When the bottom is dyed in the step 1), acid dye and an anti-migration agent are adopted to prepare dye liquor, the adding amount of the anti-migration agent is 11g/L, padding dye liquor, pre-drying and drying operations are sequentially carried out on the shaped grey cloth, and the liquor carrying rate after padding dye liquor is 68%.
In the step 3), the fixation time is 30 minutes, and the fixation temperature is 70 ℃.
In the step 4), the adopted adhesive is an aqueous polyacrylate adhesive.
In the step 6), the calendaring temperature is 90 ℃, the pressure is 88kg/cm, and the speed is 22m/min.
The silicon dioxide is fumed silica or nano silica prepared by a sol-gel method; the particle size ranges of the silicon dioxide and the calcium sulfate are 5-50 nanometers.

A waterproofing method of grey cloth, the waterproofing method mainly comprises the following steps:
1) Turning over, cold pad-batch, boiling off, shaping, dyeing the bottom and printing the grey cloth;
2) Drying after printing, and steaming at the speed of 15m/min and the temperature of 102 ℃; steaming and then drying;
3) Soaping and then carrying out fixation treatment;
4) Coating an adhesive on one side of the cloth subjected to the color fixation treatment by using a coater, and drying after coating, wherein the coating thickness is 3 microns;
5) Continuously coating waterproof paint on the cloth coated with the adhesive by using a coater, and drying after coating, wherein the coating thickness is 25 micrometers;
6) Calendering the cloth after coating, so as to obtain the cloth with waterproof effect;
the waterproof coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 7 parts of silicon dioxide, 15 parts of calcium sulfate, 2 parts of polybutyl acrylate, 2.5 parts of 3-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane, 3 parts of polyacrylamide, 4 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 7 parts of phthalic anhydride, 8 parts of maleic anhydride, 2 parts of softening oil and 12 parts of deionized water.
And in the step 1), 40g/L caustic soda and 8g/L hydrogen peroxide are adopted for padding the grey cloth during cold rolling and stacking, and rolling and stacking are carried out for more than 12 hours after padding.

In the step 3), the fixation time is 25 minutes, and the fixation temperature is 70 ℃.
In the step 4), the adopted adhesive is polyurethane adhesive.
In the step 6), the calendaring temperature is 85 ℃, the pressure is 95kg/cm, and the speed is 20m/min.
The silicon dioxide is fumed silica or nano silica prepared by a sol-gel method; the particle size ranges of the silicon dioxide and the calcium sulfate are between 10 and 50 nanometers.
Example 3
A waterproofing method of grey cloth, the waterproofing method mainly comprises the following steps:
1) Turning over, cold pad-batch, boiling off, shaping, dyeing the bottom and printing the grey cloth;
2) Drying after printing, and steaming at a speed of 15m/min and a temperature of 105 ℃; steaming and then drying;
3) Soaping and then carrying out fixation treatment;
4) Coating an adhesive on one side of the cloth subjected to the color fixation treatment by using a coater, and drying after coating, wherein the coating thickness is 2 microns;
5) Continuously coating waterproof paint on the cloth coated with the adhesive by using a coater, and drying after coating, wherein the coating thickness is 35 micrometers;
6) Calendering the cloth after coating, so as to obtain the cloth with waterproof effect;
the waterproof coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of silicon dioxide, 12 parts of calcium sulfate, 1.5 parts of polybutyl acrylate, 2.5 parts of 3-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane, 2.5 parts of polyacrylamide, 5 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 7 parts of phthalic anhydride, 6 parts of maleic anhydride, 2 parts of softening oil and 15 parts of deionized water.

When the bottom is dyed in the step 1), acid dye and an anti-migration agent are adopted to prepare dye liquor, the adding amount of the anti-migration agent is 11g/L, padding dye liquor, pre-drying and drying operations are sequentially carried out on the shaped grey cloth, and the liquor carrying rate after padding dye liquor is 65%.
In the step 3), the fixation time is 20 minutes, and the fixation temperature is 78 ℃.
In the step 4), the adopted adhesive is an aqueous polyacrylate adhesive.
In the step 6), the calendaring temperature is 95 ℃, the pressure is 90kg/cm, and the speed is 20m/min.
The silicon dioxide is fumed silica or nano silica prepared by a sol-gel method; the particle size ranges of the silicon dioxide and the calcium sulfate are between 10 and 100 nanometers.
Comparative example 1
The difference between this comparative example and example 1 is that step 2) in this comparative example was not subjected to the steaming treatment.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example differs from example 1 in that the adhesive in step 4) of the comparative example was mixed with the waterproof coating in step 5) and then applied to the pretreated cloth.
Comparative example 3
The comparative example differs from example 1 in that the coating of the waterproof coating in the comparative example was not subjected to the calendaring treatment.
The respective finished products obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were examined, and the examination results are shown in Table 1 below.

The waterproof coating and grey cloth have high binding fastness, the waterproof layer is not easy to fall off, and the waterproof effect is durable.

4) Coating an adhesive on one side of the cloth subjected to the color fixation treatment by using a coater, and drying after coating, wherein the coating thickness is 1-3 microns; the adopted adhesive is an aqueous polyacrylate adhesive;
5) Continuously coating waterproof paint on the cloth coated with the adhesive by using a coater, and drying after coating, wherein the coating thickness is 10-50 microns;
6) Calendering the cloth after coating, so as to obtain the cloth with waterproof effect; the calendaring temperature is 80-100 ℃, the pressure is 80-100kg/cm, and the speed is 15-25m/min;
the waterproof coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6-10 parts of silicon dioxide, 10-15 parts of calcium sulfate, 1-2 parts of polybutyl acrylate, 2-3 parts of 3-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane, 2-3 parts of polyacrylamide, 3-5 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 6-10 parts of phthalic anhydride, 5-10 parts of maleic anhydride, 2-3 parts of softening oil and 5-20 parts of deionized water; the silicon dioxide is fumed silica or nano silica prepared by a sol-gel method; the particle size ranges of the silicon dioxide and the calcium sulfate are respectively between 0.5 and 200 nanometers.

A method of waterproofing a grey fabric according to claim 1, characterized by: and in the step 1), 40g/L caustic soda and 8g/L hydrogen peroxide are adopted for padding the grey cloth during cold rolling and stacking, and rolling and stacking are carried out for more than 12 hours after padding.
