injecting water in the water storage tank (8) into the outer sleeve (9) by using a pump body at one end of the liquid inlet pipe (11), cooling the outer wall of the spiral pipe (34) to condense water vapor in the spiral pipe (34) into water drops, discharging the water drops into the liquid storage tank (5) through the communicating pipe (12), guiding the concentrated frankincense extract in the heating tank (14) into the discharging connecting pipe (17) through the rotation of the first scraper (22), and filling the concentrated frankincense extract into the storage tank (1) by opening the flow control valve (37) on the flow dividing pipe (38).
