Cross member 522 includes: the shaft body 5221 and the retaining piece 5222, preferably the retaining piece 5222 and the shaft body 5221 are integral.
The shaft body 5221 is horizontally arranged, and the two ends of the shaft body 5221 are connected to the frame pieces 521 at the two sides. Preferably, the shaft body 5221 is provided with a shaft hole 52211, and the shaft hole 52211 faces the frame piece 521 at two sides of the accommodating space, and the transverse member 522 and the frame piece 521 are fixed by a pin shaft passing through the shaft hole 52211.
The limiting pieces 5222 are divided into two groups, which are respectively arranged on two sides of the shaft body 5221, so that a limiting groove 52221 is formed between the two groups of limiting pieces 5222; the retaining groove 52221 is recessed to receive and retain a reel 10. It should be noted that there is a gap between the inner side surfaces of the limiting piece 5222 and the frame piece 521.
Tape reel 10, see description fig. 6; the tape reel 10 includes two side reel side plates 102 and a reel shaft 101 connecting the two side reel side plates 102, and the tape 20 can be wound around the reel shaft 101. The disc shaft 101 is connected to the center of the disc side plate 102, and at least one through groove 1021 is arranged on the disc side plate 102, the through groove 1021 faces inwards from the edge of the disc side plate 102 to the disc shaft 101, so that the winding amount of the strip 20 on the disc shaft 101 can be observed through the through groove 1021.
Tension mechanism, the tension mechanism who scalds mascerating machine includes: a tension base 41, a guide rod 44, a tension base shaft 42, and a tension assembly 43; wherein, the tension base shaft 42 is transversely connected on the tension base shaft 42, the guide rod 44 is correspondingly parallel to the tension base shaft 42, and the guide rod 44 is connected on the tension base 41; the tension assembly 43 is provided on the tension base shaft 42, and the tension assembly 43 has an elastic restoring capability so that the conveying path of the web 20 can be shortened or lengthened so that the tension degree of the web 20 can be automatically adjusted.
A tension assembly 43, the tension assembly 43 comprising: a cantilever base 431, a cantilever 432, a torsion 434 and a limit base 433. The torque member 434 acts on the lifter base 431 so that the lifter base 431 can be automatically rotated and acts on the tape 20 through the lifter 432 on the lifter base 431. It should be noted that there may be more than one tension assembly 43 to facilitate the simultaneous application of one tension mechanism to multiple sets of web 20. And a plurality of tension assemblies 43 are disposed on one or more tension base shafts 42
The lifter base 431 is movably connected to the tension base shaft 42, such that the lifter base 431 is rotatable relative to the tension base shaft 42, for example, the lifter base 431 is sleeved, clamped or embedded on the tension base shaft 42. It should be noted that the pick bar seat 431 is provided with a first torsion hole 4311, and the second end of the torsion member 434 is connected to the first torsion hole 4311, so that the pick bar seat 431 and the torsion member 434 can be conveniently connected and fixed.
A pick 432, the pick 432 is connected to the pick holder 431, and the pick 432 can act on a tape 20. It should be noted that the ram 432 is specifically a long rod, and the ram 432 extends to the outside of the tension base shaft 42; the ram 432 has a receiving cavity 4321, the receiving cavity 4321 is circular, and the receiving cavity 4321 can receive a belt material 20 therein.
A torsion member 434, a first end of the torsion member 434 is in a fixed state, and a second end is connected to the lifter base 431; the lifter base 431 has the capability of driving the lifter 432 to reset through the torsion member 434. Specifically, the torsion member 434 may be a torsion spring, and the torsion member 434 is sleeved on the tension base shaft 42.
And the limiting seat 433 is positioned on the side surface of the picking rod seat 431 and is used for limiting the axial movement of the picking rod seat 431 on the tension base shaft 42. It should be noted that the limiting base 433 is fixedly connected to the tension base shaft 42 or the tension base 41; and the first end of the torsion element 434 is fixedly connected to the tension base 41, the tension base shaft 42 or the limit seat 433.
Feeding mechanism 7, the head is fixed on fixed beam 1, and the front side swing joint of aircraft nose 2 has punching press mechanism 6, and the upper end of punching press mechanism 6 is provided with drop feed mechanism 5 and tension mechanism, and the lower extreme connection of punching press mechanism 6 is provided with feeding mechanism 7, and feeding mechanism 7 includes: a frame 71 and a roller body 72. Wherein, the frame 71 is divided into two parts, and the two parts of the frame 71 are respectively fixedly connected with the left side and the right side of the punching mechanism 6; the plurality of roller bodies 72 are provided, and the plurality of roller bodies 72 are respectively connected to the frame 71, and the roller bodies 72 can accommodate the belt 20, so that the moving capability of the belt 20 is limited by winding the belt 20 around each roller body 72.
It should be noted that the transition wheel 722 is sleeved on the roller body 72, and the transition wheel 722 is provided with an inward concave containing groove 723, and the strip 20 is contained by the containing groove 723. It will be appreciated that it is preferred that there is a flexible connection, as defined by the snap fit, between the roller body 72 and the frame 71; and a stable structure is formed between the frame 71 and the roller body 72 in a combined manner so as to accommodate the belt material 20 for conveying,
Specifically, the roller body 72 includes: a first roller body 72a, a second roller body 72b, a third roller body 72c, a fourth roller body 72d, and a fifth roller body 72 e; wherein, the second roller body 72b is arranged in front of the punching mechanism 6; the first roller body 72a and the second roller body 72b are vertically flush, or the first roller body 72a is located behind the second roller body 72b, so that when the strip 20 winds around the second roller body 72b, the strip 20 is attached to and contacts at least one quarter of the circumference of the second roller body 72 b; the third roller body 72c is arranged behind the punching mechanism 6, and the lower end face of the third roller body 72c is parallel to the lower end face of the second roller body 72 b; the fourth roller 72d is disposed behind the third roller 72c, and the fourth roller 72d is located above the third roller 72 c; the fifth roller body 72e is located between the third roller body 72c and the fourth roller body 72 d; the belt material 20 sequentially bypasses the second roller body 72b, the third roller body 72c, the fourth roller body 72d and the fifth roller body 72 e; and the conveyance of the tape 20 is stabilized by the fourth roller body 72d and the fifth roller body 72 e.
It should be noted that one end of the fourth roller 72d is connected to a roller motor 73, and the roller motor 73 acts on the fourth roller 72d so that the fourth roller 72d can drive to roll. In one embodiment, the fifth roller body 72e is positioned below the fourth roller body 72d, the fifth roller body 72e is positioned in front of the fourth roller body 72d, and the fifth roller body 72e is positioned behind the third roller body 72c, such that the tape 20 is in snug contact with the fourth roller body 72d for at least one-half of the circumference when the tape 20 is wound around the fourth roller body 72 d.
A refueling mechanism 8, refer to fig. 14-18 of the specification; the sheet ironing machine comprises a machine head 2, a stamping mechanism 6 and a feeding mechanism 7, wherein the stamping mechanism 6 is movably connected with the machine head 2, the feeding mechanism 7 is fixedly connected with the stamping mechanism 6, and the feeding mechanism 7 can transversely move left and right relative to the machine head 2; the feeding mechanism 7 comprises a fourth roller body 72d which can roll, and a plurality of strips of the belt materials 20 can be arranged on the fourth roller body 72 d; the mechanism 8 that reloads includes: a housing seat 82, a fixed base 81, a movable base 85, and a lifting plate 87; wherein, the containing seat 82 is provided with a pressing wheel 83, the pressing wheel 83 has a first state and a second state relative to the fourth roller 72d, in the first state, the containing seat 82 is located in the downward moving groove 872, and the pressing wheel 83 abuts against the belt material 20 acting on the fourth roller 72d, so that the belt material 20 is dragged and conveyed by the fourth roller 72 d; in the second state, the receptacle 82 is positioned in the traverse groove 871, and the pinch rollers 83 are spaced from the tape 20 on the fourth roller 72d so that the tape 20 slips on the fourth roller 72 d.
A housing seat 82, see fig. 14-16 of the drawings; the accommodating seat 82 is positioned below the machine head 2, and the accommodating seat 82 is positioned above the fourth roller body 72 d; the pinch roller 83 corresponds to the fourth roller body 72 d. It will be appreciated that the receptacle 82 has opposite first and second ends, with the first end being an upper end of the receptacle 82 and the second end being a lower end of the receptacle 82 in one embodiment. The containing seat 82 is provided with a pressing wheel 83, an elastic member 86 and a linkage rod 84.
The pressing wheel 83, the lower part of the pressing wheel 83 is exposed relative to the containing seat 82, and preferably, the lower part of the pressing wheel 83 is located above or obliquely above the fourth roller body 72d, so that the pressing wheel 83 can abut against the belt material 20 acting on the fourth roller body 72 d. The pressing wheel 83 is movably connected to the containing seat 82, and the pressing wheel 83 can roll relative to the containing seat 82, for example, by using a pin hinge. In one embodiment, pressure wheel 83 can be a roller bearing. In another embodiment, pinch rollers 83 may be provided in plurality to further abut ribbon 20 to ensure that ribbon 20 is dragged along with fourth roller 72 d.
The resilient member 86, see fig. 16 for description; the elastic member 86 acts between the head 2 and the housing seat 82, and preferably the elastic member 86 acts on the second section of the housing seat 82, so that the second end of the housing seat 82 has a tendency to move from the traverse groove 871 to the downward movement groove 872. It will be appreciated that the resilient member 86 is embodied as a spring. It should be noted that when the second end of the receptacle 82 is located in the traverse groove 871, the elastic member 86 is in a compressed state so that the second end of the receptacle 82 moves downward from the traverse groove 871 into the downward movement groove 872.
The linkage 84 is provided at the second end of the housing seat 82, and the lifting plate 87 acts on the linkage 84. The smooth rod body is used to further facilitate the lifting plate 87 to smoothly drive the linkage rod 84 to move. It should be noted that the linkage rod 84 is L-shaped, so that the linkage rod 84 is sleeved on the elastic member 86, and the linkage rod 84 is utilized to press the elastic member 86 to contact the handpiece 2.
A fixed base 81 for allowing the accommodation seat 82 to rotate around the fixed base 81. The fixed base 81 is fixedly connected to the handpiece 2, and the fixed base 81 is hinged to a first end of the housing seat 82.
A movable base 85, to which reference is made in the accompanying drawings; for limiting the rotation range of the housing seat 82. The movable base 85 is located between the fixed base 81 and the lifting plate 87, the movable base 85 is fixedly connected to the machine head 2, and a lifting groove 851 is formed in the movable base 85, and the lifting groove 851 accommodates the accommodating seat 82; and the lifting groove 851 has a certain length, so that the containing base 82 can move in the lifting groove 851 through the lifting groove 851.
A lift plate 87, see figures 17-18 of the specification; is a plate for lifting the receptacle 82 to space the pinch roller 83 from the strip 20 on the fourth roller 72 d. The lifting plate 87 is arranged in parallel relative to the fourth roller body 72d, the lifting plate 87 is fixedly connected to the feeding mechanism 7, the lifting plate 87 moves transversely along with the fourth roller body 72d, and the lifting plate 87 is provided with a transverse moving groove 871 and a downward moving groove 872. The lateral moving groove 871 is a long groove, and the lateral moving groove 871 accommodates the second end of the accommodating seat 82, so that the lifting plate 87 can move laterally relative to the accommodating seat 82; the lower moving groove 872 is located below the traverse groove 871, and the lower moving groove 872 and the traverse groove 871 communicate so that the second end of the accommodation seat 82 can move downward. It can be understood that the plurality of the downward moving grooves 872 are provided, and the plurality of the downward moving grooves 872 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the traverse groove 871. It should be noted that the communication between the downward moving groove 872 and the traverse groove 871 is flared and inclined, so that the traverse of the raising plate 87 can drive the accommodating seat 82 to move up and down, for example, the communication is a transition surface expanding from bottom to top to two sides.
Receiving agencies 9, receiving agencies 9 include: a connecting seat 91, a material receiving component and a guiding component 95; wherein, a fixed beam 1 is arranged on the sheet ironing machine; the connecting seat 91 is fixed on the fixed beam 1; the receiving assembly is connected and arranged behind the connecting seat 91 and can collect a belt material 20; the guiding assembly 95 guides the belt material 20, so that the belt material 20 is turned to a vertical state from a horizontal state, and the phenomenon that the belt material 20 is folded or stretched and deformed during transmission in the horizontal state is avoided.
A guide assembly 95 for changing the configuration of the strip 20; the guide assembly 95 includes: a guide 951 and a stop pin 952. Wherein, the guiding seat 951 is fixedly connected to the connecting seat 91 and/or the material receiving component; the limit nails 952 are detachably connected to the guide seat 951, at least two limit nails 952 are arranged, the limit nails 952 are staggered front and back, and a guide gap 9521 is formed by a gap between the two limit nails 952; the guide gap 9521 is located forward of the take-up assembly and through the guide gap 9521 allows the strip 20 to be turned from a horizontal position to a vertical position. It should be noted that stop pin 952 includes a shank and a tip, the tip is located at the upper end of the shank, and the cross-sectional area of the tip is larger than the cross-sectional area of the shank to limit strip 20 from sliding out of guide gap 9521. The length of the nail body is more than or equal to the width of the belt material 20.
The material receiving assembly is used for collecting the waste belt material 20 and comprises a partition plate 92, a driving roller 93 and a driven roller 94; the material receiving assembly winds the belt material 20 in a vertical state so as to facilitate subsequent treatment of the waste belt material 20.
The partition plate 92 is arranged on the connecting seat 91, the partition plate 92 is provided with a plurality of plates, and the plurality of plate partition plates 92 are arranged at intervals along a straight line of the connecting seat 91 to form a plurality of accommodating cavities 4321; and the receiving chamber 4321 can receive a reel 10 therein.
A driving roller 93, the driving roller 93 transversely penetrates through the plurality of partition plates 92 to act on the tape reels 10 in each accommodating chamber 4321. The drive roller 93 is composed of a drive roller 93 body 72 and a motor, and the motor drives the drive roller 93 body 72 to roll. Contact between the drive roller 93 and the reel 10 causes the drive roller 93 to rotate the reel 10.
The driven roller 94, the driven roller 94 and the driving roller 93 are disposed in front and rear with respect to the reel 10 to constitute a support for the reel 10. It should be noted that when the driven roller 94 and the driving roller 93 do not restrain the tape reel 10 well, a restraining shaft may be additionally provided, and the restraining shaft is fixed to the partition plate 92.
The working principle is as follows:
the discharging mechanism is provided with at least three transverse pieces to construct a coating range, so that the position of the tape reel in the accommodating space is limited, the tape reel is stably placed in the accommodating space, and the tape material in the tape reel is transferred to the tension mechanism.
The tension mechanism is positioned between the stamping mechanism and the discharging mechanism and used for providing tension for the strip so as to control the tension degree of the strip.
The color changing motor of the color changing mechanism rotates, the transmission piece drives the worm wheel to rotate, and the worm wheel drives the stressed piece to transversely move through the guide groove, so that the needle frame transversely moves relative to the machine head, and the positions of the punching mechanism and the belt material on the needle frame relative to the machine head are adjusted.
Before and after color changing, the material changing mechanism can correspondingly act. When the belt conveyor works normally, the containing seat is located in the downward moving groove, and the pressing wheel abuts against a belt material acting on the fourth roller body, so that the belt material is dragged and conveyed by the fourth roller body. And other belts which are not butted by the pinch roller skid relative to the fourth roller body and cannot be dragged.
When the color needs to be changed, the machine head performs a transverse moving effect on the punching mechanism, so that the feeding mechanism is transversely moved, the lifting plate is transversely moved relative to the accommodating seat, the accommodating seat is lifted into the transverse moving groove from the downward moving groove, the pressing wheel is lifted, the pressing wheel and the belt material on the fourth roller body are spaced, and the feeding mechanism is convenient to carry the belt material to transversely move.
When the color changing is finished, the second end of the containing seat is positioned in the downward moving groove by utilizing the elastic piece, so that the pressing wheel is pressed on a new strip again.
In the process that the feeding mechanism continuously operates for feeding, the receiving mechanism also operates, specifically: the strip material passes through a guide gap formed by a limit pin before being wound into the strip disc, and the strip material is turned to a vertical state from a horizontal state through the guide gap; thus, the problem that the horizontal strip is collided and deformed or folded due to the movement of the needle frame is perfectly solved.
After the web is changed to a state by the guide gap, it is wound sideways into a reel. Driving the reel with a drive roller, the reel being drivable in motion by the drive roller if there is slack in the tape in front of the reel; if the tape in front of the reel is under tension, the tape pulls on the reel, which slips against the drive roller under the action of the tape.
The technical effects are as follows:
1. in the embodiment of the application, the needle frame is guided to transversely move in a mode that the guide groove on the worm wheel is matched with the stress piece which is arranged on the needle frame at intervals and is in a straight line, and the transverse moving of the needle frame is guided by the guide groove, so that the technical problem that the transverse moving of the needle frame is not accurate enough by the color changing mechanism in the prior art is solved; the technical effect that the color changing mechanism accurately transversely moves the needle frame is achieved.
2. In the embodiment of the application, the guide groove is set to be spiral by optimizing the structure of the guide groove; one end of the stress piece opposite to the guide groove is cylindrical; so that the force-bearing piece can be smoothly guided to transversely move when the guide groove rotates.
3. In this application embodiment, through setting up the potentiometre for the turned angle of transmission shaft can be by accurate knowing, so that the main control board is fed back to the sideslip distance of needle frame indirectly, so that the main control board carries out accurate correction, guarantees to trade the look at every turn and all can accomplish the position accurate.

the color changing mechanism is arranged on the machine head and acts on the needle frame to enable the needle frame to transversely move left and right relative to the machine head;

An ironing machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the containing base is located below the machine head, and a second end of the containing base is provided with a spring member in connection therewith, and the spring member acts on the machine head so that the second end of the containing base has a tendency to move from the traverse slot to the downward slot.
4. An ironing machine as recited in claim 1, further comprising: the tension mechanism is positioned between the discharging mechanism and the feeding mechanism and is connected and arranged on the needle frame; the tension mechanism includes:
a tension base shaft;
a tension assembly, the tension assembly comprising:
the ram seat is movably connected to the tension base shaft so as to enable the ram seat to rotate relative to the tension base shaft;
the ram is connected to the ram seat and can act on a belt material; and
the first end of the torsion piece is in a fixed state, and the second end of the torsion piece is connected to the cantilever rod seat; the cantilever rod seat has the capability of driving the cantilever rod to reset through the torsion piece.
5. An ironing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the needle frame is provided with a plurality of stressed members arranged in a line at equal intervals, and the color changing mechanism comprises:
the base is connected and arranged on the machine head;
the transmission part is arranged on the base and comprises a transmission shaft;
the motor is arranged on the base and is connected with the transmission part; and
the worm wheel is arranged on the transmission shaft, and a guide groove is formed in the surface of the worm wheel in a surrounding mode; the guide groove can accommodate and guide a stressed piece;
the needle rack is characterized in that at least two guide grooves are arranged, the distance between every two adjacent guide grooves is equal to the distance between every two adjacent stress pieces, and the worm wheel rotates to drive the needle rack to move transversely through the stress pieces.
