Background
With the continuous development of aging in China, more and more old people begin to suffer from diseases related to cognitive function deficiency. At present, the prognosis and diagnosis of cognitive impairment related diseases of the elderly at home and abroad mainly utilize some dialogue-based cognitive impairment measurement tables (such as a brief Mental Memory Scale (MMSE) and a senile depression scale (GDS)) to diagnose whether the elderly suffer from neurological or mental diseases by testing the attention, memory, cognitive flexibility, speed and the like of the elderly. However, on the one hand, the use of these measuring watches usually requires the participation of professional medical staff, and on the other hand, the practical operability of the measuring watches is poor due to the influence of the physical condition and education of the elderly. In addition, the early identification of elderly in the latent stage of the disease is not possible with these gauges, and the disease often enters the middle and late stages when these elderly reach the standard of clinical diagnosis. The existing method has poor convenience, timeliness and accuracy.

2) respectively taking all the abnormal behavior characteristics in the step 1) as detection items, observing a person to be evaluated all day long, and recording the occurrence frequency of the abnormal behavior characteristics if a certain abnormal behavior characteristic occurs; if a certain abnormal behavior characteristic does not appear, recording the occurrence frequency of the abnormal behavior characteristic as 0;
3) evaluating the cognitive function defect of the human home behaviors according to the recorded result of the abnormal behavior feature occurrence frequency in the step 2); and if the frequency of one recorded abnormal behavior feature is greater than 0, the cognitive function defect exists on the abnormal behavior feature of the person to be evaluated, and if the frequency of one recorded abnormal behavior feature is 0, the cognitive function defect does not exist on the abnormal behavior feature of the person to be evaluated.
Preferably, the abnormal behavior features comprise directional force abnormal behavior features, attention and calculation force abnormal behavior features, memory and recall capability abnormal behavior features and action capability abnormal behavior features.
Preferably, the camera shooting observation is that a camera shooting device is installed in the range of human motion, and the camera shooting device works all day long.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the cognitive function defect evaluation method based on the home behaviors, provided by the invention, the abnormal behavior characteristics of the human and the frequency of the abnormal behavior characteristics are recorded and summarized through the observation of the human all day, so that the evaluation on the cognitive function defect of the home behaviors is realized. The evaluation method has convenience, does not need excessive medical professional knowledge, and can be used for recording by simply trained people according to the specific abnormal behavior characteristics observed; and the observation process can be completely carried out at home, so that the time and cost for multiple trips between home and hospital are saved. The evaluation method provided by the invention also has timeliness, the abnormal behavior characteristics can be perceived at the first time, and the early recognition of the cognitive function defect of people can be realized; the evaluation method also has the following accuracy: compared with the common method for evaluating by adopting a dialogue-based cognitive function defect measuring table, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that the abnormal behavior characteristics of the elderly living at home are objectively evaluated, so that the evaluation result deviation caused by the excessive exaggeration or the intentional hiding of the condition of the oneself or the family in a dialogue form is reduced.
