Abstract
The invention discloses a self-pressure-relief type oil filler cap which comprises a cap opening upper part, a cap opening lower part, a spring, a one-way valve body and a diaphragm, wherein the cap opening upper part is provided with a sealing ring; the upper part of the cover opening is buckled on the lower part of the cover opening, a gap exists between the inner wall of the upper part of the cover opening and the outer wall of the lower part of the cover opening, a counter bore part is arranged in the cover opening, and a valve port is arranged at the bottom of the counter bore part; the spring is arranged between the upper part of the cover opening and the lower part of the cover opening and is positioned in the counter bore part; the one-way valve body is arranged at the bottom of the counter bore part; the diaphragm is arranged between the one-way valve body and the valve port; the spring is against the one-way valve body, and the one-way valve body is against the membrane to seal the valve port. When the engine works, high-pressure combustible mixed gas and burnt gas in the combustion chamber can more or less leak into a crankcase through a gap between the piston group and the cylinder, so that blow-by gas is generated, and the components of the blow-by gas comprise unburned fuel gas, water vapor, waste gas and the like. In particular, in the sixth phase of the country, legislation requires that the engines are all in closed circulation and that the crankcase gases are not allowed to escape directly to the atmosphere, thus placing higher demands on the pressure release of the crankcase ventilation system. In a preferred embodiment, the lower cap opening further comprises a convex edge part, a threaded part, a first external thread and a sealing groove; the convex edge part is arranged at the lower parts of the at least two clamping convex parts; the upper part of the threaded part is coaxially connected with the convex edge part, and the counter bore part and the threaded part are coaxially arranged in the threaded part; the first external thread is arranged at the lower part of the threaded part; the sealing groove is arranged at the joint of the threaded part and the convex edge part; wherein the sealing groove is used for arranging an O-shaped ring.
In a preferred embodiment, the flap upper part comprises a first inner annular projection which is arranged coaxially with the flap upper part on a top wall of the flap upper part, the first inner annular projection being provided with an internal thread.
In a preferred embodiment, the lower flap portion comprises a first external ring protrusion arranged at an upper portion of the lower flap portion, the first external ring protrusion being provided with a second external thread for connection with the internal thread.
In a preferred embodiment, the length of the second external thread is less than the distance from the bottom edge of the first internal ring protrusion to the top wall of the upper portion of the cap opening.
In a preferred embodiment, the lower cap portion further includes a plurality of vent grooves formed around the first outer annular projection uniformly in an axial direction of the first outer annular projection, the plurality of vent grooves dividing the second outer thread into a plurality of segments, the plurality of vent grooves forming a gap between the lower cap portion and the upper cap portion.
In a preferred embodiment, the flap upper part further comprises a second inner annular projection which is arranged coaxially with the first inner annular projection within the first inner annular projection, the upper part of the spring fitting over the second inner annular projection.
In a preferred embodiment, the lower flap portion further includes a second outer annular ledge disposed coaxially within the first outer annular ledge, an interior of the second outer annular ledge forming a counterbore.
In a preferred embodiment, the upper edge of the second outer annular projection is not higher than the upper edge of the first outer annular projection.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a self-pressure-release type oil filler cap 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a cap upper portion 1, a cap lower portion 2, an O-ring 3, a spring 4, a check valve body 5, and a diaphragm 6. The cover opening upper part 1 is buckled on the cover opening lower part 2, a gap exists between the inner wall of the cover opening upper part 1 and the outer wall of the cover opening lower part 2, a counter sink part is arranged in the cover opening, and a valve port is arranged at the bottom of the counter sink part. The spring 4 is disposed between the flap upper portion 1 and the flap lower portion 2 and within the countersink. The check valve body 5 is disposed at the bottom of the countersink region. The diaphragm 6 is arranged between the check valve body 5 and the valve port. Wherein the spring 4 is propped against the one-way valve body 5, and the one-way valve body 5 is propped against the membrane 6 to seal the valve port.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the cover opening upper portion 1 includes at least two slot portions 101, the slot portions 101 have a taper decreasing from the bottom to the top, the cover opening lower portion 2 includes at least two protruding portions 201, the protruding portions 201 have a taper matching with the slot portions 101, the at least two protruding portions 201 are configured to be inserted into the at least two slot portions 101, and a gap is formed between the at least two protruding portions 201 to a space between the top and a side wall of the cover opening upper portion 1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the lower cap opening 2 further includes a flange 202, a threaded portion, a first external thread 203, and a sealing groove 204. The ledge 202 is disposed at the lower portion of at least two of the snap protrusions 201. The upper portion of the threaded portion is coaxially connected to the ledge portion 202, and the counter bore portion is disposed coaxially within the threaded portion. The first male screw 203 is provided at a lower portion of the screw portion. A seal groove 204 is provided at the connection of the threaded portion and the ledge 202. Wherein the sealing groove 204 is used for arranging an O-ring 3.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the principle of pressure relief of the self-pressure-relief oil filler cap of the present invention is as follows: when the gas pressure P1 in the crankcase is larger than the pressure value P2 set by the spring 4, the check valve body 5 is jacked up by the pressure P1, the valve port is opened, the gas flows away through a channel which separates a gap (shown by an arrow) between the cover opening upper part 1 and the cover opening upper part 1, and the gas is exhausted out of the atmosphere to realize the pressure relief function. When the pressure of the crankcase tends to be flat and then P1 is less than P2, the one-way valve body 5 is reset under the tension of the spring 4, and the valve port is closed and returns to the normal close state.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, according to another preferred embodiment of the self-pressure-releasing type filler oil cap 20 of the present invention, the cap upper portion 1 includes a first inner annular protrusion 102 provided on a ceiling wall of the cap upper portion 1 coaxially with the cap upper portion 1, and the first inner annular protrusion 102 is provided with an internal thread 103. The lower flap part 2 comprises a first outer annular projection 205 which is arranged at the upper part of the lower flap part 2, the first outer annular projection 205 being provided with a second outer thread 206 which is intended to be connected with the inner thread 103.
In some embodiments, the length of the second external thread 206 is less than the distance from the bottom edge of the first internal annular ledge 102 to the top wall of the top of the cap opening upper portion 1. The arrangement is such that there is a gap between the top of the flap upper portion 1 and the upper edge of the flap lower portion 2.
In some embodiments, the lower cap portion 2 further includes a plurality of vent grooves 207 uniformly annularly provided on the first outer annular protrusion 205 in the axial direction of the first outer annular protrusion 205, the plurality of vent grooves 207 dividing the second outer thread 206 into a plurality of segments, the plurality of vent grooves 207 forming a gap between the lower cap portion 2 and the upper cap portion 1. In the embodiment, only four venting grooves 207 are shown, but the invention is not limited thereto, and the number and size of the venting grooves 207 may be determined according to actual requirements.
In some embodiments, the flap upper portion 1 further comprises a second inner annular protrusion 104, which is arranged coaxially with the first inner annular protrusion 102 inside the first inner annular protrusion 102, the upper portion of the spring 4 fitting over the second inner annular protrusion 104. The lower flap portion 2 further includes a second outer annular protrusion 208 disposed coaxially with the first outer annular protrusion 205 inside the first outer annular protrusion 205, the interior of the second outer annular protrusion 208 forming a counterbore. The upper edge of second outer annular protrusion 208 is not higher than the upper edge of first outer annular protrusion 205. This arrangement also ensures that there is a gap between the top of the upper flap portion 1 and the upper edge of the lower flap portion 2.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 5 to 7 again, in some embodiments, the principle of pressure relief of the self-pressure-relief oil filler cap according to the present invention is as follows: when the gas pressure P1 in the crankcase is greater than the pressure P2 set by the spring 4, the check valve body 5 is lifted by the pressure P1, the valve port is opened, and the gas flows away through the gap (shown by the arrow) between the cover opening upper portion 1 and the channels of the plurality of vent grooves 207, and is exhausted to the atmosphere to realize the pressure relief function. When the pressure of the crankcase tends to be flat and then P1 is less than P2, the one-way valve body 5 is reset under the tension of the spring 4, and the valve port is closed and returns to the normal close state.
In some embodiments, all the components of the self-pressure-relief oil filler cap of the present invention, except for the spring 4, may be made of non-metal materials, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

3. The self-relieving oil filler cap according to claim 2, wherein the cap opening lower portion further comprises:
the convex edge part is arranged at the lower parts of the at least two clamping convex parts;
a threaded portion having an upper portion coaxially connected to the brim portion, the countersink portion being provided inside the threaded portion coaxially with the threaded portion;
a first external thread provided at a lower portion of the threaded part; and
the sealing groove is arranged at the joint of the threaded part and the convex edge part;
wherein the sealing groove is used for arranging an O-shaped ring.

The self-relieving oil filler cap according to claim 1, wherein the cap opening upper portion includes a first inner annular protrusion provided on a top wall of the cap opening upper portion coaxially with the cap opening upper portion, the first inner annular protrusion being provided with an internal thread.

The self-relieving oil filler cap according to claim 4, wherein the cap opening lower portion includes a first outer annular protrusion provided at an upper portion of the cap opening lower portion, the first outer annular protrusion having a second external thread provided thereon for connection with the internal thread.
6. The self-relieving oil filler cap according to claim 5, wherein the length of the second external thread is smaller than the distance from the bottom edge of the first inner annular protrusion to the top wall of the upper portion of the cap opening.
7. The self-relieving oil filler cap according to claim 5, wherein the cap opening lower portion further includes a plurality of vent grooves formed annularly on the first outer annular protrusion uniformly in an axial direction of the first outer annular protrusion, the plurality of vent grooves dividing the second outer thread into a plurality of segments, the plurality of vent grooves forming the gap between the cap opening lower portion and the cap opening upper portion.
8. The self-relieving oil filler cap according to claim 5, wherein the cap opening upper portion further includes a second inner annular protrusion disposed coaxially with the first inner annular protrusion within the first inner annular protrusion, the upper portion of the spring fitting over the second inner annular protrusion.

The self-bleeding oil filler cap as defined in claim 8, wherein said cap opening lower portion further includes a second outer annular protrusion disposed coaxially with said first outer annular protrusion within said first outer annular protrusion, an interior of said second outer annular protrusion forming said counterbore portion.
10. The self-bleeding oil filler cap as defined in claim 8, wherein an upper edge of said second outer annular protrusion is not higher than an upper edge of said first outer annular protrusion.
