In addition, in the process of placing the tea blanks on the tray, the tray is driven to rotate by rotating the rotary drum, and the worker can place all the tea blanks only by fixing the tea blanks at one angular position for operation, so that the tea blank placing device is convenient to operate.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drying rack 100 for drying black tea hairy flowers according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises a supporting frame 10, a rotary drum 20, the tea blank placing device comprises a rotating pulley 30 and a tray 40 used for placing tea blanks, the supporting end of a rotating drum 20 is supported on a supporting frame 10 through the rotating pulley 30, the tray 40 is arranged at the bearing end of the rotating drum 20 and is fixedly connected with the rotating drum 20, the supporting frame 10 comprises a bottom supporting plate 11 and a positioning column 12 fixedly arranged on the bottom supporting plate 11 along the direction perpendicular to the surface of the bottom supporting plate 11, the rotating drum 20 is rotatably arranged on the horizontal plane by taking the central axis of the positioning column 12 as a rotation central line, the rotating drum 20 is sleeved on the circumferential outer wall surface of the positioning column 12 through a rotating bearing 50 to prevent the rotating drum 20 from radially swinging along the positioning column 12, the supporting end of the rotating drum 20 is provided with the rotating pulley 30, and the rotating pulleys 30 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotating drum 20 and are in rolling contact with the upper surface of the bottom supporting plate 11.

In addition, in the process of placing the tea blanks on the tray 40, the tray 40 is driven to rotate by rotating the rotary drum 20, and the worker can place all the tea blanks only by fixing the tea blanks at one angular position, so that the tea blank placing device is convenient to operate.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the drum 20, the rotating pulley 30 and the tray 40 are coaxially arranged, the bearing end of the drum 20 passes through the central hole of the tray 40 and is fixedly connected with the tray 40, the diameter of the central hole of the tray 40 is larger than the outer diameter of the positioning post 12, and the rotating pulley 30 can be a rolling wheel such as a rotating bearing 50, a universal wheel, a universal ball, an arc-shaped slider, a ball, a roller, a plane bearing, and the like.
Further, in order to increase the number of the blossoming and drying of the tea blank, the number of the trays 40 is plural, and the plural trays 40 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the drum 20. Specifically, in the present embodiment, in order to facilitate the placement of the tea blanks, the number of the trays 40 is three, and the distance between two adjacent trays 40 is 65 cm.
Further, the drying rack 100 for drying the dark green tea flowery further comprises a plurality of rotating bearings 50, the rotating bearings 50 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the trays 40, the rotating bearings 50 and the trays 40 are positioned on the same radial section of the rotating drum 20, and sealing rings 60 which are respectively arranged on the end faces of the two ends of the rotating drum 20 and are used for sealing the rotating bearings 50 between the rotating drum 20 and the positioning columns 12. It is to be understood that the seal ring 60 may be a high temperature resistant seal ring 60. The sealing ring 60 is arranged to prevent the rotating bearing 50 between the drum 20 and the positioning shaft from being corroded by water vapor, which is beneficial to improving the service life of the rotating bearing 50, and meanwhile, to prevent the tray 40 from swinging due to uneven stress on the upper side and the lower side of the drum 20, the rotating bearing 50 and the tray 40 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the rotating bearing 50 and the tray 40 are positioned on the same radial cross section of the drum 20.
More preferably, the rolling bearing 50 is a double-row bearing in order to improve the bearing force of the rolling bearing 50.
Further, in order to ensure the smoothness of the rotation of the drum 20, the number of the rotating pulleys 30 is six, and the six rotating pulleys 30 are uniformly spaced in the circumferential direction of the drum 20.
Further, the rotating pulley 30 is rotatably disposed on the end surface of the supporting end of the rotating drum 20 close to the bottom supporting plate 11 through a pulley bracket, an annular sliding groove corresponding to the rolling track of the rotating pulley 30 is concavely disposed on the upper surface of the bottom supporting plate 11, and the rotating pulley 30 is suspended in the annular sliding groove and is in rolling contact with the groove bottom of the annular sliding groove. It will be appreciated that the pulley bracket is a U-shaped bracket, the support rod of which is arranged through the central hole of the rolling wheel. Further, as shown in fig. 3, the tray 40 further includes a supporting portion 43 fixedly disposed on the upper surface of the supporting plate 42 for supporting the tea blank and spacing the tea blank from the supporting plate 42, the supporting portion 43 includes a plurality of annular pillars annularly disposed, the plurality of annular pillars are coaxially disposed, the radial dimension of the annular pillars gradually increases along the axial line of the rotating drum 20 toward the circumferential surface, each annular pillar has an annular structure formed by arranging and splicing a plurality of arc bars along the circumferential direction of the rotating drum 20 at intervals, and the vertical cross section of the arc bars is a trapezoid with a contracted upper side. It can be understood that, an air inlet and exhaust passage is formed between two circumferentially spaced arc strips of each group of annular support posts, an annular air flow passage is formed by surrounding two adjacent groups of annular support posts and the support plate 42, all the air inlet and exhaust passages are communicated with the annular air flow passage, the support part 43 comprises a plurality of groups of annular support posts which are annularly arranged, the plurality of groups of annular support posts are coaxially arranged, the radial size of the annular support posts is gradually enlarged towards the circumferential direction along the axial lead of the rotary drum 20, in the process of drying the tea blank, the tea blank is placed on at least two radially adjacent annular support posts, the air flow in the drying room flows between the tea blank and the support plate 42 through the air inlet and exhaust passages and the annular air flow passage, and the good drying environment for the side surface of the tea blank close to one side of the support plate 42 is provided; the vertical cross section that sets up the arc strip is the trapezoidal of upside shrink, when being favorable to guaranteeing annular airflow channel's circulation cross sectional area, has increased the area of contact of tea base with the arc strip, avoids the tea base atress oppression to warp, is favorable to keeping the integrality of tea base.
Preferably, to improve the flow of the air stream, the spaced air inlet and outlet passages of two adjacent sets of annular struts are aligned in the radial direction of the support plate 42. Specifically, in this embodiment, since the tea blanks are placed on the supporting disc 42 along the length direction, in order to facilitate placing at least two groups of tea blanks along the radial direction, four groups of annular pillars are provided on the supporting disc 42, the radial spacing distances of two adjacent groups of annular pillars are the same, each group of annular pillars includes four circular arc strips, and the four circular arc strips are uniformly spaced and spliced along the circumferential direction of the drum 20 to form the annular pillars, that is, four air intake and exhaust passages are provided on each group of annular pillars, so as to provide a good drying environment for flowering.
Further, the support plate 42 is made of a wooden plate, and the arc bars are made of a wooden plate. Furthermore, the driven wheel is arranged on the supporting end of the rotating drum 20, the driving motor is a servo motor, and the driving motor rotates for a circle every 1-24 hours to drive the rotating drum 20 to rotate for a circle every 1-24 hours. It is understood that in the present embodiment, the continuous rotation of the drum 20 may be controlled by a servo motor, and the intermittent rotation of the drum 20 may be controlled by a servo motor. More preferably, since the tea base bloom comprises: early flowering stage of 4 days; a flowering period of 12 to 14 days; in the drying period of 2 to 3 days, the driving motor is adopted to rotate 90 degrees every 4 hours to drive the rotating drum 20 to rotate 90 degrees every 4 hours, and the tea blank on the whole drying rack has good flowering effect.
