1. The knitted sweater fabric is characterized by comprising an outer surface layer, a middle layer and an inner surface layer, wherein the outer surface layer is formed by interweaving flame-retardant fibers, the middle layer is formed by interweaving cotton fibers, the inner surface layer is formed by interweaving modal fibers, and the outer surface layer, the middle layer and the inner surface layer are connected in a dispensing or sewing mode.
2. A preparation method of a knitted sweater fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of preparing an outer surface layer; step two, preparing an intermediate layer; step three, preparing an inner surface layer; step four, connecting the outer surface layer, the middle layer and the inner surface layer in a dispensing or sewing manner;
the preparation of the outer surface layer in the first step comprises the following steps of: 45-55 parts of carbon fiber, 10-20 parts of bamboo charcoal fiber, 5-8 parts of methyl cellulose, 5-10 parts of erucamide, 5-10 parts of adhesive and 15-20 parts of flame retardant, the raw materials are put into a stirrer, stirred for 30-45 minutes at the rotating speed of 1500 revolutions of 1000 materials and stand for 2 hours, then put into a screw machine for extrusion, the extrusion temperature is 280 ℃, the extruded melt is conveyed into a spinning box, the spinning temperature is 200 materials and 250 ℃, the spinning speed is 1600m/min, the spray holes of a spinneret are extruded, the tows are cooled in wind at the temperature of 18-20 ℃ to be solidified into filaments, then the filaments are put into boiling distilled water for boiling for 30-40 min, flame retardant fibers are obtained after drying, and the flame retardant fibers are interwoven to form an outer surface layer;
and the preparation of the middle layer in the second step comprises the following steps of placing the cotton fibers in distilled water, placing the distilled water into a sterilization chamber for treatment, taking out the cotton fibers after 30-45min, draining, transferring the treated cotton fibers into a treatment solution, soaking the cotton fibers for 2 hours in vacuum, then performing microwave drying, putting the cotton fibers into a screw extruder for hot melting, simultaneously putting vinylon and anion fibers, extruding, placing the cotton fibers into a spinning box for spinning, and weaving the cotton fibers after spinning to form the middle layer.
3. The method for preparing the knitted sweater fabric according to claim 2, wherein the nano-silver is added simultaneously when the knitted sweater fabric is put into a screw machine in the first step.
4. The method for preparing a sweater fabric according to claim 3, characterized in that the hot melt temperature in the second step is 280 ℃.
5. The method for preparing the knitted sweater fabric according to claim 4, wherein the vinylon and the anion fiber in the second step are in parts as follows: 30-45 parts of vinylon and 20-25 parts of anion fiber.
