The rear cover trim is generally required to be firmly adhered to a groove of the rear cover, one end of the trim needs to be aligned with a lamp frame portion of the tail lamp without generating a gap, and the rear cover trim needs to be aligned with a rear cover sheet metal without being exposed.
In the prior art, the rear cover decoration strip is manually pasted by an operator, and the manual operation often has operation deviation. This often leads to the quality problem that the back lid trim drops after the rain test inspection of quality testing test is carried out to the vehicle. Furthermore, it is also known that the speed of installation by purely manual operation is very slow, and the efficiency of installation is also low, which can slow down the overall production rhythm of vehicle production.
Based on this, it is desirable to have a device that can be used to quickly and easily install the rear cover molding of a vehicle.

One of the objectives of the present invention is to provide a rolling device for mounting a vehicle molding, which can greatly increase the speed of related operations and greatly improve the accuracy of mounting operations to avoid operation deviation.

the roller assembly is provided with a non-working station in a natural state and a working station in a pressure state, wherein the roller abuts against the locking shaft and cannot roll in the non-working station, the pin axial hole groove is further fed to compress a spring sleeved on the pin axial hole groove in the working station, and the roller leaves the locking shaft along with the feeding of the pin shaft so as to roll.
The rolling device provided by the invention has a non-working station in a natural state, and the roller assembly is not stressed in the state, so that the spring is in the natural state, the pin shaft does not enter the hole groove completely, and the roller is abutted against the locking shaft and cannot roll. When an operator needs to install the decoration strips, the roller is made to contact with the decoration strips to be installed and presses the roller towards the direction of the decoration strips, in the state, the axial hole grooves of the pins are fed to compress the springs sleeved on the axial hole grooves, the roller leaves the locking shaft along with the feeding of the pin shafts, in the state, the roller can roll, the operator rolls the roller along the length direction of the decoration strips while applying pressing force to the decoration strips, and therefore the rolling process is achieved, and the installation of the decoration strips is completed.
Further, in the rolling device of the present invention, the pin shaft includes a large diameter section and a small diameter section, and the spring is sleeved on the small diameter section; under the working station, the large-diameter section is fed into the hole groove, and the outer wall of the shaft sleeve abuts against the surface of the base beside the hole groove.
Further, in the rolling device of the present invention, the tail end of the pin shaft has a clamping groove, and the clamp is correspondingly disposed in the clamping groove to prevent the pin shaft from coming out of the hole groove.

It should be noted that in some embodiments, in order to position the spring, the pin 35 may include a large diameter section with a relatively large diameter and a small diameter section with a relatively small diameter, the spring 36 is sleeved on the small diameter section and together with the small diameter section is not located in the hole groove in the non-working position, and the large diameter section is exposed outside the hole groove in the non-working position. At the work station, the large diameter section of the pin shaft 35 is further fed under pressure into the hole groove until the outer wall of the sleeve 33 abuts against the surface of the base 1 beside the hole groove and cannot be fed any further.

In addition, to avoid scratching the vehicle trim strip by the rolling process, the roller 32 is preferably made of a flexible material, such as rubber.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the rolling device of the present invention includes a handle assembly fixedly connected to the base 1. The handle assembly comprises a handle support 41 and a pair of cylindrical grips 42 mounted on the handle support, wherein the cylindrical grips 42 are mounted on two protruding wings 411 of the handle support, respectively. In some preferred embodiments, the included angle between the two extended wings 411 is obtuse.

the roller assembly is provided with a non-working station in a natural state and a working station in a pressure state, wherein the roller abuts against the locking shaft and cannot roll in the non-working station, the pin axial hole groove is further fed to compress a spring sleeved on the pin axial hole groove in the working station, and the roller leaves the locking shaft along with the feeding of the pin shaft so as to roll.

8. The rolling apparatus of claim 7 wherein the handle assembly comprises a handle bracket and a pair of cylindrical grips mounted on the handle bracket, wherein the cylindrical grips are mounted on two extending wings of the handle bracket, respectively.
9. The rolling press device of claim 8 wherein the two extending wings are angled at an obtuse angle.
