Referring to fig. 16, in some alternative embodiments, the guiding assembly 322 includes a guiding rod 3221, a cylinder barrel 3223 and a piston rod 3224, which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside. The guide rod 3221, the cylinder barrel 3223 and the piston rod 3224 are all hollow structures, and the piston rod 3224 may also be a solid structure. Referring to fig. 17 and 18, in some alternative embodiments, the fixing mechanism 31 includes a supporting seat 311 engaged with the guiding component 322 and a supporting frame 312 connected to the supporting seat 311, one end of the supporting seat 311 is fixed to the frame 101, the other end of the supporting seat 311 is connected to the supporting frame 312, and one end of the supporting frame 312 away from the supporting seat 311 is fixed to the bottom of the frame 101. The supporting seat 311 is provided with a through hole 3111 for the guiding rod 3221 to slide and a guiding groove 3112 engaged with the guiding element 3222, and the guiding rod 3221 is slid in the through hole 3111 according to a predetermined track by the engagement of the guiding element 3222 and the guiding groove 3112. The predetermined track is a track where the guide rod 3221 and the guide member 3222 slide along the guide groove 3112 and the through hole 3111, that is, by the guide member 3222 being engaged with the guide groove 3112, the guide rod 3221 and the supporting block 321 are not deviated from the sliding path, so that the supporting block 321 can support the cartridge. It will be appreciated that the guide rod 3221, which is hollow, slides along the through hole 3111 and disengages from the cylinder barrel 3223 during intake port ventilation. At this time, the guide rod 3221 is along the through hole 3111, and the guide member 3222 is along the guide groove 3112, and slides with the support block 321 in the support seat 311.
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, in some alternative embodiments, a buffer 313 for shock absorption is further disposed between the supporting frame 312 and the supporting seat 311, and the buffer 313 may be an oil buffer. The supporting frame 312 includes a first mounting seat 3121, a second mounting seat 3123 and a supporting rod 3122, the buffer 313 is installed between the first mounting seat 3121 and the supporting seat 311, the supporting rod 3122 is installed between the supporting seat 311 and the second mounting seat 3123, and the supporting rod 3122 abuts against the first mounting seat 3121 through a fastener 3124. Specifically, a mounting hole for mounting the hydraulic shock absorber is formed in the support seat 311, and a mounting portion 3113 for accommodating the hydraulic shock absorber is further formed in the support seat 311, through which the hydraulic shock absorber passes, and the mounting hole is mounted between the support seat 311 and the first mounting seat 3121 and is disposed in the mounting portion 3113. When the guide rod 3221 slides with the stopper 3227 and the supporting block 321 until the stopper 3227 contacts the hydraulic buffer, the guide rod 3221 and the supporting block 321 stop sliding. The second mounting seat 3123 is provided with a positioning portion for fixing the air cylinder assembly, and the positioning portion is used for fixing the base 3225, so that the base 3225 and the air cylinder 3223 and the piston rod 3224 matched with the base 3225 are fixed on the second mounting seat 3123. It will be appreciated that air is blown through the air inlet holes in the base 3225, the rod 3221 slides, and the cylinder 3223 and the rod 3224 are secured to the second mounting block 3123.
As shown in fig. 1 to 18, the mounting apparatus 100 of the present invention includes a support structure 30 provided on a frame 101, a mounting fixture 20, and a molding structure 10. The supporting structure 30 and the mounting fixing structure 20 are oppositely arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the rack 101, the supporting structure 30 is matched with the mounting fixing structure 20 to fix a box body to be mounted, so that the forming structure 10 can attach face paper to the box body, and the mounting fixing structure 20 can also be used for assisting mounting inward folding forming of the box body. The first forming device 110 in the forming structure 10 includes a first attaching assembly 111 for attaching the facial tissue to the box, a first pressing assembly 112 for pressing air bubbles, and a pushing ear assembly 113 for attaching the facial tissue protruding from the first direction to the box in the second direction. The second forming device 120 includes a second attaching assembly 121 for attaching the facial tissue to the box body and a second pressing assembly 122 for pressing air bubbles. Specifically, the molding structure 10 and the mounting fixing structure 20 are first adjusted to be suitable for the corresponding cases. Support structure 30 is located at the bottom of the case to support the case, and mounting fixture 20 is located in the case and cooperates with support structure 30 to fix the case. The supporting structure 30 and the mounting fixing structure 20 bring the box body to descend to the first forming device 110, the first attaching assembly 111 acts to attach the facial tissue to the box body, meanwhile, the first mold assembly 232 ascends, at this time, the second mold assembly 233 is still located in the box body, and the protruding facial tissue is folded in the box body through the first attaching assembly 111; then the first mold assembly 232 descends into the box body, so that the facial tissue in the box body is better attached to the box body. The supporting structure 30 and the mounting and fixing structure 20 continue to descend with the box, then the first pressing assembly 112 removes air bubbles, and the pushing ear assembly 113 pushes the facial tissue. Then the box body continues to descend to the second forming device 120, the second attaching component 121 acts to attach the facial tissue in the second direction to the box body, meanwhile, the first mold component 232 ascends again, the protruded facial tissue is folded in the box body through the second attaching component 121, and then the second mold component 233 descends into the box body again, so that the facial tissue in the box body is better attached to the box body. And the second pressing assembly 122 removes the bubbles. Then the demoulding mechanism 25 is used for demoulding, the box body falls onto the frame 101, and finally the discharging mechanism 115 is used for discharging. The mounting equipment 100 is reasonable in structural arrangement, can automatically mount the facial tissues of the paper boxes, is good in attaching effect and improves the production efficiency.

Claims (10)

1. A mounting device is suitable for mounting and forming of a box body and facial tissue, and is characterized by comprising a supporting structure, a mounting fixing structure and a forming structure, wherein the supporting structure, the mounting fixing structure and the forming structure are arranged on a rack, the supporting structure and the mounting fixing structure are oppositely arranged at two ends of the rack, the supporting structure is used for supporting the box body, the mounting fixing structure is used for taking materials and assisting mounting inward folding forming of the box body, and the forming structure is used for attaching the facial tissue and the box body; the forming structure comprises a first forming device and a second forming device, the first forming device is used for attaching the facial tissue in the first direction to the box body, and the second forming device is used for attaching the facial tissue in the second direction to the box body.

The mounting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first forming device comprises first attaching mechanisms which are arranged oppositely, the first attaching mechanisms comprise first attaching assemblies, first pressing assemblies and pushing lug assemblies, the first attaching assemblies act on the facial tissue to attach the facial tissue to the box body, the first pressing assemblies are used for squeezing air bubbles between the facial tissue and the box body, and the pushing lug assemblies are used for pushing the material to attach the facial tissue which protrudes out of the first direction to the box body part in the second direction.

The mounting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a first adjusting mechanism is further disposed between the two first attaching mechanisms, the first adjusting mechanism includes a first power member and a second power member disposed opposite to each other, and the first power member and the second power member operate to move the two first attaching mechanisms toward or away from each other.

The mounting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second forming device is located on one side of the first forming device, the second forming device includes two second attaching mechanisms disposed opposite to each other, the second attaching mechanisms include a second attaching component and a second pressing component, the second attaching component acts on the facial tissue to attach the facial tissue to the case, and the second pressing component is configured to press air bubbles between the facial tissue and the case.

The mounting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the supporting structure comprises a fixing mechanism mounted on the frame and a supporting mechanism slidably mounted on the fixing mechanism, the supporting mechanism comprises a power assembly fixed on the fixing mechanism, a guiding assembly and a supporting assembly, and the power assembly operates to make the guiding assembly drive the supporting assembly to slide along the fixing mechanism.

The mounting device according to claim 5, wherein the fixing mechanism is provided with a fixing seat mounted on the frame, the fixing seat is provided with a groove body matched with the guide assembly, and the guide assembly drives the support assembly to slide in the groove body so as to be close to or far away from the mounting fixing structure.
