The above patents suffer from the following disadvantages: the scalpel handle is clamped by the clamping part, but the handle part of the cleaned scalpel also contains bloodstains and viruses, so that the handle part needs to be disinfected, but the surface of the scalpel handle is extremely difficult to contact with a disinfection water body after the scalpel handle is clamped, and an improved mode is needed.
