2. then the hinge body 41, the lateral locking piece 42, the locking return spring 43, the damper 44 and the anti-loosening piece 45 are assembled together as shown in fig. 13 to form the damper assembly 4; and the damper assembly 4 is fitted in the hinge body tube 1 as shown in fig. 14;
3. assembling the seat hinge 2 on the toilet body;
4. the seating hinge shaft 21 is inserted into the damper assembly 4, and the installation is completed.
The process of replacing the combined cover plate is as follows:
1. as shown in fig. 17, the button assembly 3 is pressed, the button assembly 3 pushes the two transverse locking pieces 42 to move towards two sides, as shown in fig. 18, the locking clamp boss 4221 is clamped in the locking clamp groove 412 to complete the snap connection of the hinge body 41 and the transverse locking pieces 42;
2. the combined cover plate is lifted upwards and then pulled out to finish the disassembly;
3. as shown in fig. 20, the new combined cover plate is inserted, i.e. the seat hinge shaft 21 is inserted into the buffer assembly 4, so that the installation can be completed, and the operation is simple and convenient.

Claims (15)

1. A button integrated seat hinge comprises a hinge body (1) and a fixed seat (2), wherein a seat hinge shaft (21) is arranged on the fixed seat (2), a button assembly (3) and buffer assemblies (4) positioned at two ends of the button assembly (3) are arranged in the hinge body (1), and the button assembly (3) is provided with a driving inclined surface (320); the buffer assembly (4) comprises a hinge body (41), a transverse locking piece (42) and a locking return spring (43) driving the transverse locking piece (42) to return, wherein the transverse locking piece (42) is provided with a base body (420), a locking sheet (421) and an elastic clamping sheet (422) which are arranged on one side of the base body (420) and can be transversely inserted into the hinge body (41), and a push rod (423) arranged on the other side of the base body (420), and the end part of the push rod (423) is provided with a conical push surface (4230) matched with the driving inclined surface (320); a locking clamping protrusion (4221) is arranged at the end part of the elastic clamping piece (422), and a locking clamping groove (412) matched with the locking clamping protrusion (4221) is arranged in the hinge body (41); the transverse locking piece (42) and the hinge body (41) are circumferentially fixed through a circumferential positioning mechanism; a seat hinge shaft hole (411) for inserting the seat hinge shaft (21) is formed in the lower end of the hinge body (41); when the button assembly (3) is pressed, the button assembly (3) drives the transverse locking piece (42) to move outwards and enables the locking clamping protrusion (4221) to be connected with the locking clamping groove (412) in a buckling mode; when the seat hinge shaft (21) is pulled out of the seat hinge shaft hole (411), the seat hinge shaft (21) drives the elastic clamping piece (422) to elastically deform so that the locking clamping protrusion (4221) exits from the locking clamping groove (412), and the transverse locking piece (42) moves inwards to reset under the action of the locking reset spring (43).
2. A push button integrated seat hinge according to claim 1, characterized in that a base receiving cavity (410) matching with the base (420) is provided in the hinge body (41), and the circumferential positioning mechanism comprises a first orientation surface (4101) provided in the hinge body (41) and a second orientation surface (4201) provided on the base (420); a first transverse sliding guide arc-shaped surface (4102) connected with the first orientation surface (4101) is further arranged in the hinge body (41), a second sliding guide arc-shaped surface (4202) matched with the first transverse sliding guide arc-shaped surface (4102) is arranged on the base body (420), and the first orientation surface (4101) and the first transverse sliding guide arc-shaped surface (4102) form the inner wall of the base body accommodating cavity (410).

A button integrated type seat hinge according to claim 3, wherein the button assembly (3) comprises a button cover (31), button blocks (32) assembled at the left and right sides of the button cover (31), and a button return spring (33) driving the button cover (31) to return, the button blocks (32) are provided with the driving inclined surfaces (320); the button block cavity (310) used for containing the button block (32) is respectively arranged at two ends of the button cover (31), and the button block (32) is connected with the button cover (31) in a buckling mode.

A button integrated seat hinge according to claim 4, wherein the front and rear side walls of the button cover (31) are respectively provided with a snap groove (311) communicating with the button block cavity (310), and the button block (32) is provided with a first elastic snap part (321) snap-connected with the snap groove (311).

A push button integrated seat hinge according to claim 5, wherein two longitudinal ribs (312) are longitudinally provided in the push button cover (31) such that a spring cavity (313) between the two longitudinal ribs (312) and the button block cavities (310) respectively located at both sides of the spring cavity (313) are formed in the push button cover (31); a spring fixing part (314) is arranged in the spring cavity (313), and one end of the button reset spring (33) is sleeved on the spring fixing part (314).

The button integrated seat hinge according to claim 6, wherein the front and rear side walls of the button cover (31) are respectively provided with a second elastic buckling part (315) and notches (316) which are respectively positioned at two sides of the second elastic buckling part (315) and communicated with the spring cavity (313); the second elastic buckling part (315) is buckled with the hinge pipe (1).
