The folding bicycle of claim 1, wherein the left handle bar (302) and the right handle bar (303) are locked in one of a folded position and an unfolded position by a handle bar locking mechanism, when the left handle bar (302) and the right handle bar (303) are in the folded position, the left handle bar (302) and the right handle bar (303) are parallel to each other and have two parallel ends, and the left handle bar (302) and the right handle bar (303) are parallel to the front wheel plane (300); when the left handle bar (302) and the right handle bar (303) are in the unfolding position, the left handle bar (302) and the right handle bar (303) are arranged coaxially, and the left handle bar (302) and the right handle bar (303) are respectively arranged at two sides of the front wheel plane (300) and are perpendicular to the front wheel plane (300).

The folding bicycle of claim 1, characterized in that the left foot pedal (408) and the right foot pedal (409) are configured to be one of a folded position and an unfolded position; when in the folded position, the left foot pedal (408) and the right foot pedal (409) are parallel to the plane (400) of the vehicle body; in the unfolded position, the left foot pedal (408) and the right foot pedal (409) are perpendicular to the vehicle body plane (400).

A folding bicycle of frame construction according to claim 1, characterized in that the rear wheel assembly (4) is locked in one of the folded position and the unfolded position by means of a rear pivot locking mechanism (103), the rear wheel (405) being tangential to the outer tyre circumference of the front wheel (202) when the rear wheel assembly (4) is in the folded position; in the unfolded state, the rear wheel assembly (4) is fixed relative to the frame (1) and is firmly locked by the rear pivot locking mechanism (103).
8. The folding bicycle of claim 1, wherein said pedal transmission (406) is one of a chain, a gear set, and a link.
9. The folding bicycle of claim 1, wherein the battery charging patch (104) is located on the outer surface of the whole frame of the bicycle frame (1) to facilitate non-contact charging.
