Background

At present, when people polished the gear of producing, generally polished the gear through artifical handheld polisher, so operation, the piece that produces when polishing splashes out easily and injures people, and because manual operation's error leads to polishing inhomogeneous to the gear easily. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a gear grinding apparatus for machining.

Preferably, the sliding mechanism includes: the rack is connected to one side, close to the buffering component, of the base; the sliding frame is connected to one side, close to the rack, of the base in a sliding manner; a fixed slide rail connected to one side of the slide frame; a sliding rod connected between one side of the base and one side of the waste outlet and connected with the sliding frame in a sliding manner; and the tension spring is connected between one side of the base and the sliding frame.
Preferably, the transmission mechanism comprises: a motor mounted on the sliding frame; the half gear is connected to an output shaft of the motor and is intermittently meshed with the rack; the semi-conical gear is connected to one side, close to the semi-gear, of the output shaft of the motor; the bevel gear is rotatably connected to one side, close to the semi-conical gear, of the sliding frame, and the bevel gear is intermittently meshed with the semi-conical gear; the first transmission rod is hinged to one side of the bevel gear; the staggered bolt is hinged to the other side of the first transmission rod and is connected with the fixed slide rail in a sliding mode; the second transmission rod is rotatably connected to one side, close to the fixed slide rail, of the slide frame; and the bolt turntable is connected to the second transmission rod and is in transmission fit with the staggered bolts.
Preferably, the processing mechanism includes: the fixed chuck is connected to one side of the second transmission rod in a threaded connection mode; a protective cover connected to the waste outlet; a filter net connected to one side of the protective cover; and the sander is arranged on the protective cover.
