Technical Field

The working principle of the solution tank for PCB processing provided by the invention is as follows:
when impurities precipitated in the box body 1 need to be cleaned, the double-shaft motor 5 is started, the double-shaft motor 5 drives the two driving rods 6 to rotate through the output shaft, the driving rods 6 drive the second bevel gear 9 to rotate through the first bevel gear 7, the second bevel gear 9 drives the corresponding winding wheel 10 to rotate through the rotating rod 8, the four winding wheels 10 start to wind the corresponding pull ropes 12 through rotation, the pull ropes 12 start to pull up the filter plate 11 when winding, the filter plate 11 drives the precipitated impurities to rise when rising, when the filter plate 11 rises to a proper height, the first single-shaft motor 13 is started, the first single-shaft motor 13 drives the screw 14 to rotate through the output shaft, under the action of the threads, the screw 14 drives the scraping strip 15 to move, the scraping strip 15 scrapes the impurities on the filter plate 11 through moving, so that the impurities fall onto the inclined plate 4, and is discharged through the waste discharge port 3 when the impurities fall onto the inclined plate 4, thereby completing the cleaning work of the impurities in the solution tank.
Compared with the related art, the solution tank for processing the PCB provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
through the matching of the double-shaft motor 5, the driving rod 6, the first bevel gear 7, the rotating rod 8, the second bevel gear 9, the winding wheel 10, the filter plate 11 and the pull rope 12, impurities precipitated in the solution tank can be lifted, so that the subsequent cleaning work is facilitated.
Second embodiment:

A fixed block is fixedly arranged in the hollow pipe 18, and the first driving rod 19 is rotatably connected with the fixed block.
When discharging the solution in the solution tank, the solution can be discharged through drain pipe 16, but still remain impurity in the solution, consequently need filter through filter mantle 23, in order to prevent to be stained with and attach on filter mantle 23, start second unipolar motor 17 when discharging the solution, second unipolar motor 17 drives first drive rod 19 through the output shaft and rotates, first drive rod 19 drives fourth conical gear 22 through third conical gear 20 and rotates, fourth conical gear 22 drives filter mantle 23 through second drive rod 21 and rotates, filter mantle 23 can let impurity be difficult to be stained with through rotating, thereby can avoid impurity to cause drain pipe 16 to block up.
