is used for managing and controlling resources on the cloud server and appointing corresponding measures; the deployment module is used for effectively deploying and matching resources according to the information and the request transmitted by the user module; and the server module is used for processing response and answering to the transmitted information, and generating an alarm signal to send to the data processor when a processing result of data abnormity is obtained. At the moment, the cloud server integrates the four modules, performs data splitting processing through distributed computing, applies virtualized resources to realize data storage and data sharing, and realizes that the virtualized resources replace physical data, so that the data processing capacity is improved, and the cloud server has high stability.
It should be noted that the sensors periodically (e.g., 5S) detect the temperature values and hazardous gas concentrations of the chemical plant. The sensor can also generate a detection result when the detected temperature value is judged to be greater than a preset temperature threshold value and/or the concentration of the hazardous gas is judged to be greater than a preset concentration threshold value in a certain detection period, and further carries the detection to the detected data, and the detection is transmitted to the data processor through the LORa wireless communication equipment, so that the cloud server can obtain a processing result of data normality or data abnormality more efficiently.
The working principle of the intelligent safety supervision early warning and preventing system based on cloud computing in the embodiment of the invention is that a sensor periodically (such as 5S) detects data of each dangerous source area of a chemical plant, and can also generate a detection result when a detected temperature value is larger than a preset temperature threshold value and/or a dangerous gas concentration is larger than a preset concentration threshold value in a certain detection period, further carry detection to the detected data, and transmit the detected data to a data processor through an LORa wireless communication device.
The data processor receives data remotely transmitted by the LORa wireless communication equipment and uploads the data to the cloud server, the cloud server receives and processes the uploaded data to obtain a processing result of normal data or abnormal data, and when the processing result of the abnormal data is obtained, an alarm signal is generated and sent to the data processor.
The alarm signal is fed back to the audible and visual alarm through the LORa wireless communication equipment to alarm.
As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment of the present invention provides a cloud-computing-based intelligent safety supervision early warning and preventing method, which is implemented on the cloud-computing-based intelligent safety supervision early warning and preventing system, and includes the following steps:

step S3, the cloud server receives and processes the data uploaded by the data processor to obtain a processing result of normal data or abnormal data, and generates an alarm signal to be sent to the data processor and fed back to the audible and visual alarm through the LORa wireless communication equipment when the processing result of the abnormal data is obtained;
and step S4, the audible and visual alarm gives an alarm after receiving the alarm signal.

Wherein the method further comprises:
the sensor periodically detects the temperature value and the concentration of the hazardous gas of the chemical plant, generates a detection result when the detected temperature value is larger than a preset temperature threshold value and/or the concentration of the hazardous gas is larger than a preset concentration threshold value in a certain detection period, further carries the detection into the detected data, and transmits the data to the data processor through the LORa wireless communication equipment.

the cloud server performs data splitting processing through distributed computing, and data storage and data sharing are achieved by applying virtualized resources.
