The high edge with radian enables the clamping groove to be more closely fitted with the physiological radian of the inner side of the pedicle of vertebral arch, and stability of the osteotome chute in the clamping process is ensured.
The arc osteotome is provided with scales, so that nerve roots in the lower intervertebral foramen of the target pedicle are prevented from being damaged, the osteotomy depth can be judged at any time in an operation, and whether the osteotomy is complete or not is judged according to the longitudinal diameter size value of each pedicle and the hand feeling of an operator in the operation.
The front end structure of the osteotome chute is designed into a saddle type clamping groove, and the saddle type clamping groove can be ridden and fixed on a target pedicle to fix the chute. During the surgical procedure, the operator typically uses a bone knife to cut off the inferior articular processes of the diseased vertebral body, and the targeted pedicle is fully revealed. At this time, the clamping groove structure with radian can be easily clamped from the tail side to the head side to be positioned on the target pedicle of vertebral arch, and bone cutting can be easily realized.
The width of the saddle type clamping groove is designed according to the transverse diameters of different pedicles of human thoracolumbar vertebrae, the range is 4-16mm, 1mm is used as gradient, the clamping groove and the pedicles are ensured to be closely attached to each other, and the damage of the inner dura mater of the spine is avoided to the greatest extent.
The limiting cross beam is connected between the two high edges with radian in the sliding groove, the blade of the osteotome is designed to be sliding, the arc osteotome moves in the sliding groove to extend out from the lower portion of the limiting cross beam during use, the sliding groove and the two limiting cross beams fixed on the sliding groove can effectively limit the osteotome track, and the accuracy and safety of osteotomy are ensured.
