技术领域
本发明涉及针纺织品领域,更具体地说,涉及一种抗菌除臭的针纺织品及其制备工艺。
背景技术
在夏天时,T恤因为较短较薄,具有良好的散热效果成为了夏天必不可少的一种针织纺品。
夏天时,天气较热,人体非常容易出汗,虽然我们穿着T恤,且有时处在空调的环境下,但是,腋窝这个位置仍然会有汗渍,使得腋窝这个位置会散发狐臭的味道,且容易滋生细菌,传统的T恤,不能对腋窝这个位置的细菌和臭味进行去除。
发明内容
1.要解决的技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌除臭的针纺织品及其制备工艺,它可以实现有效去除腋窝位置因为汗渍产生的狐臭味和细菌。
2.技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种抗菌除臭的针纺织品,包括顶肩,所述顶肩内壁通过第一纺线缝制有抗菌层,所述顶肩外壁底侧的位置开设有气孔,所述气孔内通过第二纺线缝制有橡胶小球,所述橡胶小球内部开设有通气孔,所述抗菌层内壁靠近两侧的位置缝制有除湿条。
优选的,所述顶肩选用普通的针织汗布。
优选的,所述第一纺线和第二纺线均是竹炭纤维丝制作,并使用染色工艺将第一纺线和第二纺线染色成与顶肩相同颜色。
优选的,所述通气孔贯穿橡胶小球,且通气孔一端在顶肩内部,一端在顶肩外部。
优选的,所述抗菌层由竹炭纤维和薄荷香精组成。
优选的,所述除湿条由双层网纱布和艾叶组成。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌除臭的针纺织品的制备工艺,包含如下步骤:
S1:制取顶肩,选取普通的针织汗布,使用裁剪机按照裁剪模板将顶肩的模片裁剪出来,然后用缝纫机将顶肩缝制成型;
S2:制取抗菌层,先选取适量的竹炭纤维层通过裁剪机裁剪和缝纫机缝制成与顶肩相适配的形状和大小,然后选取500ml的纯净水,加热至40-60℃,然后调小加热工具的功率至1000W,向水中加入10-20g薄荷香精,然后将成型的竹炭纤维放入到水中熬制10-15min,接着取出置于薄荷香精颗粒上使用风机烘干;
S3:制取除湿条,先选取适量的纱布,将纱布与艾叶置于水中浸泡30min,然后取出使用风机烘干,接着选取10-15g艾叶,使用研磨机磨碎,将风干后的纱布叠成双层,然后用双层纱布包裹磨碎后的艾叶,再将双层纱布缝合;
S4:将制成的抗菌层使用第一纺线通过缝纫机缝制在顶肩内壁,然后将除湿条缝制在抗菌层内壁,接着再将橡胶小球缝制在气孔中,最后将顶肩的两侧与袖筒和躯部缝制在一起,制作成完整的T恤。
3.有益效果
相比于现有技术,本发明的优点在于:
(1)本方案抗菌层中的竹炭纤维具有很好的抗菌性、柔软性和韧性,一方面可以将腋窝部位产生的细菌去除,另一方面穿着舒适且不易损坏,抗菌层中的薄荷香精具有清凉和去除异味的作用,一方面可以保持腋窝的清凉有效减少腋窝出汗的情况,另一方面,若是腋窝产生异味可以通过薄荷香精进行去除,同时竹炭纤维液具有吸附异味的功能,配合下效果更好。
(2)本方案除湿条中的艾叶具有很好的祛湿活血的功能,去除腋窝部位的湿气,活络腋窝部位的血气,有效减少腋窝处异味的产生。
(3)本方案顶肩下侧缝制的橡胶小球在人的胳膊摆动时,产生的挤压使得橡胶小球中的通气孔不断闭合和打开,闭合时,使得顶肩内部的气体排出,打开时,又将外部的空气吸入,增强顶肩内部气流的流通,有效降低腋窝出汗的发生。

S3:制取除湿条8,先选取适量的纱布,将纱布与艾叶置于水中浸泡30min,然后取出使用风机烘干,接着选取10g艾叶,使用研磨机磨碎,将风干后的纱布叠成双层,然后用双层纱布包裹磨碎后的艾叶,再将双层纱布缝合;
S4:将制成的抗菌层3使用第一纺线2通过缝纫机缝制在顶肩1内壁,然后将除湿条8缝制在抗菌层3内壁,接着再将橡胶小球6缝制在气孔4中,最后将顶肩1的两侧与袖筒和躯部缝制在一起,制作成完整的T恤。
实施例2:
一种抗菌除臭的针纺织品的制备工艺,包含如下步骤:
S1:制取顶肩1,选取普通的针织汗布,使用裁剪机按照裁剪模板将顶肩1的模片裁剪出来,然后用缝纫机将顶肩1缝制成型;
S2:制取抗菌层3,先选取适量的竹炭纤维层通过裁剪机裁剪和缝纫机缝制成与顶肩1相适配的形状和大小,然后选取500ml的纯净水,加热至60℃,然后调小加热工具的功率至1000W,向水中加入10g薄荷香精,然后将成型的竹炭纤维放入到水中熬制10min,接着取出置于薄荷香精颗粒上使用风机烘干;
S3:制取除湿条8,先选取适量的纱布,将纱布与艾叶置于水中浸泡30min,然后取出使用风机烘干,接着选取10g艾叶,使用研磨机磨碎,将风干后的纱布叠成双层,然后用双层纱布包裹磨碎后的艾叶,再将双层纱布缝合;

实施例3:同实施例2基本相同,相同之处不再叙述,不同之处在于:S2中纯净水加热至50℃,水中加热薄荷香精10g,竹炭纤维熬制10min,S3中选取艾叶15g。
实施例4:同实施例2基本相同,相同之处不再叙述,不同之处在于:S2中纯净水加热至40℃,水中加热薄荷香精20g,竹炭纤维熬制10min,S3中选取艾叶10g。
实施例5:同实施例2基本相同,相同之处不再叙述,不同之处在于:S2中纯净水加热至40℃,水中加热薄荷香精10g,竹炭纤维熬制15min,S3中选取艾叶15g。
实施例6:同实施例2基本相同,相同之处不再叙述,不同之处在于:S2中纯净水加热至50℃,水中加热薄荷香精20g,竹炭纤维熬制10min,S3中选取艾叶10g。
实施例7:同实施例2基本相同,相同之处不再叙述,不同之处在于:S2中纯净水加热至50℃,水中加热薄荷香精10g,竹炭纤维熬制15min,S3中选取艾叶15g。
实施例8:同实施例2基本相同,相同之处不再叙述,不同之处在于:S2中纯净水加热至60℃,水中加热薄荷香精20g,竹炭纤维熬制10min,S3中选取艾叶15g。
实施例9:同实施例2基本相同,相同之处不再叙述,不同之处在于:S2中纯净水加热至60℃,水中加热薄荷香精10g,竹炭纤维熬制15min,S3中选取艾叶10g。
由上表可见,S2中随着温度与熬制时间的提升,薄荷香精有效时长先提高后下降,在S2中纯净水加热至40℃,水中加热薄荷香精20g,竹炭纤维熬制10min时竹炭纤维与薄荷香精抗菌除臭有效时长较长,S3中艾叶量的增加,会增加其有效时长,但考虑其体积原因,可以进行适量的选着。
工作原理:利用抗菌层3中的竹炭纤维具有很好的抗菌性、柔软性和韧性,一方面可以将腋窝部位产生的细菌去除,另一方面穿着舒适且不易损坏,抗菌层3中的薄荷香精具有清凉和去除异味的作用,一方面可以保持腋窝的清凉有效减少腋窝出汗的情况,另一方面,若是腋窝产生异味可以通过薄荷香精进行去除,同时竹炭纤维液具有吸附异味的功能,配合下效果更好,利用除湿条8中的艾叶具有很好的祛湿活血的功能,去除腋窝部位的湿气,活络腋窝部位的血气,有效减少腋窝处异味的产生,顶肩1下侧缝制的橡胶小球6在人的胳膊摆动时,产生的挤压使得橡胶小球6中的通气孔7不断闭合和打开,闭合时,使得顶肩1内部的气体排出,打开时,又将外部的空气吸入,增强顶肩1内部气流的流通,有效降低腋窝出汗的发生。

Claims (7)
1.一种抗菌除臭的针纺织品,包括顶肩(1),其特征在于:所述顶肩(1)内壁通过第一纺线(2)缝制有抗菌层(3),所述顶肩(1)外壁底侧的位置开设有气孔(4),所述气孔(4)内通过第二纺线(5)缝制有橡胶小球(6),所述橡胶小球(6)内部开设有通气孔(7),所述抗菌层(3)内壁靠近两侧的位置缝制有除湿条(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌除臭的针纺织品,其特征在于:所述顶肩(1)选用普通的针织汗布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌除臭的针纺织品,其特征在于:所述第一纺线(2)和第二纺线(5)均是竹炭纤维丝制作,并使用染色工艺将第一纺线(2)和第二纺线(5)染色成与顶肩(1)相同颜色。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗菌除臭的针纺织品,其特征在于:所述通气孔(7)贯穿橡胶小球(6),且通气孔(7)一端在顶肩(1)内部,一端在顶肩(1)外部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌除臭的针纺织品,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(3)由竹炭纤维和薄荷香精组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌除臭的针纺织品,其特征在于:所述除湿条(8)由双层网纱布和艾叶组成。
7.根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的一种抗菌除臭的针纺织品的制备工艺,其特征在于:包含如下步骤:
S1:制取顶肩(1),选取普通的针织汗布,使用裁剪机按照裁剪模板将顶肩(1)的模片裁剪出来,然后用缝纫机将顶肩(1)缝制成型;
S2:制取抗菌层(3),先选取适量的竹炭纤维层通过裁剪机裁剪和缝纫机缝制成与顶肩(1)相适配的形状和大小,然后选取500ml的纯净水,加热至40-60℃,然后调小加热工具的功率至1000W,向水中加入10-20g薄荷香精,然后将成型的竹炭纤维放入到水中熬制10-15min,接着取出置于薄荷香精颗粒上使用风机烘干;
S3:制取除湿条(8),先选取适量的纱布,将纱布与艾叶置于水中浸泡30min,然后取出使用风机烘干,接着选取10-15g艾叶,使用研磨机磨碎,将风干后的纱布叠成双层,然后用双层纱布包裹磨碎后的艾叶,再将双层纱布缝合;
S4:将制成的抗菌层(3)使用第一纺线(2)通过缝纫机缝制在顶肩(1)内壁,然后将除湿条(8)缝制在抗菌层(3)内壁,接着再将橡胶小球(6)缝制在气孔(4)中,最后将顶肩(1)的两侧与袖筒和躯部缝制在一起,制作成完整的T恤。
