Referring to fig. 5, the sprayer 1 provided in this embodiment is provided with the first spraying port 111 and the second spraying port 112 at the same time, which is beneficial to simultaneously cleaning the relative positions of the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and the bottom wall of the outer tub 3, so as to avoid the occurrence of cleaning omission; on the other hand, the first spraying port 111 and the second spraying port 112 may be respectively disposed at corresponding positions of the main body of the sprayer 1 facing the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and the bottom wall of the outer tub 3, so that the cleaning regions of the first spraying port 111 and the second spraying port 112 are also corresponding, and the cleaning effect on the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and the bottom wall of the outer tub 3 is further ensured.
Referring to fig. 4, when the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and the bottom wall of the outer tub 3 are cleaned by the sprayer 1 provided in this embodiment, the water inlet portion on the body of the sprayer 1 is connected to the water pumping device 5, so that the water flow sprayed from the first spraying port 111 and the second spraying port 112 can be ensured to have a certain pressure, and the requirements of the spraying height and the impact force of the water flow for cleaning the dirt or the foam on the bottom walls of the inner tub 2 and the outer tub 3 can be met. Wherein, the water inlet part on the body of the sprayer 1 can be one or more openings. The water inlet part can be simultaneously communicated with the first spraying port 111 and the second spraying port 112 through a water passing channel 121 arranged in the body, so that the water flow can be divided and guided in the sprayer 1. The first spray ports 111 or the second spray ports 112 may share the same water passing channel 121, or all the first spray ports 111 and the second spray ports 112 share the same water passing channel 121.
The embodiment is provided with the sprayer 1 between the bottom wall of the inner barrel 2 and the bottom wall of the outer barrel 3 of the clothes treatment equipment, the first spraying port 111 of the sprayer 1 facing the bottom wall of the inner barrel 2 cleans the bottom wall of the inner barrel 2, and the second spraying port 112 of the sprayer 1 facing the bottom wall of the outer barrel 3 cleans the bottom wall of the outer barrel 3, so that the clothes are prevented from being polluted by stains on the relative bottom walls of the inner barrel 2 and the outer barrel 3, and meanwhile, the performance and the service life of the washing machine are prevented from being influenced by the adhesion force generated by the foams on the relative bottom walls of the inner barrel 2 and the outer barrel 3.
As shown in fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment of the sprayer 1 of the present embodiment, a third spraying port 113 is further provided on an outer wall of the body of the sprayer 1, and the third spraying port 113 is provided corresponding to a gap between a side wall of the inner tub 2 and a side wall of the outer tub 3.
For example, the sprayer 1 of the present embodiment may further include a third spraying port 113 corresponding to a gap between the side wall of the inner tub 2 and the side wall of the outer tub 3, in addition to the first spraying port 111 and the second spraying port 112, wherein the third spraying port 113 may be disposed toward a direction away from the bottom wall of the outer tub 3, the third spraying port 113 is inclined toward a direction along the side wall of the inner tub 2 or the side wall of the outer tub 3, and the side wall of the inner tub 2 and the side wall of the outer tub 3 may be cleaned by water ejected from the third spraying port 113. Thus, the sprayer 1 provided by the embodiment can completely clean the outer wall of the inner barrel 2 and the inner wall of the outer barrel 3.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, in a preferred embodiment of the sprayer 1 of the present embodiment, the body of the sprayer 1 includes a main shaft 101 and a spray bar 102, and the spray bar 102 is connected to the main shaft 101; the main shaft 101 is coaxially connected between the bottom wall of the inner barrel 2 and the bottom wall of the outer barrel 3, and the water inlet part is arranged on the outer wall of the main shaft 101; the first spray port 111, the second spray port 112, and the third spray port 113 are provided on the spray bar 102.
For example, in the structure of the sprayer 1 provided by the present embodiment, the plurality of spray bars 102 may be radially disposed on the main shaft 101 centering on the main shaft 101, and the plurality of spray bars 102 are further disposed between the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and the bottom wall of the outer tub 3 through the main shaft 101. Further, the main shaft 101 may be provided with a water inlet portion for communicating with a water outlet of the water pumping device 5; the first spraying port 111, the second spraying port 112 and the third spraying port 113 may be disposed on the spraying rod 102, and a plurality of first spraying ports 111, second spraying ports 112 and third spraying ports 113 may be disposed along the axial direction of the spraying rod 102, so that a plurality of water streams with higher density may be sprayed from the sprayer, so as to improve the cleaning efficiency of the inner wall of the outer tub 3 and the outer wall of the inner tub 2.
In a preferred embodiment of the sprayer 1 of the present embodiment, the main shaft 101 is freely rotatably disposed between the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and the bottom wall of the outer tub 3, and the axes of the first spraying port 111, the second spraying port 112 and/or the third spraying port 113 form an included angle with the main shaft 101, so that the sprayer 1 rotates when spraying.
For example, the number of the first spraying ports 111, the second spraying ports 112 and the third spraying ports 113 arranged on the main body of the sprayer 1 provided in the present embodiment may be relatively smaller, or the distance between the adjacent spraying rods 102 may be larger, and the main shaft 101 is freely rotatably arranged between the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and the bottom wall of the outer tub 3, so that the sprayer 1 may rotate around the main shaft 101, and the axes of the first spraying ports 111, the second spraying ports 112 and/or the third spraying ports 113 may be arranged at an angle with the main shaft 101, for example, the openings of the first spraying ports 111, the second spraying ports 112 and the third spraying ports 113 may face the same circumferential direction with the main shaft 101 as a center, and may face the counterclockwise direction or the clockwise direction.
When the sprayer 1 sprays water and washes the outer wall of the inner barrel 2 and the inner wall of the outer barrel 3, because the axes of the first spraying port 111, the second spraying port 112 and/or the third spraying port 113 and the main shaft 101 form an included angle, when spraying, under the reaction force of the water jet flow to the sprayer 1, the sprayer 1 rotates around the main shaft 101, thereby realizing the comprehensive cleaning of the bottom wall of the inner barrel 2 and the bottom wall of the outer barrel 3. On the other hand, the direction of the water jet is at an angle with the main shaft 101, which can make the water flow in the direction parallel to the bottom wall of the inner barrel 2 or the outer barrel 3 more favorable to wash away the dirt or foam on the bottom wall of the inner barrel 2 or the outer barrel 3.
As shown in fig. 3, taking the first spraying port 111 as an example, the water flow sprayed from the first spraying port 111 can be decomposed into a component along the X axis and a component along the Y axis, wherein the component along the X axis is a component parallel to the bottom wall of the inner tub 2, and the component of the water flow in this direction is parallel to the bottom wall of the inner tub 2, so as to clean the dirt on the bottom wall of the inner tub 2; the component along the Y axis is the component along the axis of the inner barrel 2, and the water flow component in the direction can make the water flow reach the height of the bottom wall of the inner barrel 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in a preferred embodiment of the shower 1 of the present embodiment, the shower rods 102 on one shower 1 include a plurality of shower rods 102, and the plurality of shower rods 102 are arranged at intervals around the circumference of the main shaft 101.
For example, a plurality of spray bars 102 may be disposed on the main shaft 101 of the present embodiment, and included angles between the plurality of spray bars 102 may be spaced at the same angle, so that the first spray port 111, the second spray port 112, and the third spray port 113 disposed on the sprayer 1 are more uniform and have higher density, thereby providing a better cleaning effect on the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 or the bottom wall of the outer tub 3.
In a preferred embodiment of the sprayer 1 of the present embodiment, the water inlet portion includes a first water inlet and a second water inlet (not shown in the figure), and the first water inlet and the second water inlet are arranged at an interval along the axial direction of the main shaft 101; the water passage 121 includes a first branch water passage and a second branch water passage; the first branch water channel communicates the first water inlet with the first spraying port 111 and the second spraying port 112; the second branch water channel communicates the second water inlet with the third spraying port 113.
For example, in the present embodiment, the first water inlet is communicated with the first spraying port 111 and the second spraying port 112 by providing the first branch water passing channel, and the second water inlet is communicated with the third spraying port 113 by providing the second branch water passing channel, so that water can be supplied to the first water inlet and the second water inlet respectively, and different pressures required for water flow injection of the first spraying port 111, the second spraying port 112 and the third spraying port 113 can be ensured.
The first water inlet and the second water inlet are arranged at a certain distance along the axial direction of the main shaft 101, so that the first water inlet and the second water inlet can be conveniently connected with the water outlets of different water pumping devices 5.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that although the above-mentioned embodiment of the sprayer 1 is described in the form that the spray rod 102 is disposed on the main shaft 101, this is not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and those skilled in the art can adjust the sprayer based on practical application scenarios as long as the adjustment satisfies that the sprayer 1 is disposed between the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and the bottom wall of the outer tub 3, and the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and the bottom wall of the outer tub 3 are cleaned by using the first spray port 111 and the second spray port 112 disposed on the body of the sprayer 1.
For example, the sprayer 1 may also be in the form of a disk, the disk is coaxially connected with the inner barrel 2 and the outer barrel 3, one side of the disk facing the bottom wall of the inner barrel 2 and the bottom wall of the outer barrel 3 is respectively provided with a plurality of circles of first spraying ports 111 and second spraying ports 112 concentric with the disk, each circle of the first spraying ports 111 includes a plurality of first spraying ports 111, and/or each circle of the second spraying ports 112 includes a plurality of second spraying ports 112.
Or, in another alternative embodiment of the sprayer 1, the sprayer 1 may include a plurality of coaxially arranged circular rings, adjacent circular rings are connected together through a water pipe, then a plurality of first spraying ports 111 and second spraying ports 112 are arranged on the outer wall of the circular rings, and a water passing channel 121 communicated with the water pipe and the first spraying ports 111 and the second spraying ports 112 is arranged in the circular rings.
For example, in the arrangement manner of the first spraying port 111 and the second spraying port 112, a plurality of spraying covers may be further included, each spraying cover is provided with a plurality of first spraying ports 111 or a plurality of second spraying ports 112, a plurality of openings may be provided on the body of the sprayer 1, the plurality of spraying covers are respectively screwed on different openings, and the number and the pore size of the first spraying ports 111 or the second spraying ports 112 on the spraying covers may be adjusted according to actual conditions to form the first spraying ports 111 and/or the second spraying ports 112 used for cleaning the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and the bottom wall of the outer tub 3 in the present embodiment.
For example, each spray bar 102 can rotate on the main shaft 101 about the axis of the spray bar 102 itself to wash different positions of the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and/or the bottom wall of the outer tub 3. The spray rod 102 may be connected to the main shaft 101 in a rotating and sealing manner, and the spray rod 102 may be driven to rotate by another motor through a speed reducer.
For example, the sprayer 1 of the present embodiment may be coaxially and fixedly connected to a motor, and the sprayer 1 may be driven to rotate by the motor driving the pulsator and/or the inner tub 2 in the pulsator washing machine, so as to achieve complete cleaning of the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and the bottom wall of the outer tub 3 in the case that the range of the water current simultaneously sprayed from the first and second spray ports 111 and 112 cannot completely cover the bottom wall of the inner tub 2 and the bottom wall of the outer tub 3.
For example, the water inlet portion may be communicated with the first spraying port 111, the second spraying port 112 and the third spraying port 113 through only one water passage 121.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the present embodiment also provides a sprinkler system including a connection disc 4, a water pumping device 5, and any one of the above sprinklers 1; the connecting disc 4 is coaxially connected to the bottom wall of the outer barrel 3, a through hole (not shown in the figure) is coaxially arranged in the connecting disc 4, and the main shaft 101 extends into the through hole and is rotatably connected with the connecting disc 4; the connecting disc 4 is internally provided with a water supply channel 401, and the water inlet part is communicated with a water outlet of the water pumping device 5 through the water supply channel 401.
