The neutral blocking remover composition for the oil extraction stratum of the oil field is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-35 parts of acrylic acid-methyl acrylate copolymer, 44-50 parts of diethyltriaminepentaacetic acid, 30-35 parts of polyepoxysuccinic acid, 10-14 parts of sodium allylsulfonate, 10-14 parts of hydrolyzed polyacrylamide, 12-17 parts of adsorption clay, 7-10 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 5-8 parts of diploic acid, 5-8 parts of di-sec-octyl maleate sodium sulfonate, 9-12 parts of 2-methyl hydroxypropionate, 0.2-0.3 part of alum anhydride, 0.1-0.3 part of 2, 6-methyl-4-heptanol, 18-25 parts of D-sodium gluconate, 2-4 parts of trihydroxy triethylamine, 7-10 parts of ethoxylated sodium alkyl sulfate and 0.1-0.3 part of polyethylene glycol laurate.

s1, preparation of a first raw material: weighing acrylic acid-methyl acrylate copolymer, diethyltriamine pentaacetic acid, polyepoxysuccinic acid and sodium allylsulfonate in sequence according to the weight parts, putting the mixture into a first grinding machine, grinding, and screening to obtain a first raw material for later use;
s2, preparation of a raw material II: sequentially weighing hydrolyzed polyacrylamide, adsorption clay, sodium lignosulfonate, diploic acid and di-sec-octyl maleate sodium sulfonate according to the weight parts, putting the mixture into a second grinding machine, grinding, and screening to obtain a second raw material for later use;

6. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotation speed of the stirrer in step S4 is 3000-4000rpm for 5-8 min.
