Abstract
The invention discloses a rolling device for mounting a vehicle trim strip, which comprises: the base comprises an upper seat and a lower seat, wherein the upper seat and the lower seat are respectively provided with a hole groove, and a step surface is arranged in the hole grooves; the locking shaft is fixedly connected between the upper seat and the lower seat; a pair of roller assemblies, it locates respectively the both sides of locking axle, wherein each roller assembly all includes: the roller shaft is sleeved with a roller, and bearings and shaft sleeves are arranged at the end parts of two ends of the roller shaft; the head end of the pin shaft is fixedly connected with the shaft sleeve, and the tail end of the pin shaft is arranged in the hole groove corresponding to the pin shaft; a spring is sleeved on the pin shaft, is arranged in the hole groove and is stopped by the step surface; the roller assemblies cannot roll under a non-working station and can roll under a working station. The rolling device is adopted to install the vehicle trim strips, so that the speed of relevant operation can be greatly improved, and meanwhile, the accuracy of installation operation can be greatly improved, and operation deviation is avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a mechanical device, in particular to a rolling device.
Background
The rear cover trim is generally required to be firmly adhered to a groove of the rear cover, one end of the trim needs to be aligned with a lamp frame portion of the tail lamp without generating a gap, and the rear cover trim needs to be aligned with a rear cover sheet metal without being exposed.
In the prior art, the rear cover decoration strip is manually pasted by an operator, and the manual operation often has operation deviation. This often leads to the quality problem that the back lid trim drops after the rain test inspection of quality testing test is carried out to the vehicle. Furthermore, it is also known that the speed of installation by purely manual operation is very slow, and the efficiency of installation is also low, which can slow down the overall production rhythm of vehicle production.
Based on this, it is desirable to have a device that can be used to quickly and easily install the rear cover molding of a vehicle.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a rolling device for mounting a vehicle molding, which can greatly increase the speed of related operations and greatly improve the accuracy of mounting operations to avoid operation deviation.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a rolling device for mounting a vehicle molding, comprising:
the base comprises an upper seat and a lower seat, wherein the upper seat and the lower seat are respectively provided with a hole groove, and a step surface is arranged in the hole grooves;
the locking shaft is fixedly connected between the upper seat and the lower seat;
a pair of roller assemblies, it locates respectively the both sides of locking axle, wherein each roller assembly all includes: the roller shaft is sleeved with a roller, and bearings and shaft sleeves are arranged at the end parts of two ends of the roller shaft; the head end of the pin shaft is fixedly connected with the shaft sleeve, and the tail end of the pin shaft is arranged in the hole groove corresponding to the pin shaft; a spring is sleeved on the pin shaft, is arranged in the hole groove and is stopped by the step surface;
the roller assembly is provided with a non-working station in a natural state and a working station in a pressure state, wherein the roller abuts against the locking shaft and cannot roll in the non-working station, the pin axial hole groove is further fed to compress a spring sleeved on the pin axial hole groove in the working station, and the roller leaves the locking shaft along with the feeding of the pin shaft so as to roll.
The rolling device provided by the invention has a non-working station in a natural state, and the roller assembly is not stressed in the state, so that the spring is in the natural state, the pin shaft does not enter the hole groove completely, and the roller is abutted against the locking shaft and cannot roll. When an operator needs to install the decoration strips, the roller is made to contact with the decoration strips to be installed and presses the roller towards the direction of the decoration strips, in the state, the axial hole grooves of the pins are fed to compress the springs sleeved on the axial hole grooves, the roller leaves the locking shaft along with the feeding of the pin shafts, in the state, the roller can roll, the operator rolls the roller along the length direction of the decoration strips while applying pressing force to the decoration strips, and therefore the rolling process is achieved, and the installation of the decoration strips is completed.
Further, in the rolling device of the present invention, the pin shaft includes a large diameter section and a small diameter section, and the spring is sleeved on the small diameter section; under the working station, the large-diameter section is fed into the hole groove, and the outer wall of the shaft sleeve abuts against the surface of the base beside the hole groove.
Further, in the rolling device of the present invention, the tail end of the pin shaft has a clamping groove, and the clamp is correspondingly disposed in the clamping groove to prevent the pin shaft from coming out of the hole groove.
Further, in the rolling device of the invention, the outer circumferential surface of the roller is provided with a groove matched with the vehicle trim.
Further, in the rolling device of the present invention, the roller is made of a flexible material.
Further, the roller may be made of rubber.
Further, the rolling device of the invention also comprises a handle assembly which is connected with the base.
Still further, in the rolling press device of the present invention, the handle assembly includes a handle holder and a pair of cylindrical grips mounted on the handle holder, wherein the cylindrical grips are respectively mounted on two protruding wing portions of the handle holder.
Furthermore, the rolling device according to the invention is characterized in that the two projecting wings have an obtuse included angle therebetween.
In the embodiment, the obtuse included angle is formed between the two extending wing parts, so that the force application operation process of an operator is more labor-saving, and the operation and the installation are more convenient.
Compared with the method of manually installing the decorative strips commonly adopted in the prior art, the rolling device provided by the invention can greatly improve the speed of related operations, and can also greatly improve the accuracy of installation operations so as to avoid operation deviation.

The rolling device according to the present invention will be further explained and illustrated with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments of the present description, which, however, should not be construed to unduly limit the technical solutions of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, in this embodiment, the rolling device according to the present invention may include: base 1, locking axle 2 and wheel components. The base 1 comprises an upper seat 11 and a lower seat 12, wherein hole grooves are formed in the upper seat 11 and the lower seat 12, and step surfaces are arranged in the hole grooves. The locking shaft 2 is fixedly connected between the upper seat 11 and the lower seat 12. The wheel components are provided with a pair ofly, and its both sides of locating locking axle 2 respectively, and wherein each wheel components all includes: the roller shaft 31 is sleeved with a roller 32, and the two end parts of the roller shaft are provided with a bearing 34 and a shaft sleeve 33; the head end of the pin shaft 35 is fixedly connected with the shaft sleeve 33, and the tail end of the pin shaft 35 is arranged in the corresponding hole groove; the pin shaft 35 is sleeved with a spring 36, and the spring 36 is arranged in the hole groove and is stopped by a step surface in the hole groove.
Wherein the roller assembly has a non-working position in a natural state and a working position in a pressurized state, wherein in the non-working position, the roller assembly is not yet pressurized, so the spring 36 is in an uncompressed natural state, and the pin shaft 35 does not enter into the hole groove completely, so that the roller 32 abuts against the locking shaft 2 and cannot roll as shown in fig. 4. When an operator needs to install the decoration strip, the roller 32 is made to contact with the decoration strip to be installed and presses the roller 32 towards the direction of the decoration strip, in this state, the pin shaft 35 is fed into the hole groove to compress the spring 36 sleeved on the pin shaft 35, the roller 32 leaves the locking shaft 2 along with the feeding of the pin shaft 35, in this state, the roller can roll, the operator rolls the roller 32 along the length direction of the decoration strip while applying the pressing force to the decoration strip, and therefore the rolling process is achieved, and the installation of the decoration strip is completed.
It should be noted that in some embodiments, in order to position the spring, the pin 35 may include a large diameter section with a relatively large diameter and a small diameter section with a relatively small diameter, the spring 36 is sleeved on the small diameter section and together with the small diameter section is not located in the hole groove in the non-working position, and the large diameter section is exposed outside the hole groove in the non-working position. At the work station, the large diameter section of the pin shaft 35 is further fed under pressure into the hole groove until the outer wall of the sleeve 33 abuts against the surface of the base 1 beside the hole groove and cannot be fed any further.
In some embodiments, in order to prevent the pin 35 from coming out of the hole, as shown in fig. 3, a locking groove 351 may be provided at the end of the pin, and an external clip (not shown) may be correspondingly provided in the locking groove 351.
In some embodiments, in order to prevent the rolling process from slipping, as shown in fig. 3, a groove 321 adapted to the vehicle trim may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the roller 32.
In addition, to avoid scratching the vehicle trim strip by the rolling process, the roller 32 is preferably made of a flexible material, such as rubber.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the rolling device of the present invention includes a handle assembly fixedly connected to the base 1. The handle assembly comprises a handle support 41 and a pair of cylindrical grips 42 mounted on the handle support, wherein the cylindrical grips 42 are mounted on two protruding wings 411 of the handle support, respectively. In some preferred embodiments, the included angle between the two extended wings 411 is obtuse.
The inventor verifies that the installation of the decoration strip by adopting the rolling device of the invention only needs 1min generally. In addition, the rolling device provided by the invention has the advantages of small and simple structure, low cost and convenience in use, the installation quality of the decorative strip can be greatly improved, and the rework rate of the decorative strip is greatly reduced, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is greatly reduced.
It should be noted that the combination of the features in the present application is not limited to the combination described in the claims of the present application or the combination described in the embodiments, and all the features described in the present application may be freely combined or combined in any manner unless contradicted by each other.

the locking shaft is fixedly connected between the upper seat and the lower seat;
a pair of roller assemblies, it locates respectively the both sides of locking axle, wherein each roller assembly all includes: the roller shaft is sleeved with a roller, and bearings and shaft sleeves are arranged at the end parts of two ends of the roller shaft; the head end of the pin shaft is fixedly connected with the shaft sleeve, and the tail end of the pin shaft is arranged in the hole groove corresponding to the pin shaft; a spring is sleeved on the pin shaft, is arranged in the hole groove and is stopped by the step surface;
the roller assembly is provided with a non-working station in a natural state and a working station in a pressure state, wherein the roller abuts against the locking shaft and cannot roll in the non-working station, the pin axial hole groove is further fed to compress a spring sleeved on the pin axial hole groove in the working station, and the roller leaves the locking shaft along with the feeding of the pin shaft so as to roll.

The rolling press of claim 1 wherein said pin includes a major diameter section and a minor diameter section, said spring being nested on said minor diameter section; under the working station, the large-diameter section is fed into the hole groove, and the outer wall of the shaft sleeve abuts against the surface of the base beside the hole groove.
3. The rolling press of claim 1, wherein the pin has a slot at the end thereof, and a clip is correspondingly received in the slot to prevent the pin from being removed from the slot.
4. The rolling press according to claim 1, wherein the outer circumferential surface of the roller is provided with a groove adapted to the vehicle molding.
5. The rolling press of claim 1 wherein said rollers are formed of a flexible material.
6. The rolling press apparatus of claim 5 wherein said rollers are made of rubber.
7. The rolling apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 6 further comprising a handle assembly connected to the base.
8. The rolling apparatus of claim 7 wherein the handle assembly comprises a handle bracket and a pair of cylindrical grips mounted on the handle bracket, wherein the cylindrical grips are mounted on two extending wings of the handle bracket, respectively.
9. The rolling press device of claim 8 wherein the two extending wings are angled at an obtuse angle.
