Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a control method of an alternative refrigeration integrated cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, a whole system of the refrigeration integrated cooker is powered on; then starting automatic detection by a control module of the whole system; the cooking utensils are manually opened; when the cooker is started, the whole machine control system detects that the cooker ignition module works and simultaneously starts a smoke machine (namely, an oil smoke processing module) to automatically start to work, and if no relevant data is detected, the smoke machine cannot be automatically started; then a smoke sensor (namely, an oil smoke sensor) detects smoke quantity in real time, detected smoke quantity data is transmitted to a control system, the control system transmits a command for adjusting the rotating speed of a smoke machine to a fan startup module after data processing, and the rotating speed of a fan of the smoke exhaust ventilator is adjusted through a fan control module; the smoke quantity detected by the smoke sensor in real time is compared with a preset oil smoke threshold value of the whole machine system, if the smoke quantity data is detected to be larger than or equal to the preset oil smoke threshold value, the whole machine control system automatically opens the upper air outlet fan system and the lower air outlet fan system, and an air curtain is formed on the stove to block oil smoke diffusion.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a control method of an alternative refrigeration integrated cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, when the entire system is powered on, the entire control system starts automatic detection, and the cooker is manually opened, the entire control system detects that the ignition module of the cooker starts the automatic opening operation of the smoke machine at the same time, and if no relevant data is detected, the smoke machine does not automatically start; the smoke sensor can detect the smoke amount in real time, the detected smoke amount data is transmitted to the control system, the control system can determine the smoke amount grade after data processing, the rotating speed of the range hood is adjusted according to the smoke amount grade, and corresponding upper and lower air outlet fan systems are started to adjust the rotating speed of the fan.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a control method of a refrigeration integrated cooker according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, a main board controls and detects a plurality of loads of a complete machine of the refrigeration integrated cooker, as shown in fig. 7, the main board is powered by a power supply, an external machine is connected to the main board, and an internal machine, a blower, a smoke exhaust machine, a cooker detection device, a smoke sensor, and a display operation module are all connected to the main board through interfaces, so that the complete machine of the refrigeration integrated cooker can be controlled through the main board.
Therefore, according to the control method of the refrigeration integrated cooker provided by the embodiment of the invention, the fan of the refrigeration system is utilized to form the double air curtains on the refrigeration integrated cooker to prevent oil smoke from overflowing, so that the operation and control are more intelligent, and the oil smoke is effectively prevented from being attached to the surface of the refrigeration integrated cooker.
Example 3
According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a control device of a refrigeration integrated range, using the control method of a refrigeration integrated range of any one of the above, and fig. 8 is a schematic view of the control device of a refrigeration integrated range according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the control device of a refrigeration integrated range may include: an acquisition unit 81, a determination unit 83, and a control unit 85. The control device of the refrigeration integrated cooker will be explained below.
The acquiring unit 81 is configured to acquire a soot concentration value detected by the soot sensor.
The determining unit 83 is configured to determine that the soot concentration value reaches a soot threshold value.
And the control unit 85 is used for controlling the starting of the refrigeration module of the refrigeration integrated cooker so as to form an air curtain in the operation process, wherein the air curtain is used for controlling the oil smoke within a preset range in the process of processing the oil smoke by the oil smoke processing module of the refrigeration integrated cooker.
It should be noted here that the above-mentioned acquiring unit 81, determining unit 83 and control unit 85 correspond to steps S402 to S406 in embodiment 2, and the above-mentioned units are the same as the examples and application scenarios realized by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to the disclosure of embodiment 2. It should be noted that the above-described elements as part of an apparatus may be implemented in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions.
As can be seen from the above, in the above embodiments of the present application, the obtaining unit may be used to obtain the soot concentration value detected by the soot sensor; then determining that the oil smoke concentration value reaches an oil smoke threshold value according to a determination unit; and controlling the refrigeration module of the refrigeration integrated cooker to start by using the control unit so as to form an air curtain in the operation process, wherein the air curtain is used for controlling the oil smoke to be within a preset range in the process of processing the oil smoke by the oil smoke processing module of the refrigeration integrated cooker. Through the control device of the refrigeration integrated cooker, the refrigeration module of the refrigeration integrated cooker is controlled to be started based on the obtained oil smoke concentration value detected by the oil smoke sensor, so that an air curtain is formed in the operation process of the refrigeration module, the oil smoke is controlled within a preset range, the technical effect of improving the reliability of the refrigeration integrated cooker is achieved, the oil smoke is effectively prevented from being attached to the surface of the refrigeration integrated cooker, and the technical problem that the oil smoke overflowing from the refrigeration integrated cooker in the use process easily causes residual oil smoke on the outer surface of the refrigeration integrated cooker in the related technology is solved.
In an alternative embodiment, the control device of the refrigeration integrated cooker may further include: the detection unit is used for detecting the kitchen range of the refrigeration integrated kitchen range before acquiring the oil smoke concentration value detected by the oil smoke sensor to obtain a detection result; and the control unit is used for controlling the oil smoke treatment module to be started when the detection result shows that the stove ignition module of the stove is in the running state.
In an alternative embodiment, the control device of the refrigeration integrated cooker further includes: the generating unit is used for generating an adjusting instruction according to the oil smoke concentration value after controlling the oil smoke processing module to start; and the control unit is used for transmitting the adjusting instruction to the fan module of the oil fume processing module so as to control the fan module to adjust the rotating speed of the oil fume processing module based on the adjusting instruction.
In an alternative embodiment, the generating unit comprises: the determining module is used for determining the oil smoke grade of the range according to the oil smoke concentration value; and the generation module is used for generating an adjusting instruction based on the oil smoke grade.
In addition, it should be noted that the control device of the refrigeration integrated oven in the embodiment of the present invention may include: the control program of the refrigeration integrated cooker is stored in the memory and can be operated on the processor; when being executed by the processor, the control program of the whole machine realizes the steps of the control method of the refrigeration integrated cooker.

a cooker for cooking an object to be processed;
the oil fume processing module is used for processing oil fume generated by the kitchen range;
and the refrigeration module forms an air curtain in the operation process and is used for controlling the oil smoke within a preset range in the process of processing the oil smoke by the oil smoke processing module.
2. The integrated cooling cooker according to claim 1, wherein the cooling module comprises:
the first air outlet is arranged on the front side of the cabinet body where the refrigeration module is arranged and is used for being matched with the second air outlet to form the air curtain;
the second air outlet is arranged at the top of the oil smoke suction port of the oil smoke treatment module and is used for being matched with the first air outlet to form the air curtain.

The integrated cooling cooker according to claim 2, wherein the first air outlet is provided with a first fan system, and the second air outlet is provided with a second fan system, wherein the first fan system comprises: the evaporator is communicated to the air channel of the second air outlet through a pipeline.
4. A refrigerating integrated cooker as claimed in claim 2, wherein the second air outlet is isolated from the fume suction port of the fume treatment module.

The refrigeration integrated cooker according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising: and the oil smoke sensor is used for detecting the oil smoke generated in the operation process of the cooker, judging whether the concentration value of the oil smoke generated in the operation process of the cooker reaches an oil smoke threshold value or not based on the detection result to obtain a judgment result, and adjusting the oil smoke processing module when the judgment result shows that the concentration value of the oil smoke generated in the operation process of the cooker reaches the oil smoke threshold value.

acquiring an oil smoke concentration value detected by an oil smoke sensor;
determining that the oil smoke concentration value reaches an oil smoke threshold value;
and controlling the starting of a refrigeration module of the refrigeration integrated cooker to form an air curtain in the operation process, wherein the air curtain is used for controlling the oil smoke within a preset range in the process of processing the oil smoke by an oil smoke processing module of the refrigeration integrated cooker.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising, prior to obtaining the soot concentration value detected by the soot sensor:
detecting the kitchen range of the refrigeration integrated kitchen range to obtain a detection result;
and when the detection result shows that the stove ignition module of the stove is in the running state, controlling the oil smoke treatment module to start.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising, after controlling the fume treatment module to activate:
generating an adjusting instruction according to the oil smoke concentration value;
and transmitting the adjusting instruction to a fan module of the oil fume processing module so as to control the fan module to adjust the rotating speed of the oil fume processing module based on the adjusting instruction.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein generating an adjustment instruction based on the soot concentration value comprises:
determining the oil smoke grade of the range according to the oil smoke concentration value;
generating the adjustment instruction based on the oil smoke level.
10. A control apparatus of a refrigerating integrated range, using the control method of the refrigerating integrated range of any one of claims 6 to 9, comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the oil smoke concentration value detected by the oil smoke sensor;
the determining unit is used for determining that the oil smoke concentration value reaches an oil smoke threshold value;
and the control unit is used for controlling the starting of the refrigeration module of the refrigeration integrated stove to form an air curtain in the operation process, wherein the air curtain is used for controlling the oil smoke within a preset range in the process of treating the oil smoke by the oil smoke treatment module of the refrigeration integrated stove.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium comprises a stored computer program, wherein the computer program, when being executed by a processor, controls an apparatus in which the computer storage medium is located to perform the control method of a refrigeration integrated hob according to any one of the claims 6 to 9.
12. A processor, characterized in that it is configured to run a computer program, wherein the computer program is configured to execute the control method of the integrated cooling cooker according to any one of claims 6 to 9 when running.
