Abstract
The invention discloses a leak stoppage sealer for an oil casing, which comprises a first arc-shaped sleeve joint part, a second arc-shaped sleeve joint part and a floating sealing mechanism, wherein the first arc-shaped sleeve joint part is connected with the second arc-shaped sleeve joint part; the invention adds a driving structure with a floating sealing structure, and simultaneously adopts a double-layer reducing sealing ring structure, so that the sizes of different sealing surfaces can be properly adjusted according to the area of a leakage breaking position, and the use is very flexible.

Background
The oil pipe is the most commonly used machine part in the oil field, the oil pipe is inevitably damaged after long-term use, so that the oil pipe can be broken and leaked, and the oil pipe in work must be rapidly treated when the oil pipe is broken and leaked so as to reduce the loss caused by the breakage and leakage; the leakage breaking part of the existing oil casing pipe is generally sealed by a sealing ring and is sealed by an external plug in a pressing way, but the structure of the leakage breaking part of the oil plugging casing pipe with the structure can not sleeve and connect the size of a sealing ring according to the size of a leakage breaking hole, and when the diameter of the sealing ring is smaller than that of the leakage breaking hole, a good leakage plugging effect can not be achieved.

The floating driving structure of the sealing structure is additionally arranged, meanwhile, the sealing structure adopts a double-layer reducing type sealing ring structure, when a leakage hole 41 in the oil sleeve 4 is small, the driving screw 31 is rotated to drive the pressing ring 34 to extrude the outer large sealing ring 35 and the inner small sealing ring 36, so that the inner small sealing ring 36 is extruded and attached to the outer sides of the periphery of the leakage blocking hole 41 to form sealing; when the leakage hole 41 on the oil casing 4 is large, the driving screw 31 is rotated to drive the small sealing ring 36 on the inner side to penetrate into the leakage hole 41 on the oil casing 4, then the driving screw 31 is continuously rotated to enable the large sealing ring 35 on the outer side to be extruded and attached to the outer side of the periphery of the leakage hole 41 to form sealing, and as the two ends of the large sealing ring 35 on the outer side are respectively clamped on the sliding clamping grooves 15 on the side parts of the floating grooves 13 in a sliding mode through the sliding clamping rods 37, the large sealing ring 35 on the outer side is enabled to move stably and is stable in structure, so that the sizes of different sealing surfaces can be properly adjusted according to the area of the leakage position, and the use is very flexible.
