Abstract

The bottom end of the layer of fiber cloth is provided with a drawstring; the other layer of fiber cloth is covered with paint, two sides and the bottom are provided with zippers, the upper end is sewed after use, and asphalt is packaged. Compared with the traditional asphalt packaging bag, the asphalt packaging bag has the advantages that due to the existence of the zipper, the asphalt can be easily separated from the package, and the unloading is convenient; the invention is not easy to damage after being used, can be repeatedly utilized and effectively reduces the resource waste.

Background
The asphalt mainly comprises coal tar asphalt, petroleum asphalt and natural asphalt, most of the asphalt adopted in engineering is petroleum asphalt, and the petroleum asphalt is residue after crude oil distillation and is liquid, semisolid or solid at normal temperature according to different extraction degrees. The asphalt needs to be stored and transported in the production and use processes, but the high-temperature liquid needs special requirements for packaging, and the shapes of the solids are inconsistent, so that the transportation is inconvenient; the common iron drum needs higher cost, needs larger field during storage, needs repeated heating during use, and can cause asphalt waste because asphalt remains on the asphalt iron drum; the wrapping bag among the prior art is generally unloaded at bag body upper end mouth, and pitch and wrapping bag are easy adhesion, and it is very inconvenient to unload. Or the bottom of the bag is provided with a buckle cover plate, so that the weight of the package is increased, and the labor capacity of workers is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the existing asphalt packaging technology, and provides a novel asphalt packaging bag and a preparation method thereof, which can ensure that asphalt is easy to separate from the package, the unloading is convenient, the asphalt can be repeatedly used, and the resource waste is reduced.
The invention discloses a novel package for an asphalt outer wrapping bag, which is rectangular in shape and structurally comprises: two fiber layers, a protective layer, a drawstring, a zipper, a steel pipe and a steel pipe cap. The invention has the following specific structure: the outermost layer and the middle layer are carbon/glass layer internal mixed fibers, and the inner layer is a protective layer prepared by mixing dissolved TPU and phosphate lead powder coating. The protective layer is attached to the inner fibrous layer, while the outermost fibrous layer is not bonded to the middle fibrous layer. The bottom end of the outermost layer of fiber cloth is provided with a tying drawstring; the middle fiber layer is covered with paint, and two sides and the bottom are provided with zippers. The upper end is provided with a suture line which sews the inner layer, the middle layer and the outer layer. A circle of steel pipe is arranged at the upper suture line, two ends of the steel pipe are respectively provided with a steel pipe cap, and when the steel pipe is used, the steel pipe is placed in the steel pipe caps, so that the upper end of the asphalt filling machine can be supported, and the high-temperature asphalt can be conveniently packaged.
The preparation method of the novel asphalt packaging bag comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing mixed fibers in the carbon/glass layer, cutting the mixed fibers to grow to 1.2-1.4m and the height of the mixed fibers to 1.4-1.6 m;
(2) the coating is prepared by mixing dissolved TPU and phosphate lead powder coating, wherein TPU particles are elastic bodies at normal temperature, a DMF (dimethyl formamide) dissolving agent needs to be added, the mixture is stirred for 24 hours to form viscous liquid, and then high-temperature-resistant phosphate lead powder is added and mixed uniformly;
(3) coating a protective layer coating of 3mm on the inner side of the hybrid fiber in the carbon/glass layer of the middle layer, coating a protective coating of 1mm on the edge because the packaging bag is a rectangular bag body and is prepared by adopting a rectangle, and arranging zippers at two sides and the bottom, and drying after the coating is covered to solidify the protective layer;
(4) after the mixed fiber layer in the middle carbon/glass layer is manufactured, the packaging bag is formed into an elliptic cylinder, the mixed fiber layer in the outermost carbon/glass layer is manufactured outside the middle fiber cloth layer which is the elliptic cylinder, the mixed fiber layer and the outermost carbon/glass layer are not bonded except the upper end sealing part, the mixed fiber layer and the outermost carbon/glass layer are separated, and the whole body is also in the shape of the elliptic cylinder after the outermost fiber layer is manufactured;
(5) manufacturing a binding opening drawstring at the edge of the outermost fiber layer in the shape of an elliptic cylinder, wherein the binding opening drawstring is made of polyester fibers;
(6) leaving the position of an upper suture line at the position of 5-8cm above the outermost fiber layer in the elliptic cylinder, and sewing the outer layer, the middle layer and the protective layer together by the suture line after the asphalt is poured;
(7) a circle of steel pipe is arranged at the position adjacent to the suture line of the step (5), the diameter of the steel pipe is 3mm, and the steel pipe is used for opening the opening of the package and easily pouring asphalt into the package;
(8) two steel pipe caps are respectively arranged on two sides of the packaging bag, which are at the same height with the steel pipes, and are made of thin steel sheets with the thickness of 1mm, and the diameter of each steel pipe cap is determined according to the diameter of the steel pipe, wherein the diameter of each steel pipe cap meets the requirement of fixing the steel pipe.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) after the coating covered by the protective layer is cured, the coating has good film forming property, good adhesion with a fiber layer and difficult peeling of the fiber layer, but the inner surface of the protective layer is smooth and easy to peel off from asphalt, the appearance is not easy to damage and can be repeatedly used, when the coating is used for the second time, an upper suture line is dismantled, and the outermost layer and the middle layer fiber layer are combined for reuse again.
(2) The lower end of the outermost fiber layer is provided with the drawstring at the binding port, so that the discharging is more convenient during use.

The protective layer (4) is attached to the intermediate fiber layer (3), while the outermost fiber layer (1) is not bonded to the intermediate fiber layer (3). The lower end of the outermost layer fiber cloth (1) is provided with a tying drawstring (2), and two sides and the bottom end of the middle layer fiber cloth (3) are provided with zippers (5). The upper end of the protective layer is provided with an upper suture (6), and the protective layer (4), the middle layer (3) and the outer layer (1) are sewed by the suture (6). A circle of steel pipe (8) is arranged at the position of 1-2cm above the upper suture line (6), and two ends of the steel pipe are respectively provided with a steel pipe cap (7).

(4) after the carbon/glass layer inner hybrid fiber layer of the middle layer 3 is manufactured, the packaging bag is formed into an elliptic cylinder, the outermost carbon/glass layer inner hybrid fiber layer 1 is manufactured outside the middle layer fiber cloth layer which is the elliptic cylinder, the carbon/glass layer inner hybrid fiber layer and the outermost carbon/glass layer inner hybrid fiber layer are bonded except the upper end seal 6, the carbon/glass layer inner hybrid fiber layer and the outermost carbon/glass layer inner hybrid fiber layer are not bonded, the carbon/glass layer inner hybrid fiber layer and the outermost carbon/glass layer inner hybrid fiber layer are separated;
