The sealing plate 1, the upper cover body 2 and the lower cover body 3 form a three-level flow guide layer, liquid overflowing from well flow during operation firstly flows onto the sealing plate 1, and due to the sealing between the sealing plate 1 and the flange 4, the liquid flows onto the upper cover body 2 downwards from the periphery of the sealing plate 1, then sequentially flows onto the lower cover body 3 and the platform III through the upper cover body 2, and finally is recovered through a device connected with overflow through a well mouth. During operation, the sealing plate 1 and the flange 4 can rock along with the well head, the platform III keeps motionless, and the transition of the upper cover body 2 and the lower cover body 3 enables the well head to keep moving and sealing.
