Detailed Description
The invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3: a sealing structure of a window sash comprises an outer frame 1 and an inner frame 2, wherein the outer frame 1 is connected with a window frame, and the inner frame 2 is connected with glass; a first sealing strip 3 is arranged between the gap between the outer frame 1 and the inner frame 2; the periphery of the inner frame 2 is provided with an edge 4, and the edge 4 is provided with a second sealing strip 5.
The scheme has the following advantages: on one hand, the outer frame and the inner frame of the window sash are separately arranged and are connected in a sealing mode through the first sealing strip, so that the processing difficulty can be reduced, the replacement is convenient, if the inner frame or the inner frame is damaged, only the respective replacement is needed, and the convenience is greatly improved; on the other hand, through setting up the border, can be convenient for place glass, improve connection area, and through set up the second sealing strip on the border, improve greatly and glass between the leakproofness.
In this embodiment, the first seal strip 3 is in a strip shape, is directly embedded into the gap, and is fixed by adhesive bonding. For example, the first sealing strip is a rubber sealing strip, is wound in a roll and is sealed by being plugged into the gap and fixed by glue. The second sealing strip 5 is a strip square structure, and can be provided with a bonding part or additionally provided with a colloid for connection. The second sealing strip is preferably a PVC sealing strip, and the size of the second sealing strip is matched with that of the edge.
In this embodiment, the outer frame 1 encloses the inner frame 2, and the outer surface of the outer frame 1 is designed to be a structure that is adapted to the window frame, and the specific structure is the same as the external design structure of the existing window sash.
In this embodiment, the inner frame 2 is formed by splicing four frame bodies 21, the connection port 215 of the frame body 21 is an inclined surface, and the four frame bodies 21 are butted at the inclined surface. The frame body 21 includes a top panel 211, a bottom panel 212, and an inner side panel 213 and an outer side panel 214 connected therebetween; the outer side of the frame body 21 is provided with a groove body 6, and the inner side of the frame body 21 is provided with the edge 4. The tank 6 is formed by extending the bottom panel 212 and the top panel 211 in the direction of the outer frame 1; the edge 4 is formed by extending the bottom panel 212 in the glass direction.
The top panel 211, the bottom panel 212, the inner panel 213, and the outer panel 214 are provided, so that the processing is simple. Through the arrangement of the groove body 6, a connecting piece can be placed in the groove to realize the connection with the outer frame. The groove body 6 is formed by extending the bottom panel and the top panel towards the direction of the outer frame, and the edge 4 is formed by extending the bottom panel towards the direction of the glass, which is equivalent to that the invention can form a frame body structure with the groove body 6 and the edge 4 only by four plate bodies, and the bending structure is not needed to be processed like the existing window sash, thereby greatly reducing the processing difficulty and the production cost. And the structure of the window sash can be greatly simplified by the arrangement of the edges, and the additional arrangement of a connecting structure for auxiliary connection is not needed. The inner frame is simple in structure, convenient to process and low in cost.
The ends of the top panel 211 and the bottom panel 212 are inclined, so that the top panel 211, the bottom panel 212, the inner panel 213 and the outer panel 214 form a parallelogram structure. Because the inner frame is of a square structure and has four included angles, the four frame bodies 21 can be conveniently connected at the included angles by being arranged into inclined planes. Preferably, the connecting ports 215 of the frame 21 are diamond-shaped to facilitate standardized production and to facilitate fitting connection between adjacent frames 21. The adjacent frames 21 are integrally welded to each other.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: embedding the inner frame 2 into the outer frame 1, connecting and fixing the inner frame 2, reserving a gap between the inner frame 2 and the outer frame 1, inserting the first sealing strip 3 into the gap, and sealing and fixing the inner frame 2 and the outer frame 1 through colloid to form a whole; and then the second sealing strip 5 is bonded on the edge 4, and then glass is placed and fixedly connected with the inner frame 2, wherein the specific connection mode can refer to the existing fixing mode of glass and a window sash, and the window sash structure is formed after the glass and the window sash are connected and fixed. In addition, the outer frame 1 is further provided with a connecting member connected to the window frame so that the window sash can be opened and closed along the window frame.
In conclusion, the inner frame and the outer frame are separately arranged and hermetically connected, so that the processing difficulty is reduced, and the inner frame or the outer frame can be replaced at any time; the frame body of the inner frame is only connected through four plates, a frame body structure with the groove body and the edge can be formed, the existing window sash does not need to be processed into a bent structure, the processing difficulty and the production cost are greatly reduced, and the edge of the inner frame can greatly improve the connection strength and the sealing performance with glass.
