Abstract
The invention discloses a movable chute based on a trestle, which comprises a base capable of moving along the length direction of the trestle and a main chute hinged on the base, wherein the base is arranged on the side edge of the trestle, the lower end of the main chute is butted with at least one sliding chute, and the upper end of the main chute is butted with a rotating chute. The invention further provides a trestle comprising the movable chute. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, good universality, flexible use and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to equipment for tunnel concrete pouring, in particular to a movable chute based on a trestle and the trestle.
Background
When concrete construction is carried out in the tunnel, firstly, concrete of the arc-shaped inverted arch layer is poured, and then concrete of the filling layer at the upper part is poured. When the inverted arch formwork is used for pouring the arc inverted arch layer concrete, the concrete needs to be poured from two sides of the tunnel. The chute for pouring concrete is different due to the limitations of construction requirements, manufacturing cost, manufacturing process and the like. Two main types are more common: 1. only one long chute which is simple to manufacture is used for pouring from two sides of the tunnel. When the position needs to be changed along the tunneling direction for pouring, the position needs to be manually lifted up to be transferred; 2. a long chute is adopted and fixed on a trestle trolley, and when the position is required to be changed for pouring, the trestle trolley is started to drive the long chute to move.
The two chutes have the following disadvantages: firstly, the size of the long chute needs to be measured accurately, and the requirement of inverted arch concrete pouring of a certain section is met. However, when other inverted arch concretes with different width tunnel sections are poured, the chute has the problem of short length or long length, and the universality of the chute cannot be realized; when the position needs to be changed for pouring, the simple chute needs to be lifted manually, so that time and labor are wasted, and the construction efficiency is influenced; the long chute on the trestle trolley is used for construction, the manufacturing cost of the device is high, and when the position is required to be changed for pouring, the trestle trolley needs to be started, so that the moving cost of the device is high; the four-chute lifting mostly adopts a hydraulic device, the structure is complex, and the cost is higher.
