Abstract
The invention relates to a supporting device for adjusting a truss supporting system and a truss adjusting method, wherein the supporting device comprises a central bracket; the center chuck can be fastened on a center upright post in the center bracket; the supporting ear clips are arranged on the central chuck at intervals and can be fixed on the central chuck; the first jacking rods can be fixedly connected to the supporting lug cards through two fixing screw rods and can also be spirally connected to the adjusting sleeve; the second jacking rods correspond to the first jacking rods one by one respectively and can be spirally connected onto the adjusting sleeve; and the top push plates are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the second top support rods, the second top support rods can be abutted and fixed on the top push plates, and the top push plates can be arranged on the bracket beam in a sitting mode. According to the invention, after the supporting device is installed, the truss is hoisted, and then the truss is adjusted by rotating the adjusting screw rod, so that the truss is accurately positioned.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of silo top support construction, in particular to a supporting device for adjusting a truss supporting system and a truss adjusting method.
Background
The silo becomes the main silo type of modern grain storage, and during the construction period of the silo, particularly when a silo top supporting template is carried out after a circular silo wall slip form is finished, a large steel frame beam is often erected on the silo wall to serve as a supporting system for supporting the top. However, the problem that the lapping length of the truss and the cabin wall is not enough often occurs in the construction process, particularly after the truss is hoisted and installed, and great hidden danger is caused for subsequent construction.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the supporting device for adjusting the truss supporting system and the truss adjusting method are provided, and the problem that the later adjustment is difficult due to insufficient lap joint length of a reserved opening of a silo wall in the installation process of the supporting truss after a silo slip form is solved.

in a first aspect the present invention provides a support device for adjustment of a truss support system, characterised in that it comprises:
the center bracket comprises a center upright post, brackets arranged on the center upright post at intervals and bracket beams arranged on the brackets, and adjacent bracket beams are fastened through bolts and form a ring shape in a surrounding manner;
the center chuck can be fastened on the center upright post through a bolt;
the supporting ear clips are arranged on the central chuck at intervals and can be hooked and fixed on the central chuck;
the first jacking rods correspond to the supporting lug cards one by one respectively, can be fixedly connected to the supporting lug cards through two fixing screw rods, and can also be spirally connected to the adjusting sleeve;
the second jacking rods correspond to the first jacking rods one by one respectively and can be spirally connected to the adjusting sleeve; and
the second jacking rod can be abutted and fixed on the jacking plate, and the jacking plate can be arranged on the bracket beam in a sitting mode.
The supporting device for adjusting the truss supporting system also has the characteristic that each second jacking rod in the supporting device is also provided with two opposite supporting plates, and the supporting plates can be clamped into clamping grooves on the jacking plates.
The supporting device for adjusting the truss supporting system is further characterized in that the adjusting sleeve is provided with at least two driving holes, and the driving holes are uniformly arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the adjusting sleeve.
The supporting device for adjusting the truss supporting system is further characterized in that the supporting lug comprises a lug plate, one end of the lug plate is connected to the supporting lug plate, a positioning block is arranged on the lug plate, and the positioning block can be clamped into a positioning groove in the inner wall of the central chuck.

A second aspect of the present invention provides a truss adjustment method using the above truss support system adjustment support device, having the characteristics including the steps of:

3) hoisting the truss, enabling one end of the truss to be arranged on the bracket beam, enabling the other end of the truss to be arranged on the bin wall, rotating the adjusting sleeve to adjust the truss through the jacking plate, and enabling the lap joint length of the truss and the reserved hole of the bin wall to meet the design requirement;
4) and sequentially detaching the components such as the pushing plate, the second jacking rod and the like so as to be convenient for transition use.
The beneficial effect of above-mentioned scheme is:
according to the invention, after the supporting device is installed, the truss is hoisted, and then the truss is adjusted by rotating the adjusting screw rod, so that the truss is accurately positioned, the truss can meet the lap joint length between the truss and the wall of the warehouse while being uniformly stressed, and the construction safety is greatly guaranteed.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the supporting device for adjusting a truss supporting system provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes a central corbel, the central corbel includes a central upright 1, corbels 2 mounted on the central upright 1 at intervals, and corbel beams 3 mounted on the corbels 2, and adjacent corbel beams 3 are fastened together by bolts and form a ring; the center chuck 4 can be fastened on the center upright post 1 through bolts;
a plurality of supporting ear clips 5 which are arranged on the central chuck 4 at intervals, wherein the supporting ear clips 5 can be hooked and fixed on the central chuck 4; the first jacking rods 6 correspond to the supporting ear clips 5 one by one, the first jacking rods 6 can be fixedly connected to the supporting ear clips 5 through two fixing screw rods 7, and the first jacking rods 6 can also be spirally connected to the adjusting sleeve 8; the second jacking rods 9 correspond to the first jacking rods 6 one by one, and the second jacking rods 9 can be spirally connected to the adjusting sleeve 8; and the jacking plates 10 are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the second jacking rods 9, the second jacking rods 9 can be abutted and fixed on the jacking plates 10 through flat-head screws 16, and the bottoms of the jacking plates 10 are arranged on the bracket beams 3.
The cross section of the top push plate 10 is arc-shaped, the top push plates 10 can be fitted to form an annular structure, each truss 17 is pushed out and adjusted successively from the circumferential direction by each top push plate 10, accurate positioning of the trusses 17 is achieved, the trusses 17 can meet the overlapping length with the wall of a bin while the stress of the trusses 17 is uniform, and accordingly follow-up construction safety is guaranteed to a great extent.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to prevent the support ear clip 5 from generating rotational displacement when the truss 17 is adjusted, the support ear clip 5 is provided with an ear plate 14 (one end of the ear plate 14 is connected to the support ear clip 5), and correspondingly, the ear plate 14 is provided with a positioning block 15, so that when a user hooks the support ear clip 5 on the center chuck 4, the support ear clip 5 can be pushed down first, so that the positioning block 15 on the support ear clip 5 can be clamped into a positioning groove (shown in the figure) on the inner wall of the center chuck 4, and thus, the support ear clip 5 can be effectively prevented from generating rotational displacement by using the limiting effect of the positioning groove.
On the basis of the above technical solution, further, in the supporting device provided in this embodiment, two supporting plates 11 are further oppositely disposed on each second supporting rod 9, and the supporting plates 11 can be clamped into the clamping grooves 12 located on the pushing plate 10, so that the supporting plates 11 and the clamping grooves 12 are used to prevent the pushing plate 10 from generating rotational displacement after being installed in place.
On the basis of the above technical solution, further, in the supporting device provided in this embodiment, at least two driving holes 13 are formed in the adjusting sleeve 8, the driving holes 13 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the adjusting sleeve 8 at intervals, in the invention, a user can insert reinforcing steel bars into the driving holes 11 on site by arranging the driving holes 11, so that the reinforcing steel bars drive the adjusting screw 8 to rotate, thereby adjusting the pushing plate 10. According to the invention, the driving hole 11 is arranged to utilize the reinforcing steel bar used by a user on site to operate the adjusting screw 8, so that the carrying capacity of equipment is reduced, and the operability of the device is improved.
The truss adjusting method for adjusting by using the adjustable supporting device of the assembled umbrella stand comprises the following steps:
1) assembling the central upright post 1, the bracket 2 and the bracket beam 3 by using bolts to form a central bracket, hoisting and adjusting the central bracket to an elevation, and then fixing the central bracket on a base (not shown in the figure);
2) the central chuck 4 is arranged on the central upright post 1 by using a bolt, the supporting lug 5 is hooked and fixed on the central chuck 4, and then a first jacking rod 6, an adjusting sleeve 8, a second jacking rod 9 and a jacking plate 10 are sequentially arranged;
3) hoisting a truss 17, enabling one end of the truss 17 to be arranged on the bracket beam 3, enabling the other end of the truss 17 to be arranged on the bin wall, rotating an adjusting sleeve 8, and pushing and adjusting the truss 17 outwards through a pushing plate 10, so that the lap joint length of the truss 17 and the reserved hole of the bin wall meets the design requirement;
4) and sequentially detaching the components such as the top push plate 10, the second top supporting rod 9 and the like so as to be convenient for transition use.

Claims (6)
1. A support device for adjusting a truss support system, comprising:
the center bracket comprises a center upright post (1), brackets (2) arranged on the center upright post (1) at intervals and bracket beams (3) arranged on the brackets (2), and the adjacent bracket beams (3) are fastened through bolts and form a ring shape in an enclosing manner;
the center chuck (4), the said center chuck (4) can be fastened on the said center pillar (1) through the bolt;
a plurality of supporting ear clips (5) which are arranged on the central chuck (4) at intervals, wherein the supporting ear clips (5) can be hooked and fixed on the central chuck (4);
the first jacking rods (6) are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the supporting lug clamps (5), the first jacking rods (6) can be fixedly connected to the supporting lug clamps (5) through two fixing screw rods (7), and the first jacking rods (6) can also be spirally connected to the adjusting sleeve (8);
the second jacking rods (9) correspond to the first jacking rods (6) one by one, and the second jacking rods (9) can be spirally connected onto the adjusting sleeve (8); and

The supporting device for adjusting the truss supporting system according to claim 1, wherein each second jacking rod (9) of the supporting device is further provided with two opposite supporting plates (11), and the supporting plates (11) can be clamped into clamping grooves (12) on the jacking plates (10).
3. The truss support system adjusting support device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the adjusting sleeve (8) is provided with at least two driving holes (13), and the driving holes (13) are uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the adjusting sleeve (8).

The supporting device for adjusting the truss supporting system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the supporting lug (5) comprises a lug plate (14), one end of the lug plate (14) is connected to the supporting lug (5), and a positioning block (15) is arranged on the lug plate (14), and the positioning block (15) can be clamped into a positioning groove on the inner wall of the center chuck (4).

6. A truss adjustment method using the truss support system adjustment support device of any one of claims 1-5, comprising the steps of:
1) assembling a central bracket by using a central upright post (1), a bracket (2) and a bracket beam (3) to obtain the central bracket, hoisting and adjusting the central bracket to an elevation, and fixing the central bracket on a base;
2) the center chuck (4) is installed on the center upright post (1) by using a bolt, the supporting lug (5) is hooked and fixed on the center chuck (4), and then a first top supporting rod (6), an adjusting sleeve (8), a second top supporting rod (9) and a top pushing plate (10) are sequentially installed;
3) hoisting a truss (17), enabling one end of the truss (17) to be arranged on the bracket beam (3) in a sitting mode, enabling the other end of the truss (17) to be arranged on the wall of the bin, rotating the adjusting sleeve (8) to adjust the truss (17) through the top pushing plate (10), and enabling the lap joint length of the truss (17) and the reserved hole of the bin wall to meet the design requirement;
4) and sequentially detaching the components such as the pushing plate (10), the second jacking rod (9) and the like so as to be convenient for transition use.
